The staff here is so awesome. I go in about once every two months for a tire that wants to stay low all the time and Will is always so nice and friendly and has shared a story or two about tires. Ahahahaha. He is such a joy to have around. I know when my tire(s) finally reach the end of their life, the ONLY PLACE TO GO. FOR ME, IS TIRES ONLY. Like R.J. said, most of the tire places around here should spend a day with these guys. So, if u r thinking u need tires, take your vehicle in. If you don't need tires, they will tell u and about how many miles u have left on the tires. Once again, they are the greatest.

Called to check price on mount and balance on some wheels and tires I had already purchased. $30 cheaper than Hines! Took them to them on my lunch break. Didnt have time to wait for them. Sam brought them by my work on his way home! Talk about great service! I will definitely be back for all my tire needs in the future!

Simple, easy and straightforward. Needed two tires installed called when they open got my appointment same day and was done in about 30 min. Would recommend them to family and friends.

Early Monday I was about to head to work when I noticed I had a flat tire. I knew my tires were needing replacing soon, but hadn't planned on it that day! Tires Only was able to get me in and still my my appointments that morning. They were very pleasant and reasonably price. Thank you!

I was very happy with the service they provided I called order tires the guy named Will I believe was his name.... help me pick a good set that wasn't to expensive they had them in the same day as they was order went to have the tires put on the next day they did it in a timely manner so I am happy with them I would recommend tired only and they also was very friendly Thanks y'all

Will and his team were great. They were able to get my Jeep fixed up without breaking the bank, and were able to fix an alignment issue that I had been told couldn't be fixed by 2 other shops. I plan on doing business with these guys from now on.

This store helped me more than they could know, I had a flat and asked if they could fix it for me. They not only patched my tire, they swapped my doughnut for the patched tire and ensured that each tire had correct psi. When asked how much I owed them they said it s on the house words can t describe the blessing they are because my grandfather had passed on this same day. The repairs allowed me to get to my family in a timely manner. I owe this place

Sam and Will at Tire Pros are exceptional. It's always a pleasure doing business with them. It's usually quick and they'll give you professional assistance that you can trust. All the staff are friendly and helpful and they've always taken care of my families needs. I highly recommend them and I trust them to be fair and do a great job everytime. They do what it takes to get you in and out with great service.I don't get tires anywhere else and I've been doing business with them for years.I am proud to support local businesses with professional grade service.

I had two front tires replaced this morning after having a flat on my way to work. This is my second time using this business but had used their sister business on Florence Blvd a few times before that. It has always been a good experience. The service is always good, prices are good and they are friendly and quick, which I appreciated more than normal this morning. Highly recommend!

Went in to have a tire repaired. Sadly was not repairable, but they gladly put my spare on. Gave me prices on new tires. Will be calling back to purchase it/them. Everyone was very polite & knew exactly what needed to be done. Awesome Service!!!

These guys are great. I called yesterday and they picked up right away. In said I need 4 tires and told him the size. He quickly helped me pick the right tire and they had them for me today. I arrived earlier than my appointment time. They had the whole job done within half an hour even though I was early. The price was very reasonable. They checked my alignment on all four wheels. I'll go back every time.

Do not take your vehicle here. they either don't know what they're talking about, or blatantly taking advantage of women. My girlfriend took my truck for a alignment. After checking it over they told her it needed lower ball joints replaced, which is what I had just had done on it. Took it to Bevis alignment an happy I did. Tires only will never touch another of my vehicles ever again. An they should be ashamed.

Great customer service, the technician working on my Sequoia performed a thorough inspection of all the drive components and made recommendations to replace my front brakes and rotors. No pressure from the manager, only a suggestion that we may want to address the brakes sooner than later for a safer smoother ride. Very satisfied customer! I would highly recommend Tire Pros of Killen to anyone who needs tires, brakes, alignment or suspension work on their vehicle.

Customers Service was outstanding. Unbelievable product and price point. They explained all the work recommended that needed to be addressed, as always, it's safety first with Chandler, Sam, and Rob.They are extremely respectful of all customers.Very much a family environment. Going out to the car and welcoming every customer that pulls in. They go above and beyond the rest of the competition.They take safety to the next level. OUTSTANDING Business ethics. I called Thursday and spoke to Sam to get prices on a set of tires. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I called back to schedule appt spoke to i think Will could have brought it in the same day but chose Friday at 11. Sue to circumstances was able to drop vehicle off Thursday evening and it was ready before 11 on Friday. We have used them several times in past for mount and balancing and fixing tires. They have a continuing customer. Thanks guys!

They guys were super quick with a tire repair. Always so nice when I need anything checked. I m a home health therapist and on the road all the time so I need my car to be on the road and they take care of my tires!

Had a great experience with these guys!My tire warning light came on so I asked them to take a look at my tires. They immediately took my car in and found the tire had a screw in it. They repaired it immediately and had me out in no time without a charge. They were friendly and professional and I would highly recommend them.

Got an alignment. Had to take car back because itWas pulling hard to the left the next day (wife took to work and hadn t been driven). Took back and they realigned for free. Got car out on a long stretch going to Huntsville pulls to left again. Took back and was told a long wait time. I felt like I should have been a priority since I already paid $ and had been there once. Took my car over to Hines and they aligned. Drives great! Thanks Hines!

Very pleasant and helpful. Dropped it off, had a new set of tires on in about 2 hours. And didn t have an appointment!! My day had started with a flat.

Went in for just a tire rotation even though I have spent more more money in there at times over the years. The rotation was only $20 and they still treated me as if I had spent $800, very nice and they keep you informed about the work they are doing for you. I don t see myself going anywhere else, thank you very much. PS There s several tire places in the area who should do themselves a favor by hanging around this place for a day!!
