The work they did was excellent. My car looks like nothing ever happened. There were some delays and I had to call back the last few days before it was ready. I kept hearing maybe ready tomorrow for 3 days. A simple phone call from someone with a realistic explanation of completion would have made my experience much better. Not to mention I had to wait 2 months just to get my car in the shop and then another month for the repairs to be completed. Quality of work A+, communication C

Hit a deer brought my car to simpson s . They had it for almost 3 weeks to fix it but when we picked it up there was marks in the very front of the car on the bumper it looked like tape marks or something .We told them about the marks they said ok they take care of it . dont know how they could send a car out without checking it first. So went back 2 weeks later the same marks still there!! Finally a week later picked up car. Would not use them again

We could have not asked for better service than what we received at Simpson s! Our 19 year old daughter was struck by farm vehicle on her way to work which is over an hour away from Florence. I was at work when this happened , and needless to say a bit shaken that my child had been in an accident , I called Simpson s because we take out work vehicles there and have always had great service ! When I spoke with Mr Simpson the first thing he said was first of all is your daughter ok? he then told me that they had no problem going all the way to Moulton where the accident occurred to get her car . After giving all the information I then received a call from the lady that does dispatch for the tow truck and again the first thing she asked was is your daughter ok? before she went on to ask about the location of the car . The fact that they both took time to ask about the condition of my daughter was in my opinion above and beyond professionalism ! The service they provided was exceptional we had not one issue with the repairs or the timing . They kept me informed of the progress and again went above and beyond ! If you want a honest company with excellent customer service I cannot recommend Simpson s enough !!! A big thank you to Mr. Simpson and all his team !!!

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE.. Our car was hit while it was parked in a parking lot and smashed the entire front end. When calling around to look for someone to repair it, Simpsons told us they could have it ready in 2 to 3 weeks. It took them over seven weeks. We had attempted calling during that time to get updates, and we were not having our calls returned. We had to actually call our insurance company to even get an update. Finally, after 7 1/2 weeks, the car was returned to us and seemed to be OK. A month later, parts began to literally fall off! My husband took it in today, and the owner walked out to look at it. Upon walking out, without an inspection, the owner accused, my husband of hitting a curb and they weren t repairing it. they told my husband to leave and never bring the car back .Service: Body & Trim

I was very satisfied with the work done on my car. The body work and paint job is excellent. I would refer them to everyone and feel great about it. The customer service was excellent. After hitting a deer, which knocked my left side headlight out and left dings down the entire drivers side of my Dodge Ram, Simpson s Collision Repair did an awesome job of repairs and painting! The staff where friendly, courteous and very helpful. They answered my questions and did a beautiful job. Most professional body shop I've ever used! Their quality of work is second to none! I had the front & rear bumpers repaired on my 2018 Colorado Z71 and it now looks brand new!! They also professionally detailed the truck after repairs! The entire staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous, and the facility is beautiful! I was totally satisfied with Simpson's and will highly recommend them to everyone!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They really need to get it together they had my car for four weeks longer than they said they would and they had to send it somewhere else to finish the job when I called to get updated they acted like they didn t know what was going on when I went to get my car after they finally called me it wasn t even really finished because they didn t check that it wasn t put back together before they called me and I had to leave it yet another day and the lady up front has no clue what s going on and is super rude to people

Its literally, my home away from home. I've been in several (4) accidents. None my fault, thank you. Each time Chris at Simpsons, has been the greatest. He keeps me informed of everything & makes me feel like family. All the work they have done has been fantastic. No complaints. Wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.

They have the finest service experience in the Shoals. Simpsons does amazing work on all their vehicles. It's amazing how precise they are. They even cleaned my vehicle inside and out before returning it to me.

I've dealt with several body shops in the past and have never experienced the great work and professionalism of Simpson's. They went above and beyond to provide great and fast service to get my vehicle looking like brand new. If you're looking to get your vehicle looking back to the way it came from the showroom then I highly recommend using them.

Excellent service. Fast efficient and they were very considerate. Cody was great in estimating the problem and getting the situation taken care of. The parts were ordered and within days we're here. This is where to go if you need body work or any repairs.

Great experience! They did everything from communicating with my insurance company. I have an old car they don t make the parts for anymore. Dave was able to find work around and order parts that would fit!

I would give a big fat ZERO if I could. Took my car in to get 2 places fixed. They lost original estimate, took 2 months working with a rental company to get it in there. Finally got it in there and they forgot what needed to be fixed. When I went to pick it up, only one place was fixed. The other they used touch up paint that you can get from AutoZone and sent it home with me and told me I could touch it up better if I wanted. Then they didn't put the seal back on correctly when putting my back window in SO now I have air whistling in my ear when driving. THEN they didn't put the tail light back in correctly and the bulb was broke off in it so now I can't even change the bulb. All the while the manager, Johnny, I presume tried to tell me that they didn't touch the seal. Yet they are charging my insurance for unsealing the window and putting in back in. You lie to me once, you've already lost my faith in you. Disgusting that they would ever treat anyone this way.

They give unrealistic deadlines that they are not able to keep up with, as they drastically overbook themselves. My promise date was moved back twice, without contacting me, ending up at 2 weeks later than originally said. I had to call them on the expected pickup date to even get an update. The owner acted as if he didn't care, and basically told me to deal with it.

Took almost a month to get my car fixed from hitting a deer. The first time I got it back the power steering pump was whining, it wasnt replaced to begin with. They told me to drive it for a while to see if the "air" comes out of the lines. I had to take it back and leave it to be fixed for another week. I had communicated with some other issues as well that were not fixed. The hood and headlight assembly doesn't align properly, headlights still needed adjusting (one was pointing up on low beams). One minor detail as well the pinstrip on the front fenders were replaced but only on the fenders. They did not go down the rest of the car. Now I have pinstrip on the fenders but it doesn't match the rest of the car.On a positive note though, the paint blend was top notch. The hood, fenders bumper match the rest of the car perfect from a color standpoint.If I had too I would take my car there again, but I would shop around for other options first.

My vehicle looked great on the wrecked side after repairs were made, making the wrecked side look slightly aged. That s to be expected. I wish I could have the other side updated by them! Simpson's is where me and my family have gone whenever there's been any damages to our cars, ever since my grandmother moved here back in 1999. The service is always friendly and helpful and the quality of their work is too notch.
