I did my due diligence before coming here to buy a car for my wife, and it was worth it. I had the pleasure of working with Rafa to make my purchase, and despite a number of difficulties including over a week of frozen roads, she went far above and beyond to help me. She's earned my business in the future, and I can't recommend Shoals Dealer high enough.

Ousmane is the kindest, most honest car salesman I've ever interacted with. We bought the cleanest used car imaginable, and he gave us a free oil change, and taught me how to change the oil on our new family car! It was a great experience, not only because we got a great vehicle, but because I truly believe Ousmane would take care of us if an issue came up. If Shoals Dealer has a car you're interested in, I highly recommend taking a visit to see it in person.

He buy & resale trash Cars And will look You straight in the eyes & Lie to You about the cars being in tip top shape I got a car from him that I haven't even had a year yet & I've sent sooo much getting it fix & it still needs work I will NEVER do business with him again

The people that run this business are very kind and gracious. I really enjoyed the interactions I had here with Osmane and Kim. If you're in the market for a used car this should definitely be on your list of places to shop at due to their very fair prices and great attitudes. I will definitely be back when I'm in the market for something else.

I had shopped around at various places for a car prior to coming here and was underwhelmed with the deals and customer service I was experiencing. Immediately upon arriving at Shoals Dealer, I could clearly see the difference in prices, honesty, and friendliness from the staff. Ousmane went out of his way to give me the best deal possible and even advice on how to build my credit. Although I didn't get approved due to my lack of credit history, he was able to find a loophole and I purchased a great car for a great price. Shoals Dealer was able to get me the overall best case scenario that even I didn't think was possible. The entire staff made me feel like family and made this experience better than I could've imagined. I can't say enough about the integrity of this place; I was truly blown away. This place had very sweet and personable staff. They care about their customers and have very fair pricing. Skip the big dealerships where you're just a dollar sign. Buying a car went from a daunting experience, to a great one!

I bought my vehicle at Shoals Dealer several months ago around New year time and i had a positive experience. Even though they were close for the holiday, they went out of the way to accommodate me as soon as I contacted them ; moreover they weren't pushy to make a sale and they took their time to make sure that's what I really wanted - I must say great customer service and great friendly staff.The owner, I cant say his name right, but he is an honest and a future entrepreneur that knows how to manage his business . I am beyond satisfied with my purchase and thanks again Shoals Dealer. Keep up the great work!

The owner is awesome very honest and Monica is great also I got my car there over 2 years ago haven't had any trouble. Very great prices and nice cars. You need a good car this is the place for you. Hands down

It has been months since I got my car here. It s in great condition. I have been travelling and driving long distances with it. I really recommend getting your car here. The deals are great and customer service too.The owner is nice and Ms. Monica is such a sweet lady

It's a pretty good to buy a car, I did not feel like the dealer was trying to sell me a car but sell me a good and transparent product. He made sure to give me history of the vehicle and told me a few things the car might need like tires or ignition switch. I would recommend going to this little car lot befire going to a big university if your looking for a good used car.

At first I was very skeptical to bring my business over there since I never heard about them before ; however , I stopped by and test drove some cars and I automatically felt in love with their products. They were very transparent and very friendly . There is a lady called Monica there and she takes her job too seriously . Monica keep it up !!!

Typically you brace yourself going into a car dealership. Prepare mentally for the oncoming pushy salesmen. And then they don t come. Ever since the first phone call, they have all treated me like family. Quality vehicles with quality service. Glad to have stumbled on this place.

Very good place to buy a car. I bought my first car years ago from them and now my sister is using it; still in good operating condition . Recently, I bought my second car and I am very happy with the result AGAIN. The owner is very friendly and very knowledgeable as well .

We went to serveal different dealerships that day and I will tell you what Monica she is a 5 star salesman she went above and beyond my expectations she was extremely helpful and very outgoing and answered all my questions professionally all my future vehicles will be purchased from her out of all 15 dealerships we went to she was the first one I clicked with if I can't click with the sales man/woman I can't do bussiness because trust and integrity is what I look forward I am truly blessed for my experience and I'm looking foward for many more purchases!!!!!!!

My fianc� and I were looking at a car here, the dealer was very friendly but pushy and wouldn't take no for an answer. When we decided to shop elsewhere he became a different person, was very rude and unprofessional, saying we wasted his time. Would not go back here again.

Prices were way to high for the quality of vehicles they were offering!! 7500 for an 04! Won't be doing my business there any time soon!
