Did a great job on my windshield repair. However, I found their pricing to be a bit shady. I called up there and the lady told me $315. I pulled up at the place and the same lady took a look at my windshield and told me $329. And finally, when I went to make an appointment, all of a sudden the price was $349. When I asked about the price change, the lady did not give me an answer. Honestly, I should have just gone to the Safelite in Madison.Edit: somebody from the company called me and said they would reimburse me for the initial quoted amount.

They helped my car window stay up on today until I get it fixed, after the last week and a half of it not being able to due to a broken regulator. They are so helpful and nice. I will be back to get that regulator fixed. Go see these people for your car window needs and you won't be disappointed.

Great service fast and great price!!! I got my 2019 jeep wrangler windshield fix for the second time I was in and out with in 1hr and 45 minutes.

Considering some of the reviews this place had I was optimistic about giving them my business. That being said,I glad Idid!! The prices were btr than I expected and the installationwas flawless!!! Sometimes you just gotta go with yr gut.

I had a windshield installed that had been damaged. Teresa took the time to explain every detail, check my insurance card for me to let me know my deductible and ordered the glass and set my appointment. They were right on schedule with the repair, did a fantastic job, cleaned it up and got me on the way. I buy all my accessories from them, even when I worked at the local Chrysler Dodge dealership for over thirty years, because their prices were lower than I could get them at dealer prices. I highly recommend Shoals Auto Glass for any of your glass or accessory needs. Top notch staff always do a spectacular job. I rate them a "13" on the 1-10 scale. Thank y"all for all your service! BH

We drove all the way to Florence from Denver CO for a holiday visit. Windshield moulding came loose on the way there so we went to Shoals Auto Glass to look into a repair. They got the moulding glued back down quickly and didn't even charge for the service. We really appreciated the Southern Hospitality!! Thanks y'all!

Great people, and great service! Installed a new sunroof glass in under an hour. Also knocked off the price because the job didn't take as long as they had estimated, which shows honesty and wanting to do what is best for the customer! I live in Hartselle but if I have future needs I will be contacting them first and making that hour drive! I highly recommend!

Excellent! They got my windshield the next morning. Took 1-1/2 hours to install. Good price. Excellent work!- As I waited, several others were in shopping and having accessories installed. The employees (I witnessed two employees) were very helpful to all, not pushy to make a sale, did not try to influence the higher priced items...they asked all the right questions to try and help the customers make the BEST decision (tonneau covers, truck box, weather tech mats).-Waiting area with large TV for comfortable wait.

Had new windshield put in. They left broken glass in my truck. It was all over the dash the driver side floor, steering column. Didn't put wipers back on correctly, they pinched the hose for the water sprayer that sprays on your windshield . Thank goodness my hubs knew how to fix all these problems. Said it would take 2 hours they kept it for 4.Since my remarks here that I made Shoals Auto Glass was more than happy to correct any problems that we had. They did make things right and for that I am truly thankful. They are a good place to do business they just had a employee that didn't care about his work performance. It has been rectified. Thank you Shoals Auto Glass.

Had a 2 appointment to get my windshield replaced on my car after it got busted by a rock that flew off a boat. I called and they gave me and estimate and asked for 24hour advance to get the new windshield ordered. I was only there under 1.5 hours and the windshield looks amazing like the factory had installed it.

My wife was nice enough to take my truck to have a spider crack repaired in my windshield today. I have had numerous windshield repairs done throughout the years and this one was just not up to par. If I pay someone to do a job I expect to not have to clean up their mess when they are done. The epoxy used for the repair was smeared in about a six inch circle around the area and was not cleaned up well at all and the repair had some bubbles present. Hand prints were still all over the inside and outside of the windshield. Spent time this evening just to clean up after the tech. Just a messy job in general and did not seem professional at all. I cannot speak to her experience with the staff but my impressions of the work are not good.

While traveling from south Miss to Nashville pulling a 5th wheel camper I made a sharp turn and broke my rear window out. Contacted Shoals Glass and Teresa was the friendliest and thorough operator and found me a window in stock. Went straight there and had a new window installed in 2 hrs and back on the road. The technician Javier was very nice and fast. Teresa was very helpful as was everyone there. I highly recommend them for any glass work u need. Thanks guys.

Called and talked to Teresa. She was very helpful and considerate. Our RV has a leak in the windshield, and she got us an appointment right away. So thankful for the mobile repair, as we are set up at a campground. Thank you

This company has the most awesome front office staff. I ve had back surgery and these two women in the front office went out of their way to help me. I highly recommend this business for any of your auto needs. I honestly hope the owner knows just how special his staff is !!!

Had a crack in the windshield of my 21 colorado in January. They replaced the windshield and the seal was squeezed out on the inside. I brought it to their attention and they reinstalled. When I picked up my truck I noticed black smudges on my light colored interior trim. They cleaned all of the areas. My rearview is very loose and apparently was not installed properly. I am disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. Even if it was an 87 celebrity it should be done correctly.

Thank you so much for stepping in and doing the job after SafeLite dropped the ball. They came to my house to replaced my windshield and were done very quickly. Made it a very easy process. Will recommend to friends!

GREAT place to do business with!!! Brought RV to them today, after weeks of getting a run around from several other RV dealerships and glass companies. From start to finish experience was easy. When I arrived they didn't try to "feed me a line" which they could easily have done to "upsale". I was already prepared to spend quite a bit to have windshield removed, seal replaced and windshield reinstalled. Ended up needing only to have seal sealed. Recommend anyone with an RV to skip those "big" RV dealers on North Alabama for windshield repair and go directly to Shoals Auto Glass.

Thumbs up to these folks!! The window on our car got stuck in the down position and we feared we'd need to replace the motor which could be spendy. We called to see if they could help us out, and they got us in right away for a diagnostic. Five minutes after the technician took our car back, he was done and had our window back up and fixed! Turns out the motor got stuck on stupid and just needed a lil knock on the door panel and it came right up. Whew!! They charged us nothing!! Really appreciate their integrity and friendliness! If we ever have auto glass needs again we'll definitely be using them! Thanks yall!!

Best place in the Shoals area to have glass replaced! The lady in the office was extremely knowledgeable about what we needed! I would give 10 stars rating if I could! I definitely can recommend Shoals Auto Glass for any auto glass!

This place is the epitome of class. I purchased a car 3 months prior and while driving the frame surrounding my windshield began to loosing and lift away from the windshield. I stopped in at Shoals Auto Glass to get It repaired. The workers there were appalled at the job that was done to by the person who installed the windshield. I fully expected to pay for the repair but the technician simply said "don't worry about it." Even though they were not responsible for the work done previously they took upon themselves to make it right at no cost it is greatly appreciated.
