Attempted to get my truck repaired. I sat down with Mr. Campbell. He seemed professional at the time. He ran through some numbers and check his parts suppliers and gave me a couple of options on the needed body panel part. He wrote up the paperwork and told me to call back on Monday of the following week. When I called back they had no record of my previous visit and the part had not been ordered. After I was told there was no record of the visit, I told him about my quote that I received when I was there about a week earlier. I was assured that they would get the part ordered and there was no need for me to call, as they would make it a priority to call me when the part arrived and get me scheduled for the body work. I never received another phone call after that. I can understand the first mistake, as things happen but after the second time I got the impression that maybe they had enough business and did not need mine. Other people in my family have had good experiences there. Maybe my experience was a rare miss but either way I dont plan to do business there in the future and would not recommend anyone else to either.

Only place I'll ever carry my vehicle. Been very satisfied with there work and Chris was able to get the cars in and out in a reasonable time. Had a scratch touched up on my new car and can't tell it was there now. Had a 08 mustang bumper replaced and painted, paint blinded well with the older paint. Friendly people, can't ask for a better place to fix your car or truck. Jonathan.......
