This is my first time ever having a service done by a shop and it won t be my last. Derek was extremely professional in the way he handles his business. He went out of his way to make sure that all of my needs were met and even let me watch to make sure that I was comfortable with his work. Great experience as first time customers! Mr.Phillips expertise and his knowledgeable staff had us back up and running way quicker than we expected. Highly recommend Phillips Powersports to anyone who wants high quality work in a timely manner. They not only had our farm UTV lubed and tire fixed, they also took on getting our vintage Italian Piaggio three wheel light utility truck up and running better than we ve ever seen it run Thanks again from Big Cedar Farm. I had a great experience with Phillips Powersports! They were easy to deal with, answered all my questions, were reasonably priced, and went above and beyond showing me pictures of before and after of the work they did on my motorcycle! And most importantly, they fixed the problems I was having! They even shined the bike up before I picked it up. I will definitely be taking my motorcycle back to Phillips Powersports!

Great service shop. Went in for a tire and he helped me out with some other small things for free. Super professional and down to earth guys. These guys know there stuff. Very helpful and quick. Relaxed place while you wait. I had a tire replacement and they didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. Straight forward guys. They specialize in goldwings as well so felt nice to have a local mechanic work on my wing.

The owner and his wife are absolutely amazing people. The owner does any and everything possible to get any and all units out as fast as possible. I would bring any and all utv, atv, and sbs's to him to fix. They also work on any make motorcycles.Service: TiresService: Tires

I took my 04 Honda rancher to Phillips Powersports (after having other top Honda mechanics fail to find the issue), Derek was able to find and fix the issue in one day! Now my 4 wheeler runs great. Phillips powersports is a great business they took my atv in after being turned away and even pushed out the door of one to make it right they where great to work with and they are very professional about their work my engine had mud stains on it and they even took the time to make it shine again I would highly recommend them for all business and they will forsure have my business again

I had a blow out on my way up to Waterloo and he didn't have a tire in stock for me but said he would call me back in 10 minutes. He called me 10 minutes later and said he had someone running to get the tire for my Harley. Really nice guy too

Had an emergency with side by side & found them on google. Was taken right in & looked at & repaired quickly. Staff was very friendly, helpful & professional. Highly recommend if you need any of your vehicles worked on.

When our UTV at Hope Springs Ranch broke down I called and explained to Derek how we use this machine daily at our riding school to water, feed and retrieve our horses. He said it would do his best to get it fixed as quickly as possible but it may still take several weeks. I was surprised and delighted when he called back only two weeks later to say it was fixed and the cost was way less than expected. I highly recommend Phillips Powersports to anyone who needs his services. Thank you Derek. A very clean and professional business! I brought my Honda Talon in at 9:00 am on a Saturday with the mindset that it would be Tuesday evening before it would be complete. 5 hours later he called me and said he was done! I would highly recommend this business to anyone and everyone for all of your ATV and UTV needs! Highly recommend Phillips Powersports! My family and I have been taking our business to him for quite a while now as he does the job right. We ve took anything from a three-wheeler that needed reassembled which they made like new, to four wheelers that needed engine/electrical diagnosis, carb cleaned, tires mounted etc. They are very knowledgeable in what they do and are easy to work with! Also, the customer service is great. Often times I call him and drop it off then within no time I ll get a call stating what s wrong. Upon pickup they will go over what they done to it and tell me to test drive for a few mins to make sure me as the customer am satisfied. They treat and take care of your equipment like it s they re own and that means a lot to me. These guys are great- Chris has been working on my bikes for years. Derek is very professional with Christian ethics and sincerity- take just a few minutes to look at his Facebook page and see what he s capable of. Took my sport bike motorcycle to get a tire replaced and from now on philipps is the only place I will let work on my bike. Not only was the quality of work exceptional, the customer service was unmatched. Couldn't possibly reccomend this place enough!! To top it off, price was better than any shop in florence, corinth, or savannah I've used before. Highly reccomend!!Service: Tires

If you need any work done on your motorcycle this is your guy. They are top notch very honest and knows his stuff. Want sell you something you don t need. Also being a local guy makes it even better. I highly suggest Phillips Powersports for any work you need done. They do amazing work i had my rzr at 2,3 different shops they couldn t get it running until I took it to Phillips they have it running better then ever. Derrick did an amazing job rebuilding my motor and making sure everything else on the bike was ready and safe to drive off the property. You can't beat the service. Derrick has been a honest and Godly person since I've known him. He didn't even charge me the last time I went to see him because he'd worked on the shifting before. Don't even think about taking my stuff anywhere else.

I have a 2009 Royal Star Venture and i tooked my bike to Mr Phillips to clean my radiator and put on a new thermostat. My bike has no run HOT since. I was very PLEASE with the work he performed for me and he is a very honest, likable, pleasant and enjoyable man to talk too and do busy with. I ll be taking ALL my business to him from now on.
