Amazing!!! I love this place. They are quick, kind, very efficient, very affordable, and I m always happily surprised that they ll add some extra air in my tires and I didn t even ask! I came in for an oil change and needed a bulb replaced on a headlight. I had been putting it off because I thought I d have to take it to the dealership because of a certain placement of the bulb. Turns out they were able to do it quickly and easily, and charged WAY less than I expected. Made my day!!! Thank y all for a wonderful experience and such great service.

I frequently come here for oil changes and the staff is very professional and friendly! They also get you in and out quickly! They always make recommendations based on what my car needs and take care of their customers. I highly recommend them!

Great place and great mechanics! Had a swift oil change in less then 30 minutes and had me on my way ! May I add that I had my boat on the back and they gladly still done business with me! Appreciate them and there hard work !

Completely took advantage of my daughter. HIS employee told us the tires were put on backwards and dry rotted. Has a 70,000 mile warranty. His answer: "thats in a perfect world and if you dont like it take me to court hon". Told her she bought cheaper tires (she bought exactly what HE himself the owner recommended). I am not your hon. Don't talk down to me or my daughter because we are female. If you dont like females, dont sell them tires.Expectations from Mobil 1 name? Honesty and professionalism. Instead my daughter left in tears as a grown man yelled at a first time tire buyer that trusted his business. Way to go Will Rivera.Second call to get owners name: employee said I cant tell you his name. Will got on the phone and asked to speak to my husband.. hmm. Didnt ask that when she bought the tires or when I paid for them. Imagine that. Yes. Tires are 2 years old. Yes they are under the 70,000 miles. I realized they were making a noise when I drove it. I told her to take back to have checked. He said he had no way of knowing who put the tires on backwards? The person who put them on no longer works there... the interaction was just hateful, unprofessional and ridiculous. He also dared me to review so he could be ugly further. AND continued to call me hon after asking him to stop multiple times.Although he denies he knows who put the tires on backwards or that it had anything to do with the issue. Yes. Tires are 2 years old. The tires are 70,000 mi tires.Heres what I found on the issue:Can tires be mounted incorrectly?If mounted incorrectly, a directional tire cannot be expected to work properly in wet or wintry conditions. If mounted improperly, directional tires may also wear irregularly and prematurelyand produce road noise.No my 20 year old daughter didnt return to have them checked... she didn't know anything was wrong. I noticed when I came home and drove her car. We just trusted that all was good. I understand the tires wear... these tires look like ocean waves in the tires.We shouldnt have to be tire professionals to buy tires and expect them to be installed correctly.Thank you.

This is hands down the best service center I have ever gone to, and I ll never use anyone else as long as these guys are able to resolve my auto issues. The staff is always super friendly and the owner works his tail off. Anytime I have issues (more then an oil change) the owner will give me an honest recommendation based on what I truly need, not on what he thinks he could make off me. That means something to me. I went in for a tire repair & was very pleased. They were fast & friendly. There was no charge even though it was over 90 degrees out that day. I ll definitely be back.

Absolutely the best experience with a shop ever! Owner is fantastic and employees are great. Did a complete radiator flush. I cannot say enough good things about. PLEASE use this shop. You will not regret it.

So on the 17th of Jan 2023 I went in for an oil change that I am very unhappy about. The manager Will put in regular oil in my 2005 Cadillac Deville and he was supposed to put in fully synthetic oil. He then told me that he asked me what kind of oil it took but I never heard him. I then told him that I wanted fully synthetic oil and he said that I would have to pretty much pay for his mistake and told me that I would have to pay for both oil changes. I have had many repairs under Will and he never fixes my car repairs right. So I will not be going back here again as long as Will is the Manager. Will is very rude and arrogant. He tells you what's got to be done instead of the owner of the vehicle. And now knowing that you're the owner. I will never ever step back into you unexperienced store again.Service: Oil change

Will at the shop leads a solid hardworking crew. You could tell that they were focused on getting the job done. Will was punctual and honest in his communication and was always responsive on my own check-ins. The best thing though is my AC is finally blowing ice-cold air! This place is beyond amazing and the only place I will get my oil changed. As a female I appreciate that the staff has always treated me with respect and been upfront and honest nor have they tried to hit on me or talk down to me like other places have. I have been using this place for over 5 years and it is refreshing to see the same faces each time instead of new staff every time. I got lucky when I went to get my oil changed it was their customer appreciation day I received a $10 off my oil change, a free car wash, air freshener and my name was entered in a drawing for free car washes for a whole year. And they are some of the most friendliest people they did a great job and I was in and out of there in no time definitely will be using them again

I have been a customer at Mobile One Lube Express on two occasions and each time repairs and costs came to much less than I was expecting. I am impressed with their honesty and expertise. They have helped me with my car a handful of times and each time they do it quickly and effectively! Yesterday my car broke down in the middle of a busy street and they loaded up and came to tow me themselves. If I ever have a problem I know they can fix, they will undoubtedly have my business from here forward. Highly recommend!

As a business owner myself, and having worked on several of my own cars, I would recommend Mobil 1 Lube Express without hesitation. They are courteous, thorough and professional, offering incredible value for everything as simple as an oil change to complete engine overhauls.If your cars are as important to you as they are to me, know that Will and his team will do everything in their power to make sure you are up-and-running. He even came in on a Sunday to make sure my son's car was ready for school on Monday morning! Have used this location for years . Drove in to get oil change and they hand me the receipt for $85! I asked why so much for $45 oil change and they said they had used high mileage oil or something. They never asked me . They did reduce the amount but I don t trust this type of practice . Will never return . Unfortunately they did the same thing to my Mom a few days ago. This prompted me to leave a review . She is 80 years old and just paid it and never said anything. Up charges her for synthetic oil without asking . NOT professional . Lots of oil change places in town . DO not go here or have your elderly parents go here . They will get gouged!Service: Oil change

I never post reviews about businesses usually because I feel often customers do not believe what's written in the post..but in this case I will take the time to do so...PLEASE READ & USE AS A REFERANCE...the team at Expert Oil Change on Helton dr. In Florence are the BEST group of guys I have ever had work on my vehicle!! My father was first referred there and sent my daughter & son to them and was pleased. I was then coincidentally referred to them by a friend who manages a parts store. David, Terry and their whole team are polite, honest, resourceful, educated and motivated to actually get your car running correctly, and not just with oil changes, but with brake work, transmissions, alternators, wheel bearrings, and on & on!! They go out of their way to assist in ANY situation including being stranded at another business and coming to literally tow your vehicle to them..and being nice about it!!! I recommend these guys, this location, and their services 150% of the time!!! Take this positive review into consideration for any small or large job...and they won't overcharge you or be dishonest!! Great job, good company, thanks for being reliable!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars! This business use to give good service now they are the most exspensibe in town which would be fine if you got the service you would have gotten 10 years ago. We took our car in and when we did they forgot to put the oil pan and skid plate somehow back on so it was scrubbing underneath the car and then fell off. We took the car back to them and handed them the skid plate I guess is what it s called and ask them to please check the oil and all out since we are now terrified something was done wrong. They checked the tires and when they did they added air to one tire after that we drove off and the tire sensor came on and we had to take it to Walmart and there they said 3 tires are low of air and the one they added air in was too much. Walmart did a fabulous job in correcting the issue and we would not recommend using expert oil. I called and spoke to David one of the owners so he states and I being a calm person stated to him what had happened and he said what do you want me to do about it in a very hateful tone. He said he felt berated since he picked up the phone and I said wow, all I did was tell you what happened so you can address it with your employees. He then kept talking and said what do you want a free oil change or somthing. I stated no but that I am aware he has projects completed insurance like most companies performing a service and that unless he wants a lot of claims he needs to address this with his staff or supervise their work because this could cause many engines to lock up if the oil pan and all isn t put back in and the skid plate on correctly. He was extremely rude and kept saying inappropriate and tacky things instead of saying thank you I ll address it and look into it. David is extremely unprofessional and rude and I don t know business owners who act like that. I hope this review helps others before they think about using this place. Our car is a newer car so we can t afford to have a blown engine because he has people working who don t know what they are doing. Not sure if this is a new owner or what but very very bad service.
