The best crew and service ever! No pressure and I feel like I got honest care and I truly felt like this crew cared about my safety. My elderly father followed me in his vehicle and they were very careful in explaining things to him and did not try to push unnecessary services on either of us. I highly recommend them!

Great service!!! I took my Jeep Wrangler in today they were very thorough with my oil change and filter change. Gave me great affordable options for my Jeep to handle all my issues!!! Will be going back for my next oil change when it s time!

I visited Jiffy Lube today in Florence, AL on Cox Creek to figure out why my maintenance required light came on. So after J Wilson troubleshooted the problem he realized that I needed another oil change. I want to thank J Wilson, Hunter P, Jerry F, Kevin C, Tamorrin R, And Jaylynn W for performing all the courtesy services. All were very professional and courteous. Thanks guys.

Since I got my new car - I have ONLY taken it to jiffy on cox creek. K. Cook is always so fast to help & explain how/what something is before replacing it which is always greatly appreciated. Would not let me sit in the vehicle during the service, so I could not see what they were doing. I had to tell them not to install an air filter or add coolant or anything else because they would charge me for that. And me being in the lobby if I opposed it, they would say it s already on the vehicle and they can t take it back. Bad business move they use mediocre full synthetic oil that is not good. I am actually about to change the oil again in my driveway because this Pennzoil full synthetic is no better than the conventional. They used to carry Mobil one, but now they say they don t. They didn t verify with me before I left that my oil was filled. They did not reset my oil life on my car. The guy that drove it into the bay bar the tires in the bay, it is a manual transmission. Basically, they try to upsell you without asking they just add on stuff to raise your cost. And I am sorry, but $99 for pennzoil full synthetic is crazy that oil isn t even any good. The only reason I went is because I had an $80 gift card from a previous bad experience. I will never Ever get my oil changed there again. They are worse than a car dealership trying to tack on extras onto the price of a car. They do the same tactic, which is unethical and should be illegal. I will run vegetable oil in my car If Jiffy Lube is the only option in this area. On another note with the cost of oil changes nowadays versus the price of oil and filter. If you didn t put pressure on the customers to sell the extras, you might sell more extras. I remember when topping off all the fluids was included with the oil change for free.

Let me start off by saying the customer service is AMAZING here! I went to a jiffy lube and was told my oil pan was leaking. So I took it to my dealership to get fixed. The dealership told me that the people that had changed my oil the week before stripped the plug and now I was having to pay to fix it. I called this jiffy lube with my complaint and Tyler was amazing! He let me know up front he was new to the position of assistant manager and he wanted to do everything correctly. He took my number and said he would call back once he talked to his GM and District manager. He called back quickly and said that they were both busy could they call me in the morning. I said sure because it was close to their closing time. He gave me his personal number and texted me around 7am the next day to call them when I was free. I did and spoke to the GM Kevin. Kevin was great and listened to my frustration and for 45 minutes we talked. He tried to find my ticket and couldn t, we talked about my appointment, he told me how he was sure that his people didn t do it and even invited me back so they could show me how they do things. After 45 minutes we realized I had called the wrong store! I ranted to this man who I had never even been to his store for 45 minutes! He was right! His people didn t do anything to mess up my car. Before we figured this out he offered to refund my whole ticket. Once he found out I had called the wrong store he could have just sent me on my way but he didn t. He went above and beyond. He left me a $150 gift card for my troubles and to try and make my experience right ever though it wasn t his store that messed up my car! Who does that!!?? These guys are the real deal! Their customer service was amazing! They made something right that wasn t even their fault. We need more people like then. Before we talked I was never going to go back to a jiffy lube ever again! Now I ll be back every time. Go see Kevin, Tyler and their crew for amazing customer service. I truly appreciate y all!Services: Tires, Oil change

Service was quick and friendly...However...After arriving home I thought I would give everything under the hood a quick inspection as a cover dad to be removed to access the oil filter.Rechecking fluid levels as I always do after an oil change service I found my transmission fluid was a quart low. There were three young men working under the hood and yet it seems that fluid was not checked. I make that assumption based on the fact it was never mentioned to me.Remember people it is a good idea to re-check your fluids after an oil change service...

I always go to jiffy the last time I was there was a mess there price change I was like omg were that price come from because they used high tech. Oil what!!! Oil goes up that Much Wow it was a mess Never Again will I go Back!!!

Again these Guys came through for me! Have to say a special THANK YOU !! to the manager Kevin. He has always been kind and helpful. But on New Years eve, one hour before closing my truck Battery died. Had to wait an hour for a tow truck , so called Jiffy Lube to see when they closed. Kevin answered and said they were closing up as we spoke. I told him my situation, and he stayed open for me. He ordered a new battery and waited for me to get there, replaced my battery and was just AMAZING!What business stays 2 hours after closing on a holiday to help their customer?? Eveytime I go to Jiffy Lube ,I am happy with the results.They get your problem that going with your car. They ask u to going be seated.The technician check the car out .Then the technician comes in ask what would you like done .I think this very professional work.

I asked for the basic oil change, the salesman was pushy in trying to get me to rotate tires flush brakes telling me the transmission needed flushing and I needed plugs and wires. My truck doesn t have plug wires so it was hard to believe anything he said. Two other customers in the waiting area told me they told they the same thing. I will not stop there again hopefully they will go out of business.Service: Oil change

Good experience, it was a busy time for them but they pulled off great service. As far as efficiency, never had an issue at this location. We have 2 Jiffy Lubes in Florence, this location seems to operate much better.

Horrible very very unprofessional all most blowed up my car I had an oil change done here in August and somehow they did not put fresh oil in the nissan marano 2020 year it is a brand new car luckily that we didn't drive the vehicle for a while I drove it home and parked it about a month later I checked the oil before I leave in the nissan and there is not a drop of oil in the car I drove from jiffy lube straight home and parked it so I will be doing my own oil changes from now on don't just trust this place some of these guys don't know what's going on half the time so all ways check it out before you leave this place nearly cost me my vehicle. I got Pic also of me changing the oil my self and that is how much oil total was in the car in that photo not happy at all

They cross threaded one of my spark plugs and as it turns out, they were trying to use the wrong sized plug anyway and then refused to take responsibility for it and pay for it.

Since when did they start making you get out of your car and wait in the lobby? I declined. I will just go somewhere else. Also, they changed the oil in another vehicle before vacation. They started to rotate the tires, but we decided to wait. We suspect they did not tighten the lugnuts back after loosening them. We almost lost a tire later. Thankfully, it was not while flying down the interstate at 80 mph!

This was my first visit. I went to the new Jiffy Lube in Wadsworth, OHI found the team friendly and efficient. The shop and lounge was very clean. They were upfront with the cost of their services, which I appreciated since I m on a budget. I truly appreciated not being surprised at the end.With having 3 services being done I was there under a half hour. I was able to sit in their lounge and watch TV and watch them take care of my vehicle.I ll definitely consider going back to them again. As a single woman, with little mechanical knowledge, it's easy to get taken advantage of when it comes to car service & repair. Because of that, I'm taking the time to recommend these guys. I've been using the oil change & mechanic services here for years & totally trust them.

I have switched to jiffy lube from another place I won t mention by name because the other place always would say that there was a long wait to rotate tires but always was eager for the oil change. So I went to jiffy lube and when I asked for oil change and tire rotation they didn t put me off on the tire rotation. So I bought new set of tires at jiffy lube and they are now my preferred place to go for quick oil changes and tire rotation.
