Fast Friendly Service! Very knowledgeable crew! Nice seating area to sit and wait while they work on your car. Service prices are very reasonable! I will bring my car to them again!

I had a coupon for an oil change at "Jiffy"Lube that was close to expiring and I really needed the oil changed in my car. I'd used them in the past, the pricing was reasonable (with a coupon) and the staff were fairly friendly and courteous. This time, I was told that they would get me in "in a few minutes". There was 1 car ahead of me. Well, 42 minutes later I was still waiting. I could see no one in the bays beneath the cars, and 2 or three employees sauntering around the area not appearing to be doing much of anything. I had somewhere else I had to be by that time, so I left. When I went back the next day I could tell they recognized my car, but they came out and asked what I wanted. When I told them about my experience the day before, they told me they didn't know how long I'd have to wait this time. So I went a block up the street to Express Oil. Was in and out of there in 15 - 20 minutes, plus the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous! I'll NEVER go back to "Jiffy " Lube!

It was time to have my Gmc transmission fluid filter changed/ fluid flush. It was going to cost me another $150 to have it flushed and I ask them to please not flush it if after filter change, my fluid still seemed to be good. I went to pick truck up after they finished and guy told me fluid looked good and did not need flushed. I don't know about others experience but there are places out there that would have went ahead and flushed no matter if it was good or not. There are even places that would have not flushed but said they did just to get a extra clear $150. Honesty goes a hell of a long way with me these days and I will be going back to jiffy lube the next time I need service. Thank you Guys!

Please be sure that the TECH....older guy with gray hair see this review.....i was driving on florence blvd.tuesday the 23rd of January 2024& my windshield wipers quit....I mean it was pouring rain.I was able to pull in here& told him what was going on& he checked the fuse& it had blown so he replaced it.he was so nice& I will never forget him.but before I could pull away after exiting the bay the wipers stopped again.this time he was very busy& told me it was much more than a fuse.he was correct it was DIAG.as my wiper pump had quit.i had to have a brand new wiper pump ordered& installed@ express oil change that service my car.STILL I HAVE TO LET PEOPLE KNOW HOW JIFFY LUBE TRIED TO HELP& I HAVE A REEL ABOUT IT ON MY FACEBOOK PAGE.....AUTHOR SHEILA PITTS NELMS HUGHES I WILL BE GIVING THEM SOME BUSINESS DUE TO THIS KIND ACT

I expected service- someone knowledgeable in mechanics of my vehicle that could put me back on the road safely. I have had nothing but good to say about jiffy lube until now! My engine was overheating and they zip tied a hose and sent me on my way. Now I have to replace my engine. I am not a happy customer

Went to jiffy lube on Florence blvd on for first time and they changed my oil and topped my antifreeze and then the next morning drove to Huntsville and my car overheated because radiator cap wasn t place back on tightly, now my motor is blowed. I will never ever use or recommend jiffy lube to any one

I always use Jiffy Lube on Florence Blvd for my oil changes. Ive been using them for about 3 years now. They are very nice, respectful and friendly. They do their job without wasting time. Service is always great!

A bit pricey compared to other places. Their people are good, friendly, etc. I needed additional work done to my vehicle as well, but the mechanic was a no-call-no-show, so I've got to go elsewhere. Mostly good service. Very friendly group. Except, they didn't notice the oil type used on my car on the previous oil change sticker and I had to point it out and also, they overfilled my tires all by about 10-12 lbs. Figured that one out 200 miles into a trip on the interstate. I would just ask they be a little more diligent next timeService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Extremely impressed by how friendly, fast, and went out of their way to ask me questions or if I needed to ask them anything. It wasn't just one or two of them ,it was the entire staff! I was in and out in 15 minutes and that included oil change, air filter, and tires rotated. These guys need to train other places in their line of work how it's done! Great job guys!

Was in need of a oil change so I stopped here.there was no wait!! Guess it's all in the timing lol.The guys were next level.they put air in my tires,showed me step by step on the services they offer as recommended by the manufacturer..some things I did know,some things I didn't. My brakes went out so I went in and it ended up being more than what I thought was wrong with my car. The mechanic was great and fixed my brake pads, rotors, and piston in a timely fashion. It ended up being more than what I thought it was going to be and the manager worked with me on my payment so I really appreciate their service and kindness. They were very professional and I recommend any having any brake issues to go to them. I ll be going to them from now on for tires, oil changes, and any other services my car needs. Stopped in for a service and oil change...mentioned an issue I have had with my ac...the mechanic came straight over and talked to me and soon as my service was done he pulled it into his bay...within 30mins he had located the issue and my ac has been working great since...very knowledgeable and friendly service....highly recommendedService: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

My Name is Calandra Stewart They was wonderful on doing the oil change. The employees was very friendly. But what I paid in the end was too costly for me seems like they find things that didn t really needed to be done and raise the price on it I could ve went and bought a jug of antifreeze they charge me $15 just to put it in my reserve tank and a filter cost $45 that s just too much!!Service: Oil change

I had a low beam headlight go out on my dodge dart, and Autozone said they couldn t access the bulb to replace it. I took my car to the Jiffy Lube in Muscle Shoals, and they told me that they would have to take the front bumper off to replace the bulb and had no one currently available to do so. So then I went to the Jiffy Lube in Florence, and they had me fixed up in 5 minutes. They were able to access the bulb from the wheel well without removing the bumper. They also vacuumed my car, topped off my oil, and put air in my tires without me having to ask. They did an awesome job! I will definitely go out of my way again to use the Florence location!
