Great, fast, professional service. I ve been to the big name companies and they don t compare. Ordered 4 new tires and had them put on at Hines. They beat the price of several other places. I will highly suggest Hines Tire!

A gem in the city center! Traveling through from out of town, found flat tire on left front of my vehicle. No way was I going to travel back to Memphis. I see why this establishment has high ratings. Courteous, fair, reasonable, kind grateful for the staff getting us back on the road quickly. Highly recommend.

We pulled up at 7:46, and the worker immediately walked out of the garage, rolled his eyes, and shook his head no. He quoted us a price for tire mounting, and then suddenly changed his mind when my boyfriend asked. His demeanor was very unprofessional and he was cutting us off when we tried asking other questions. Very rude customer service if you ask me. We have used this business multiple times, we well as several of our friends and family. This place of business has officially lost our business as well as others. Do better.

Due to my job, I constantly get nails in my tires or they wear out because of how much I drive, I can always count on them to give me tires as good as new. And get me in and out fast! Occasionally they are busy, but it s because they are good! Be patient. They are worth it!

They are very great on prices and have great tires. They were extremely fast it took them less than 10 minutes to change my one tire. Everyone there is nice and professional. I highly recommend them and im very picky. I bought a used tire and it looks new other than the thread but it was definitely worth buying if you need a tire to last you until you get new set. Thank you guys for your amazing work and great communication!!!

This place is just great, they have always delivered price and service. Best price in town got quotes well over what I paid and did not have to wait to get tires in. If they are not your go too they should be!! SHOP LOCAL, great family and employess. Dennis is very good at taking care of customer needs.Highly recommend and will return when needed!

Yesterday coming home the tire pressure indicator said low tire, so I stopped and checked and immediately saw a SCREWDRIVER end sticking out of the sidewall of my tire. I went to 3 different tire shops before finding this one and they all said the tire (with only 3000+ miles) would have to be replaced. When I found this place it was 45 minutes till closing time and the parking lot was full of cars waiting for service. But they had me going in less than 30 minutes. The screwdriver had actually come in through the treads and out through the sidewall and they broke it down and put in 2 patches for $20 and got me going. I gave the guy that did the work a nice tip and was on my way. I will likely replace the tire since I do pull a trailer, but they got me home last night and that was what I wanted. I highly recommend Hines Tire Center in Florence. Oh, while waiting I counted 24-floor jacks lined up out there.They geter dun.

Absolutely amazing service. Not only was the crew professional but they were working their butts off today. I was there maybe 20 minutes and saw a guy changed out tires on three vehicles as well as helping other crew members. Everyone came and checked on me to make sure I had been helped yet. They had multiple trucks coming in with inventory and more. It was neat to see everyone working together to provide a great experience at such a fast pace all while multitasking multiple jobs and being so professional. Pricing was great too.

I always go to Shawn to get my tires best prices in town and always done me right. They also have a great selection of used tires if your in a pinch and need a tire to get you by.

Great service! We realized we had a screw in our tire and went to another tire shop who sent us on our way and the tire was low so we couldn t drive it farther. We had use Hines before to bail us out when we had a low tire but didn t know if they did service calls for this situation. Hines came to the rescue and fixed our tire and they were really nice! They re also affordable! They didn t charge and arm and a leg! would recommend them to anyone!

Hines has fast, friendly and affordable service. I only had 50 dollars to my name and they were able to get me a used tire for $40 and in under 20 minutes. I even got a freet-shirt! Best tire place in Florence!

Just payed 100 dollars for one new tire. I'm done with hines after all these years gotta find something more affordable. This is highway robbery. Farewell. Very dissatisfied and disappointing. But not unexpected.Someone just ask to question me about my review saying on not truthful. So here's the receipt

TL/DR They sold me a plugged rather than patched tire that leaks without informing me of the plug and left a lug nut loose that somehow was kept in by the hub cap.Bought two used tires and had them installed since I had a flat. I didn't want to deal with plugging my own tire. Drove it for about a week, low tire warning light came on. I went around and checked my tires, one was around 20 psi, one of the two they replaced. I aired Amit up and as I was inflating it I noticed a bit of dark orange rubber sticking out from the tread. They sold me a tire with a plug without at least telling me. Surprised they didn't patch it from the inside since they had to put it on the rim anyway. I didn't have time to go back with working 12 hour shifts so i had to air it up and hope for the best. It's outside the warranty window now so I guess I'm just going to buy a new set somewhere else. If I wanted shoddy tire work and to have to spend more I'd plug it myself. What's even worse is the day I noticed the plug one of the lug nuts on that same wheel worked loose while driving and was barely held in by the hub cap. I travel on the interstate regularly, imagine the danger of an incorrectly plugged tire and loose lug nut at 70 mph. I don't know if they need to pay their employees more or what the problem is but I'm not going back to either location.

Rain, snow or shine, these guys will get you in and out without hesitation. Not to mention they are super fast! They keep new and used tires on hand. But if you desire tires they happen to not have, they will get them ordered and to the shop ASAP. And if an issue arises, don t worry, just give them a call and explain the situation, and they will get the problem took care of!

Friendly workers, they'll make you laugh. Great prices. The place is small so it gets crowded quickly but for the service, it's worth it. 4 stars because it could use a good clean up but that's the only complaint.
