Great price and even better service. Got me off the side of road on a bum alternator on a weekend and then drove me to get a new one after nursing my car to run and leaving it at his shop. Best mechanics experience I ever had.

This place definitely deserves 5 stars. He replaced my radiator for $60 in labor, and worked very hard to ensure that it was swapped properly. Hayes has been in business for more than 100 years, and they provide great service. I highly recommend you give them a call.

We were traveling from out of state and had a car alternator go bad. The Airbnb owner recommended Hayes Garage. We had the car towed to the garage and Kenneth Hayes (owner) was so gracious and kind, as well as very accommodating. The work he performed was quality and his service was outstanding! He doesn't take credit cards, so he allowed us to mail him a check when we returned to our home state. Such a wonderful gentleman! Would highly recommend his services! We'll have our kids use his services for any future car repairs, as they are students at the University and the location is convenient to the UNA campus.

My daughter is a student at UNA and is about 3 hours from our home in Nashville. Her car broke down so we had it towed to Hayes Garage. I was very nervous as I knew nothing about them and I realized that we were in a vulnerable situation in which an unscrupulous auto repair shop could really take advantage of us. Kenneth Hayes was awesome to work with. He let me know when her car arrived and he kept me updated throughout the repair process. Price was very fair and the service was prompt. I wish that I had a shop like Hayes Garage near my home.
