I had a great experience here. Super friendly and down to earth staff from Haley the sales person, Jordan, and Phil the manager. All great people.Haley really knew her stuff and I highly recommend asking for her when you have a need for a Honda. They are flexible and willing to make a deal and treat you right unlike many other dealerships out there.

Setting up appointment for routine service on HondaLink App was very simple. Service employee Alan was very responsive when I pulled in the service lane. Alan notified the shuttle driver (Gary) to take me home. My vehicle was ready within an hour. Shuttle driver picked me up at my home to pick up vehicle. The whole process was very simple and started my day in a positive way. NOTE: I bought the vehicle at a dealership in Huntsville, Alabama but was more convenient for me to get my service done in Florence, Alabama where I live.

My experience at Greenway Honda was a five star. They kept me informed of my vehicle service throughout the entire time. The gentleman that helped me was very very informative. He went beyond what needed to do to help me. I will recommend Greenway Honda to anybody.

I couldn t find a Honda dealership that wanted to help with my Honda Motocompacto. They took on the challenge and got it back to working again! I would recommend this service department for any Honda needs. Great folks and very friendly staff!

The service department staff were wonderful. Got my vehicle fixed after an u expected issue timely. They communicated with me every step of the way and made sure to inform me of each step as they were working on my van.

Nice and friendly guys. However, technicians forgot to put air in tires and I had to return. The next day, I found parts/covers in my backseat that they forgot to put back on. Not sure how these things happened ..must have had a rough four days to have overlooked these things. Otherwise it was a good experience and I am optimistic that they will be more careful next time before releasing my car.

Always a great experience with the maintenance department at Greenway Honda of Florence. Knowledgeable folks that are always eager to please the customer. It is just an easy experience with them and I will continue to come back.

We brought our 2016 Honda Odyssey in on 12/5/23 Cade was Very polite and professional, but the Cost of the service was not to our satisfaction. We went in to have tires rotation which were supposed to be free Because we bought our tires at Greenway Honda. But we were charged $32.49 Also, it was told that we did not want a cabin filter. Put in and and when we saw the charge Cade Todays they had already put it and that was about thirty minutes after we were already there and he said they were already working on the car. That was his excuse. I know he was busy and he probably did not go back there and tell them. Also, it was told to my husband and I that my husband being a veteran We would get 10% off. Cade Said when he was making up the bill that they would only let him tap out at $200. And he said he didn't know that. How long has he been working there? He should have known. Also, there are charges We don't understand when it comes to these miscellaneous charges. Very unhappy customer With Greenway Honda. We have been to greenway Honda several times for my vehicle. 2xs we have been Dissatisfied With parts of service on our vehicle. I arrived early by about 30 minutes. Kevin greeted me, found my info, took my keys. He suggested I have a seat and a cup of coffee. I was quite surprised how quickly the work was preformed. Kevin answered questions I had regarding the future requirements necessary. Upon leaving and signing paperwork, he hugged me and told me to call him if I needed anything.

My dad took our CRV Hybrid in for a regular oil change and tire rotation. Kevin in the service department is always right there to help you. The car was serviced and even had a recall taken care of. Everybody was professional and the experience was a 10!

Kevin sent me a video of the inspection and necessary repair that needed done on my car and made it very easy to contact him to discuss. Then then work was done in a timely way. I appreciated his professionalism.

Cade was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. When I returned to pick up my car he was having to deal with an extremely difficult customer and did so very professionally and respectfully. I was so impressed with him! It was more than I ve ever paid for an oil change but have recently inherited this, my mom s car and will definitely used Florence Honda for service again, because of Cade and the service department!

I thought the service was above par. I was there for some issues with my Passport, and I was impressed with, specifically, the customer service. I was updated on the progress several times, and I was given a clear timeline and description of the what was happening with my car.

Service at Greenway was quick and easy, especially with Alan Hensley as my service adviser. He knows his stuff and can pretty well answer any question on the fly. If I want to add onto my scheduled service, he can tell me how much and how long. From now on, to schedule any service, I'll call Alan direct instead of clicking 2 for service and talking to those morons in Outer Mongolia. Greenway should do better.

This was the first oil change on our Honda since purchasing our CERTIFIED Pre-Owned vehicle. The first oil change was free, all fluids checked and topped off, tires rotated and checked, and the car was washed!! Only took about 45 minutes and we were on our way. Thanks Kevin!! Greenway Honda did a great job!!

I drove 20 hours down to Alabama for a wedding and needed to get an oil change and brakes while I was there. Since it is a Honda dealership, I assumed all of their technicians were Honda certified, so I took my Honda there to be serviced. Customer service was great, I felt confident they would do me right, so I bought their additional services like changing air filters, knowing I could do it myself for cheaper.I spent $691 for an oil change, rear differential fluid change, new air filters, tire rotation, and for them to turn my rotors and replace brake pads. Off the lot, my brakes squealed like a spring mattress on honeymoon night. 1500 miles later and they re still squawking.I ll probably return for recall work, but I ll pursue other options for any real fix. I m not a mechanic, but everything seems to go right when I do as much of the work as I can myself. Where have all the reliable mechanics gone?

On Feb 4th I ordered a part for a 2011 Honda Odyssey from the Greenway Honda of Florence location, I ordered through the website, and I am pretty sure I selected the correct part, but it is not what I received on Feb 9th (Friday). I thought I purchased the whole axel assembly for $209, which is comparable to other part place's pricing that I researched, but I was just sent the outer joint. I knew my order was incorrect right away by the box size that was delivered. I contacted Greenway Honda on Feb 12th (Monday) for a return and was told by Amanda, yes to a return if the part was not opened, in the plastic seal wrap and the red Honda sticker was still on it. I stated yes to all (Never opened the original box shipped). I was told to make sure my order number was in the box, so that is when I opened it to put my printed order receipt in the box. I shipped it back to the Greenway Honda of Florence location at my own expense of $17 and was told I would be charged a 25% restocking fee. I asked Amanda if there was anything she could do on the 25% restocking fee because I felt the website showed one thing and I received something else. She never responded. So, rather than put up a fight about the website and ordering process, I agreed with it all. I received an email after they received the returned part and was told my return had been declined. That was it, no explanation. I had to reach out to Amanda again and asked why my return was declined and she responded that the sealed part plastic had been cut open. I asked for a photo and proof it was cut open and after a day she responded with No and the part had been shipped back. Mind you that I have contacted Jesse Gouvin at Honda and he responded to me asking me to call him to work out a solution. I have left 2 voicemails with no response, so much for working on a resolution. Very disappointed that a business can operate like this.Jesse Gouvin at Honda finally responded via email that no refund will be issued, and the part will be shipped back. I received the part today 2/21, so tell me how are we going to work on a solution, if you already shipped the part back. It just tells me that they had no intention of working with me at all. At the end of Jesse email, he stated he will not fall to online pressure of a google review and in bold typed "Thanks for your Business!" This guy is a bully taking advantage of hard-working people. Stay away from Greenway Honda of Florence!

Alan was my service advisor and did an excellent job. He kept me informed of the process and even showed me a video inspection of my vehicle and what needed to be done. I thought that was an excellent touch allowing me to see in real time what maintenance was needed. Come see Alan at Greenway Honda of Florence and he will treat you right! I dropped into the service queue with no appointment. Alan checked out my service prompt, explained the issue, and took the car in on the spot. He estimated the time required for the service and was accurate to within minutes. Great folks! Fast and friendly customer service! I took my car in for some lights being on. I was greeted before I even got out of my car with all smiles and asking how they could help! Wow! They pulled my car straight back and got me in! No waiting! I was starved and they had an awesome gentleman shuttle me and my daughter to eat and picked us back up! How awesome is that?! They ordered my part and had me back in a couple of days later and fixed! I will 10/10 recommend these guys every time! Keep up the great work!
