The salesman made our day. We had been on the hunt for my husband a vehicle and he was so easy going, answered all our questions and we got him a vehicle!!!! He says, "Best car sales EVER!"

Keith has been great to work on my daughter's car numerous times and went out of his way to make sure it is safe and reliable. He fixed a couple of minor things at no charge for his labor. The staff have all been very friendly and helpful including the owners furbaby. I will definitely be using them in the future and referring others.

I have traded with Elmer Pierce 4 times now. Each time he reminds me of why I go back. The ease of transitioning into a different vehicle without worries is a big factor. You can trade knowing if you have an issue he is there to help. Service after the sale is a major trust factor and this dealership follows through in this regard.

Absolutely amazing experience at Garner Pierce. Elmer was fantastic to deal with. We went to look at vehicle for my daughter and ended up buying 2 (suv and a convertible sports car!). Prices can t be beat and you re not treated like just another buyer . Shout out to these guys! You should go here first for your next car purchase. Thanks to Elmer Pierce for upfront and honest dealing with my family. They love their Tahoe and the price they paid for it.They also have an awesome service department. Thanks to Brent Pace and Johnny Muston for getting my vehicle up and running again in a matter of a few hours when another shop kept it for 2 days and didn't repair it.They value their customers and provide excellent service .

This place is AMAZING!!!! They sold my dad a beautiful truck this week, their service is amazing! Very family friendly, great selection, awesome people to deal with!!!!!! NOT TO MENTION, Atticus (Their dog) is the CUTEST, SWEETEST, MOST LOVING dog you will ever see!!!!! Stop in to see the dog and you ll more than likely leave with a vehicle!!!!!!! These guys are awesome! My only negative thing is that they wouldn t let me have the dog......but they are still AMAZING!!!!!!!

Do not trust them or believe anything they say. Back story, we experienced a flood and lost 5 vehicles. We had insurance but it didn't even come close to what we lost. We bought 2 vehicles from Elmer Peirce. MY husband is in the military and stationed overseas. We explained to Mr Peirce that I needed a dependable vehicle to drive to Nashville for doctors appointments. He assured me that he had mechanics that could work on the car. The day that I purchased the car water was sloshing around in it and the driver seat controls didn't work. He assured me that his mechanic would fix it. He ended up sending it to the VW dealership, because his mechanic were not able to do the repairs.It took 10 days to even pick the car up. We had the car less than 2 weeks. I drove my husband to the airport and the check engine light came on. We put less than 300 miles on the car. Mr Peirce was informed and he stated that he didn't have a code reader for the car. I read it with my $20 reader and it said it needed a turbocharger replaced. I called Mr Peirce and he said to take it to the VW dealership and they would do whatever they needed to make it right. Sure enough, it needed a turbocharger and an AC blower motor. $4000 to fix it. Mr Peirce immediately switched to a different person. He wanted me to pay for the repairs. I ask him to take the vehicle back and he was only willing to pay me $5000 for a car that I bought for $9000. Or he would do the repairs but I had to purchase the parts. Keep in mind that he previously stated that his mechanic needed a special code reader for it....even though my code reader read it just fine. And his mechanics weren't even capable of repairs to the seat.He wanted me to pay him $1500 to repair a vehicle that is basically a lemon.. He took advantaged of us in our time of need.

Awesome customer service! We had a couple of minor repairs needed on a couple of our vehicles. When we got home last night, my truck was in my driveway washed and cleaned inside and out! That s service y all!!!!!!! Thanks Elmer, everybody in the family was impressed!
