Mr. Daniel Franco and the guys there are always so nice and helpful. I went at lunchtime on a Friday and they got me right in and out. Very courteous and professional. I've been a customer for a long time but forget to give credit where it's due. Thanks guys!

Matthew is a great manager. He was friendly, personable, and very informative. The gentleman that checked me out was also kind and answered all my questions. I don t remember his name. This was the best experience I ve had at an express oil. I m going back for all my car needs.

My service tech was Kevin. Kevin was very nice and personable, cracked a couple jokes while my car was being serviced. Coming from California I appreciate the safety checks and such that take place when getting your oil serviced (CA just change your oil and send you on your way)

Express Oil Change & Tire is THE place to go for a quick, no hassle oil change. Plus, they check your tires for wear and proper inflation, as well as other systems on your car to be sure they are in working order. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, too. I'll be a repeat customer for sure!

Honest and efficient! These days it's hard to find a service shop that cares about its customers and does not overcharge or try to upsale you on unnecessary services. They even have a comfy waiting area - had to use it for my 2 kids under 4 during full brake and oil service...was a lifesaver! Also, manager Kevin is the best!

I have been a customer at EOC for over 20 years. Michael knows me when I come in. Matthew is always willing to listen to my concerns and ready to diagnose and make the repair in a timely manner. I will continue to recommend them as I have many times throughout the years.

I guess I haven't been paying attention but I own a Toyota Prius and a year or two ago I could have swore getting my oil change was about $45. I went to the one on Florence Boulevard about a week ago and the bill was $81 dollars. Does everybody gouge for money now.? Do you just charge whatever you want to charge and the hell with people. I guess a loaf of bread will be $10 soon.

They changed the oil in my car. It was pretty fast and they washed my windshield, topped off the coolant and windshield washer fluid. A little expensive, but overall pretty satisfied with my visit.

This place puts no effort in helping a stranded motorist no customers at the shop but he told me it would probably be tomorrow I live in south Alabama very rude Owner. When asked for my property back and what ever money I was owed back due to he did not fix the problem he pointed out no refund on the ticket. He's a thief. 120.00 for nothing.

I always take my vehicle to Micky, anytime I have an issue he takes care of me. I have a Jaguar so it s so much closer than driving to Huntsville. Thank you Micky for always helping no matter how silly the question.

I've been sending my vehicles to this location for years for my vehicle service. They do such a great job and will often do minor things at no charge. They are honest and dependable and I would highly recommend them. Go see Max and he is the best!

This place (shout out to Kevin and Brayden) really saved the day! It was the Friday of Labor Day weekend and my husband and I were heading to work. One of our back tires was low on air so we stopped and added some. We live in Athens, AL but work in Florence so it s about a 30 min commute. The tire continued to lose air and we just made it to Express Oil Change in Florence. We had 8 lbs of pressure and were on the rim. When Kevin came over to inspect the tires, he was shocked (and slightly injured) by the total destruction of the inner part of the tire. Not noticeable from the outside, I had worn through the steel belts on the inner two thirds of the tire. He asked if there had been a recall and I just happened to have the paperwork in the glove box. Ford had a recall on the toe link and I had that fixed at the Ford dealership in Athens 4 months ago. My husband and I had someone from work come and get us. Kevin called later to say that the damage to BOTH of my back tires was directly due to the recall work not being done correctly. Both would have to be replaced and he did not have those tires in stock. He suggested I call Ford, so I did.I talked with Kevin, the service manager at Ford and told him that my husband and I are stuck in Florence with a vehicle we can t drive, on a holiday weekend; the tires will have to be replaced and Express Oil doesn t have those. My predicament is apparently the sole result of their not doing an alignment as part of the recall repair. He was nice and said he d call me back with a plan. He ended up hauling 2 tires from Ford to Express Oil in Florence and he paid them to mount them. He told me to call him after the weekend and he d do the alignment. We had to get family to come get us. I asked Express Oil to do the alignment, too, so I could be sure it was done correctly. We went back to Florence on Saturday to pick up the vehicle.Everyone at Express Oil, Florence, was polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and competent. They saved us from a potential disaster and made a horrible situation much better. My thanks to the entire team there for a job well done!Services: Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

A friend of mine suggested I get my oil change here, and I am so glad she did. The gentleman who worked on my car was very friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked out my vehicle and was very upfront about the price for the items that needed to be replaced. This is a place I know I can trust.
