I absolutely loved my time at car mart. Very welcoming and doesn t just put you in a car she gave me options to choose from. Very polite and very warming experience. Definitely will be going back and telling everybody

From the time I stepped into that car lot, until I left, I was treated so kindly, so respected, and so professionally! I couldn t have asked for a better dealership to help me buy my 1st ever car, from start to finish alone! They took their time, they answered every question I had, they were extremely thorough, and just overall, a very well mannered business! I would recommend anyone giving it a chance that s in the market for a new used vehicle! I couldn t say enough to show how much I appreciated the treatment I received while there! And I LOVE my new Volkswagen Tiguan! I just love it & am so thankful for my new vehicle, and for people like car mart that go above & beyond! So thank you!!

I bought a car from them 10 days later it started losing Compression. I stopped in talked to Charlene she couldn't even tell me a Licensed Mechanic to take it to. So I figured it out finally. Two days later all my Lights went out. I replaced them .A week later I had a Flat but they didn't give me Spare or Jack. A few days later I get Locked out of the Car while it was Running cause it had a Security System and No Key Fob. So I called them to see if they would come Unlock my Car for me they Refused.This happened several times. Next the Radiator goes out Replaced it and all the Hoses.A week later the Alternator goes out and it goes into Safe Mode. I then called them and asked for Help cause I had no money to take it to a Mechanic cause I had spent all of my Money trying to keep the Car running. So they refused to Help. I finally told them to come get the Car cause I couldn't keep it running. They waited 3 weeks and called me everyday wanting me to make a payment on a car that went into Safe Mode cause it didn't have a KeyFob . I had 3 Mechanics tell me that the Car had been underwater. They still called me for 2 weeks after they picked up the car wanting a Payment on a Car that wouldn't run. I would ask them if it was fixed and they wouldn't even know the answer. I called corporate and asked for Help and got No Help Whatsoever. I only had the Car for 4 months and paid over $4000 on it and put another $2000 into keeping it running which didn't work.

I was really pleased with Q she is a real. Friendly assistant manager that takes her job seriously and there really needs to be more like her in the sales department I really want to give her 5 star rating thank you so much my dear!!!

I had an amazing experience at car mart. Sharlene was so great and so nice and very helpful every step of the way. She's your woman to see if you want a car. You will not be disappointed. Thanks to her I have a wonderful car for our family thank you so much!!!

Great staff and great service! They made it easy for me and didn t pressure me if I didn t like one. We looked until I found what was right for me. I m so happy with my new car!

I was told that I was not late paying my car payment a day or two after the initial date to pay that as long as I paid before the end of the week that I was good that there was no late fees. Only to just find out it has been roughly $68 every time I am late. My pay period changed where I get paid on a Wednesday from Tues so I normally pay on Thursday. I was never told that interest was added every time I was late for a year now. $68 every week for a year for being late when I was told I was not late. Be aware people because all businesses do not tell you the full truth. Very discouraged of paying for another leased vehicle. If they had been upfront in telling me there is still interest to be paid being late. I could have made other arrangements.

Charlene made my buying experience stress free and wonderful! I would definitely recommend anyone that wants a great car buying experience to go to car mart of Florence! The staff are so friendly! This is my 2nd car buying experience here! Ms. Falonda does an exceptional job there as the general manager!

Wonderful experience buying a car from Charlene!! She listens, helps you find what fits in your budget, what you like and what you re comfortable in and then the closing staff is also super professional and kind as they finish your purchase and get you on the road. I would recommend this branch and Charlene and the people she works with to everyone, hands down, every day! Thanks y all!

They gave exactly as good as they promised. Helped me keep my payment low, allowed me to make the down payment in 2 installments, and still got all the service plans included. Couldnt be happier with my car!

Everyone in the office was amazing, but Charlene? THE BEST! She made my experience so fun & worth it, & not like I was just a customer. She was completely transparent about everything, knowledgeable & had the best vibe! I ve never been so happy to give away money & sign a guitar. Lol.

Just paid off a car and buying another one; wouldn t think of going anywhere else! Car Mart s knowledgeable , friendly staff goes above and beyond to help get you in the good, quality vehicle you want. And Ms. Charlene is the GOAT; she made the whole experience quick and enjoyable!

I went in expecting to just look and eventually find something. I came across one I really liked and test drove it. Gene helped me seal the deal! Payments are very reasonable and their willing to work with you! I highly recommend to do business with them!

My experience here was phenomenal very friendly, assertive and just all around great people to work with! I went in with my concerns, expressed my concerns and when I say they broke it all down for me and didn t try to sugar coat nothing. I mean just that! I appreciate the GM Ms. Harris and the great sales lady Ms. Charlene they didn t walk over me they listened, considered, and also delivered! If you re looking for all around great people to help you with your next car, first car etc go holler at them. You won t be disappointed!

Definitely the best car-buying experience I've ever had! Charlene is absolutely wonderful....super friendly and helpful! She explained everything thoroughly, and helped us find the most suitable payment options for us; she made the entire process so easy and painless. Wouldn't consider looking anywhere else to buy a car!

The best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Charlene was absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable right away. She was so sweet to my 17mo old during the whole process and as a single mama starting over I couldn't have asked for more of a blessing. The whole team in there is amazing definitely stop in!!!!

You will nearly want to file a restraining order with these people by the time they're done screwing you. The sales associate was excessively unpleasant and rude. I sat in the office for 4 grueling hours(despite being the only customer in the store) in silence and was shut down every time I tried to say a single word. This process is apparently the customary initiation for a simple test drive. Although I was initially told I was approved for several vehicles, I wasn't allowed to consider or test drive more than one vehicle. They attempted to break me down and force me into the one vehicle right away(specifically a 2015 Chevy Malibu with 130K miles and extensive cosmetic damages for a 17% interest rate at $737 a month with weekly payments over 3 years). Poor customer service, time consuming processes, and laughably high prices and interest rates are reasons you should run far away from this place and never look back. I went to Shoals Dealer LLC and found unbelievably better deals with every single car on their lot. I'm so glad I didn't allow these shady people to rip me off :).
