I was told engine was tested and good. It cost me $1300 for someone to put it in. Knocked as soon as engine was running. I took it back and got the money back .They had the same motor back on there website the next day. Don't buy the 1.6 turbo motor.{ IT'S BAD ]

Called them about a part that they had listed on used car-parts.com to verify they still had it . I told the guy on the phone that it was a 2 hour drive and wanted to make sure they had it. He said they did. When I went to get it he said someone sold it without updating the system. Absolutely disgusts me and will never use them again. They acted like they didn't care and that it wasn't a big deal. I would not trust or count on anything they said.

Excellent experience. The customer service was great. I had to drive 2.5 hours to get the part. It was exactly as described over the phone. Very reasonable price. Will use again if possible.

Good and knowledgeable people selling top quality used parts,standing behind what they sell. I've known this place for years and personally have never heard any complaints from anyone,that in itself means alot to me.

Staff was friendly enough. They don't let you explore on your own but a fellow took me around the yard after I gave them an idea what I was looking for. I will definitely go here again in the future.

Went here to pick up a part for my friend and the people are very kind and courteous tell me about an hour and 45 minute drive to get there but the people that work there were very kind and helpful greatly appreciate that when you're doing business with someone

Terrible service, good for repair work but they are just jerks at the front desk and even if you want a salvaged part they try to sell it for more than what you can buy a new one for WORST SALVAGE YARD EVER!!!!! WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Make sure Play double check that they have the part drove 45 minutes after I called and they said they had the part And when I got there they did not have it so I would call twice and make sure they have it in hand before I drove there

Absolute worst customer service! Owners should be ashamed! I couldn't stay in business if I treated my customers like that. Save yourself the trouble and buy online!
