Amazing service for repairs to cracked screen on an android. If they have the right screen, you can get your phone repairs in less than a few hours. Martina did mine and it's good as new. Excellent.

I brought in my Fossil watch to have the battery replaced. The tech, who seemed to be new, shattered the crystal in my watch, scratching the band in the process. I understand that accidents happen, so I didn't get upset. The manager on duty was apologetic and told me he would personally take it to a nearby jewelry store to have the crystal replaced, that the battery change would be free of charge, and the store would call me when it was ready. Over a week went by without notice that it was ready, so I called the store to check. They had lost my phone number, but told me it was ready. When I picked up my watch, the replacement crystal was nowhere near the quality of the original crystal. It had a scratch on the inside, and it is flat whereas the original was curved. Those things wouldn't normally bother me, but the crystal is so thick that it sticks out from the face of the watch and makes it look cheap.I decided to roll with all of that, though, and just chalked it up to a lesson learned. It has been two months since, and now the battery in my watch is dead again. The staff were all very polite, which is why I'm giving the store two stars, but I'm not thrilled that they tried to make their mistake right with the cheapest repair possible.

I've been to this location several times, for various batteries. The customer service has always been great here, but today, Sarah's knowledge and eagerness to help, was exceptional. I'd definitely highly recommend going here for you battery and bulb needs.

Second time around. Asked for a replacement for ETX14L.Got an Extreme T14L.Got home, opened the box and low and behold... no HARDWARE!!!REFUNDED after wasting $20 in gas to drive back and forth, plus lost sleep time since I have to go to work at 9 tonight.Everybody else wants $140 for a lesser battery, particularly 2 auto parts retailers. Not AUTOZONE, Oddly enough...

These folks are great! Took their time with me and tried their best to fix my batteries. Actually changed my batteries for me. Helped me determine my batteries were just fine and I had a different problem. After spending about 30 minutes with me, they charged me nothing. Not a penny. I'll be back. Good business here. Good ole fashioned customer service!

They have the worst customer service. The parking lot was completely dark and the open sign was not even on. I had an online order and was told multiple times they didn t have it available. Finally after calling the manager they found my order. If I could have found the bulbs anywhere else I would have bought them elsewhere.

They were friendly, quick and affordable. My son had 2 phones with issues. We replaced the battery in one and they cleaned the port in the other and we were all fixed up for less than $60.00! Excellent experience.

The day I ordered the battery I was told it would be available the next day. It wasn't but was told again it would be the following day. After not receiving an email or call by late the following day I called and was asked to hold while they checked to see if it had "come in". Yes, it was available. There was a delay but everything worked out ok.

Service was good, fast and there are plenty of items in the store to view while my phone was being repaired. If I had one complaint, it would be I was not offered the 10% discount offered for booking a repair online.**Update 8/18/2021. My how a year changes things. My first visit to BP+ was great. I even wrote a review how wonderful so I returned to purchase a motorcycle battery in April 2021. Then I returned today to replace the original battery I purchased from BP+ in 9/1/2020. Good thing the warranty was <1 year, huh? Today, it was like I went to a different store in a different country. Rude and obnoxious employees and unhelpful employees. For example, I simply wanted to get a new battery for my phone and return the core to the motorcycle battery I purchased in April 2021. Did a single employee try? Nope. Did a single employee act like she even knew what a core deposit was? Hell no! Finally I was told, "We don't do that here." I will not return, and I will blast this as a review on every place I can find.

Went to have my iPhone 6 screen replaced. They asked if anything else was wrong and I said everything was fine, just the screen cracked. They checked to make sure everything else was still working correctly and they said it was. When I got it back the home button would not read my fingerprint and if my phone screen is off I cannot turn the screen on by pressing the home button. I took it back to the store within 10 minutes and the guy there looked at it for about 15 minutes then told me he would have to order a part and he would call me when it arrived Thursday. No call. I called Friday and they said it was there. If they can fix it correctly then I will be happy. But right now I am not. They were nice at least. My phone screen also seems to have an indention near the button as well that I noticed right when I got in the car. If I ever crack a phone again (hopefully not), I know where not to take it.

Made an appointment for phone battery replacement...drove 42 miles and then they didn't have battery for phone. 2 hours and 84 miles wasted. A response from business was received. So... one thing I wish would have happened upon my appointment and my appointment reminder would be to say....."we do not have that item in stock but we can have it here "day"... I would not have had to drive from Athens to Florence and then back with nothing accomplished. Fix my problem and I will change my rating.

I ve broken my iPhone 7s screen twice, and this being the only place near me and the reviews were good I thought I would give it a try. The first time I went in was when I broke the original screen, the staff were nice and they had it done in about an hour. When I got the phone I was very disappointed. The screen was awful! The colors are dim and low quality. The screen also has visible pressure points near the bottom. I thought it may have been a bad screen, I was angers paying 180 bucks for such a peice of junk. When I returned to get another screen it was equally as bad. And I noticed that the top of the phone was scratched up and chipped from them removing it without proper care. I also noticed A SCREW WAS MISSING from the bottom portion of the phone on the right side of the headphone jack. I m am very disappointed and displeased at the quality and work they did for me paying 180 bucks twice for a knock off screen that probably cost 50 bucks. I would NOT recommend getting your phone fixed at WE FIX IT phone repair. I m disappointed and angered at the quality and the lack of care they used handling my device. It feels like I m in 2005 with the screen quality. Not to mention it stops responding and I have to turn the phone at least 20 times a day. I should ve saved my money and sent it to Apple for an authentic repair. I m pissed off at the quality for the screen I got and how they treated my phone. (Which I paid an arm and a leg for) Do not get your iPhone screen repaired here. I m beyond angered and annoyed.

Clean store, open floor layout and organized. Staff were friendly and quickly helped. They have a lot more than just batteries. This was my first visit, but I'll be using this store again in the future.

Dropped phone off early morning to have a battery replaced.the 2 people behind counter said mgr would have to do it, but hasn't showed up yet. When I called to find out about my phone. They said mgr had left and phone hadn't been worked on,and she would text him (mgr) . No call back again or update.called and a guy said that they broke the glass on my phone. It needed to go with me out of town. Pissst.

I was told I needed a new battery on my electric wheelchair. They checked the battery first and told me it was something else not the battery. They could have sold me one and I would have not known the battery was not part of the problem. They are also good about coming to my van and delivering. Koodoos

Everyone is super helpful there, but the prices on batteries is absolutely ridiculous. I got four batteries there that cost $50. I later discovered that home depot sells 12 packs of the same batteries for half the price.

It would be lower if I could post half a star. I called early last week to get quoted a price for some bulbs, then I went in at the end of last week to prepay for the bulbs that was told had to be special ordered. That's understandable. I was then told that I had to buy 10 bulbs even though I only needed 2 because they could only order in that amount. Again, not really a good business practice in my opinion, but I ordered them because I needed the bulbs. So I'm quoted a price, I go to the store and prepay for 10 instead of 2, get my receipt and wait. I get a phone call a few days later saying they had new info on the bulbs. Now the price has gone up on the bulbs and they have to charge me more per bulb and that if I want to get my bulbs I have to pay the upcharged price. I told the guy on the phone that I was quoted a certain price, AND ALREADY PAID THAT PRICE, and they were supposedly ordered last week. I asked for the managers name and number. I was told the manager was Alan Lee and he is the franchise owner, that this was his idea, and that if I wanted the bulbs I had to pay the new higher price to get them. Against my better judgement I just asked that the bulbs be ordered because I needed them and that they already had my money, and also that I wanted to speak to the manager/owner when my bulbs came in. To let everyone know, this is how they do business at the Florence, AL store. I havent recieved my bulbs yet, so we'll see how that goes.

They carried good names in batteries but they don't last long. Bought some marine batteries for my bass boat trolling motor and they'll last about 8-10 hours vs 12 or 15 hours before a charge in the old auto zone batteries I had in the boat before. Tried some AA and D batteries in my trail cameras for hunting and they didn't last as long as expected and some ended up busting and messing up a trail camera. Bought some $5 batteries at dollar general and they lasted for a couple months vs about a month. Long story short don't pay double for less

Deceptive practice. Was anticipating a $4 to $5 charge for a car remote battery, but was charged $13.13. When I asked what was going on, I was shown a sign on the counter that was previously turned where it was not visible from where I was standing (in front of the register). $11.99 plus tax is robbery for a watch battery being installed in a remote.

1 stop. 1 battery. Then home. No running around in 100 heat. Very helpful ladies. They actually helped and im just a worthless old female. Other stores helped younger people before me. Then they didnt have time.
