I was assisted today by the store manager Marie waton, by far one of the best manager I ve ever seen, she assisted me with all my needs and helped me fix my issue on my headlight job . It was a 5 min job that took 20 mins bc I dropped the bulb by the motor. She had the best attitude ever! Thanks auto zone

Went to go see if I needed a starter, battery, or alternator check... guy comes out to take the test the alternator... he said it was ok... went to check my battery and said that it was my battery... now mind u he didn't check the actual battery he but my negative on a lugnut up under the hood of my car saying it'll be ok because it can be used as a ground...,but when he tried to charge my battery it didn't charge because he didn't have the cables on right to begin with... the device he used drained my battery and then the guy told me it was my starter... so when my car didn't start he said he got a 2nd opinion from one of his staff members and and told me to wait 30 minutes to try to crank it again before I think about getting my car towed to a shop... now mind u I'm not a mechanic in any kind of way but I noticed that my car didn't have any power left in it!!! So I had my hood up waiting for someone to jump battery again before I tried to crank my car up!!! Lucky enough a customer who had to go get something out the store asked if I needed a jump and I said yeah if u don't mind! I had someone to come help me but I didn't won't to bother a stranger because he still had his work uniform on! But after just a second of his car battery touching his cables his battery jumped my car right back up! I took my car to O'Reilly and did the same check he told me it was my battery he came out and changed my battery for me!!! Now the guy at autozone clearly didn't won't to change my battery because after he let it die he set out thier to see if my car would crank and was smoking in between sessions of me trying to crank up my car! He told me he was sorry and walked away!!!!

My car needed a new battery and Meineke next door wanted to charge me $500 for parts and labor. I decided to check out Autozone and was not let down. Their employee Melissa was highly trained and knowledgeable, and she installed my battery for me quickly, and saved me $300. Great experience from start to finish. So thankful for their service and expertise.

The staff here are a bit slow to get you checked out sometimes. Other than that the store is clean and well organized. They have a good selection. Depending on who's working they have some knowledgeable guys on the staff there. Most of them are friendly as well.

Much better than it used to be!!! Good crew has re-earned my business at one point would gladly drive across town or across river instead of the four miles from my house!! Good experiences last several visits!!!!

Had all the parts I needed in stock as well as the special order.Jason is an exceptional customer service associate as well as knowledgable. My two year old grandson is enjoying his Hot Wheels car we purchased also. Thanks again for the good experience.

My wife and I went by to have her backup lights checked and the technician did what he could to find the cause. He did and he replaced both bulbs. She also needed a fog light checked. The wiring had disconnected from the bulb. He was very honest and connected it back instead of having her replace the bulb.
