I had an amazing experience buying my first car with them. The staff is very friendly and are willing to work with you. Josue helped us out with our whole process and I would 100% recommend buying with them. I can confidently say I would refer them to any friends or family looking for a vehicle.

I am 100% positive that I made the right decision coming to America's Car World. I stopped in a couple months back just to browse the inventory. I hadn't decided at that point if I wanted to get a new car yet or not, but I met Abraham right away. He actually walked to my car before I even got out! I had a lot of questions at that time about my current 'situation' and he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Periodically I would browse their inventory online but recently found out my current vehicle was not drivable anymore, so, of course I had to return here! So glad I did! Abraham and the rest of the staff are so kind and really care about people! (he also bought me a coffee on one of our test drives) I told him what my max price was on a vehicle and what my payments needed to be at. HE MADE IT HAPPEN! I got a reliable vehicle (with a warranty at that) and a payment that was perfect for my budget! I did MY own research of this particular vehicle and made my decision! So happy with the whole process!! Customer service is superb here and I highly recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle or easy financing, to go see Abraham and the staff here! Thanks guys! You're the best!

I would recommend this business to anyone that is looking for a new/used automobile. Abraham is hands down the best salesman. He listens to what your looking for and will do everthing he can to make sure your happy with your purchase. He absolutely went above and beyond my expectations and even met me outside before exiting my vehicle and was shaking my hand. I am absolutely pleased with everything done to fit my situation with what I needed. Ok, so several months back I purchased a Porsche (that's right, a Porsche) from America's Car World. Let me tell you, the buying experience was fantastic. The best I've had in my 35 years of buying cars. The car itself is top notch but that doesn't hold a candle to the way Abraham and Josue treated me. It was like I was family. These guys went above and beyond to ensure the car was perfect and my buying experience was flawless. When I need my next car, I'm checking here first. Way to go ACW. Keep up the good work!

Highly recommend!!!! When it seemed impossible!!! They still put me in a vehicle still !!! Very respectful and caring people!!! Warrantys Nd cars are legit !! Go see them for your next vehicle asap!!! Very pleased!!!

My boyfriend brought me to America's Car World a few days ago to look for a car, and I'm so glad he did! When I first stopped in, I was just intending on looking that day. I had been looking for a decent car for a fair price for awhile, with no luck. Other places I'd gone had been way too pushy, only concerned with making the sale with no regard to what I actually needed.I felt that the people at America's Car World actually listened to me when I told them what I was looking for in a car, and they did not push me on my budget. They found a couple options in their lot for me to look at, and I ended up liking one vehicle so much that I began the buying process that day! I needed to finance the car and their financial manager really put in work to get me the best possible monthly payment that he could. Everyone was super helpful, they really helped to make the process go smoothly. Thank you so much to the family who runs America's Car World!

When I say they 10000000% take care of you I mean it! The most sweetest, honest and thoughtful group of people ive ever met! Your entire family should buy a car from this company! they made sure i pulled off the lot with a car that was 100% GREAT! They also finance though Florence Federal even if you dont bank with them. They deserve ALL the customers! <3

Very pleased with our experience and vehicle. We spoke with the same man, Josue, from start to finish. Test drove the vehicle 2 separate times. It's a small lot, but all around a good place to shop. Highly recommend.

Belina and Josue went above and beyond for me with my new purchase! They stayed 2 hours after they closed to make sure I could drive off the lot that night! They also use Carfax on their vehicles and are very open and honest about everything! 10/10 would recommend!

What a wonderful experience! From the very start it was pleasant, easy and just what we were looking for! I can t speak highly enough of this place. Owners were polite, not pushy and respectful. They had the best price and their cars are very well kept! We had been searching for awhile. Other dealers kept trying to push us into something else or past our budget. Americas Car World worked with us and gave us the best deal!!! As a first time vehicle I needed something safe and in budget for my daughter. I had no hesitation on feeling safe with this business. We bought the car on the spot. Thank you for making it all happen for my daughter.

I m still dealing with issues that this vehicle had, I was lied to..Instead of them trying to right their wrong by placing me in another vehicle for an even trade..I've been stuck with a car with a bad engine. I was also told by management that they would lose money not considering my money that Ive spent.They tried to flip the situation like it was me not taking care of fluids and I had only had the car a week and had to take it back because it started having issues which was another lie because they had my car more than I did from purchase As far as warranty that I had was only for the timing, in which I just found it it s the issue again so no they knew what they were doing. The car never ran hot or showed no sign of overheating because residue would of been on the block where it would ve gushed out onto in which notifies you that it s overheating, Also the gauges never notified that it was overheating and if it never overheated the 10-15 times you had it why would it once I had just gotten it back. In that case while in their possession it would ve overheated and the mechanic would of seen it..The mechanic claimed he checked my fluids every time he had my car which is a lie because in the case he would ve noticed it running hot in his possession. So why he didn t see it and I literally had just gotten it back from them idk..So that was an excuse for you to not make it right. Just admit it your mechanic messed up my car in your possession. I shouldn t of never needed any repairs in a week or so, not even in 2 months.. I have messages from the manager that shows how often they had my car..If she Thinks about how many times you had my car from the time I got it.. They ve lied to me and themselves but I promise you ll reap what you ve sown FYI be very mindful as a customer what your getting from these dealerships, and don t trust anything.. Before purchase take the vehicle to a trustworthy mechanic. Dealerships will sale you anything that operates for a week/ two and then your stuck with the bill of major repairs and etc.. I ve learned my lesson.. I want to believe there s good dealers that really care about their customers but I ve been beat out of too much money to think otherwise.. These days in age these people just after a dollar.. No consideration/decency to resolve the issue. It was a solution but they didn t care to resolve the issue. When you take care of your customers then they keep coming back..Never again and I definitely will let others know not to purchase.Be careful how you treat people because karma always comes back in all shapes and forms..BBB will be hearing from me

The first I came to them I had a fox body that was,missing bad They looked at it and said the # 4,infected is not working.They replaced it and was running so good I sold it the next day So if you're have problems with your vehicle or looking to a buy a great used car look no more.They treat very professional I wish could give them 1o star

I had found their ad on Facebook for a car in my price range. Went and test drove it and loved it and they were very helpful in getting me approved to drive it off the lot. I had my toddler with me and they even helped me keep up with her while my husband and I filled out information. Lovely experience! Great people and great car. I live an hour away and I had no issues driving home and it was even storming pretty bad and I made it just fine! Happy with our purchase!
