So glad they had the exact battery replacement for my Craftsman riding lawn mower. That original battery (Delco Gold) lasted about 13 years!

Stopped there to exchange a bad battery. It was purchased at another advance auto. They checked the battery and said it needed charging before they could do anything (it s bad it won t charge). The manager finally said that the store s computers do not talk to each other and they condo nothing. We need to take it back to the store we bought it from ( another Advance auto). Bad customer service. Bad attitudes. Good enough reason to use another auto parts chain. Thanks for nothing

Good people but the prices are stupid high. You can get the same part online for a fraction on the cost I do not recommend this place to buy parts at all.

They need to hire someone who knows anything about autos. If you can get the parts you need okay but don t count on a refund if it doesn t work

Very helpful, and typically have what I need in stock. Veteran discount, and price match on competitors. If you get the opportunity, a employee, Jim, helped me out tremendously. He has definitely earned my business!

Just a shout out to Jim at Advanced Auto Parts on Florence Blvd. Had an issue with the my brake lights and he was a huge help. Guys it was hot out there and he was so nice and friendly and courteous. We always hear about the bad service we get in places and how rude people are. Not this guy. If you need anything from your local place like this please go to Advanced Auto Parts on Florence Blvd and ask for Jim cause you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Jim!!

After leaving AutoZone this morning, Having a hard time getting what I needed. I left there and stopped in at Advance Auto Parts. Least to say they were sooo friendly and helpful. Jim, made sure I had what I needed plus he helped me after I made the purchase. Thank you so much Jim for being so helpful and professional.

I can't say enough good things about my visit to your store today!!! I have been trying to get my husband to replace my awful windshield wipers for months. He was never able to do it because he couldn't get them to come off. He had broken a pair so I finally just took my car in today and boy am I glad that I did!! After purchasing a new pair, your awesome employee Mike Sutton, came out to help this damsel in distress get back on the road in minutes! It is so hard to find employees that are not only good at their job, but you can tell they love what they do!!! Advanced Auto of Florence has forever got my business for all my auto parts needs!! Moral of the story, all employees should strive to BE LIKE MIKE!!!! Thank you so much!

Above and beyond - It was closing time, 9:00PM and a single employee was closing up, Jim Savey, who saw me drive up and motioned to me that they were closed. What he didn't realize was that I didn't want to purchase anything, not at this visit and time, but I was wanting a battery tested.When Jim realized that I wasn't there to shop but rather that there was a problem and that problem involved my 16 yr old granddaughter he came out and made inquiry as to what I needed. Once he saw the need Jim stayed 20 minutes past closing and not only helped determine that the battery was still good but actually solved the problem by cleaning a battery cable which once clean allowed the car to start without the assist of a booster, which he also supplied, if one was needed.Jim did above and beyond what would be expected of an employee and although many would have just closed up for the day and left he closed up and stayed to make sure my granddaughter was safely on her way and that it could be assured she would make it home safely. I, as a grandfather, very much appreciate Jim and his help, on his own time and without requesting anything in return. This is the type employee I want to do business with, someone I can trust.

The new crew has really opened this store up. Friendly staff, they are knowledgeable of their products. If you haven't shopped here in a while, go in and givem another try since the bad guys have left. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is because they close at 8 instead of 9..other than that, they are really a 4.75 but I couldn't rate the .75..

Horrible experience. We asked one simple question and no one would help us. One employee did try to help but was told not to by a manager. We were very polite to them but still refused to help. After about 20 minutes we had given up. We went across the road to O'Reillys auto parts and within 5 minutes of the assistant manager just talking to us we had everything taken care of. So in case you need something you should just go across the road.

Excellent service, anytime that we went into the store. I needed an item for my grandson for Christmas, it was ordered and delivered to there address in another state within a couple days!! Thank you very much!!

The employees were more interested in the stupid cop car that got dropped off with a battery change than they were with helping me. So much so that the manager had to call them back inside to which everybody went to the back and pretty much ignored me completely. I'll go to AutoZone next time.

This location is very professional. As soon as you walk into the building there is usually someone there to assist you. This location is different than other locations because you can actually get assistance when you need it.

Ok so you really need to change your signs because I just stopped there with an emergency car issue because my lights blew out. It says y all close at 9 on the door but yet I get on here and it tells me 8. Kinda early for parts store to close don t ya think? Guess I ll go to auto zone or somewhere else for help
