I drove an hour and a half to have West fix my car, purely on referral/reputation. My family owned a quality Bodyshop for 40years, needless to say I was not disappointed in quality of work or customer service. These folks have the customer at the forefront, not the insurance company. If you re having your vehicle repaired anywhere else you re missing the boat.Service: Body & Trim

They were having internet problems we could never get together so I want be too hard but I was promised a couple of call backs that didn t happen but life happened for us we had a death in our family and ended up going elsewhere. West has been in business many years .

My repair was great! They did a great job fixing my vehicle after a deer took out the whole side. Best job ever thanks guys!

While visiting in Fayette, I ran into a little problem, pun intended. At any rate, since I was visiting and needed to return home in a timely manner I took my car to West Body Shop. I can't say enough about their customer service and genuine concern for my unfortunate situation. They ordered the part for my Nissan and had me out of there with only one day delay for my departure. Everyone there was so friendly, just good ole' hometown folks that I found to be kind and fair in their pricing. When I got my car back it looked just great! I highly recommend this business.

I gave them 1 star because that was the lowest number available. DO NOT use West Body Shop!!!!! Take your vehicle to a neighboring town!!!!! They do not honor a code of ethics!!!!!!
