Dropped off vehicle for tire rotation, balance and oil change. They lost the order so it took 24 hrs to get complete. Ticket was fully comp.

Absolutely the worst!! I got there 15 minutes before they opened ... it was an hour later before she even wrote my ticket up to get then started on changing out my 1 tire. I get in my car and they had repositioned everything. The seat was all the way back and reclined back and the way and my steering column was unlatched and all the way up. Now I can understand moving the seat back to drive my car the entire 5 feet away to get it in the shop but come on. You know how long it takes to get your seat and everything readjusted??? You guys need to work on some things. I was not happy at all with the service the wait or anything else. And if you quote me 55 and 75 for a tire then it shouldn't be well over $100 and that mu friends is without the warranty. Ridiculous and I won't be back.

I unfortunately had a flat tire after driving from over the bay and needed to have my tire patched or buy a new tire, otherwise I wasn t going to make it home on my spare tire in my trunk. The employee at the counter immediately dismissed me without even asking what I needed saying they weren t taking any more tickets and were closing early. I usually don t want to escalate this kind of situation, but if I didn t get help, I wasn t going to be able to get home. After talking to the manager, they ended up patching up my tire and airing up the other three tires for me.I appreciated the employees staying over to help me get home. The lady at the counter was not kind or understanding at all.

Figured I would see if fairhope was any different than waveland MS. The answer is no way this level of incompetence is by accident. Not the guys in the back changing tires but the counter help. 3rd person there and at my appointed time they can't find my tires. 2 hrs after I asked 2 install the spare and texted that my truck was being worked on the truck wasn't even on the rack. Left, noticed my A pillar grab handle was ripped loose. Hour later I get a call my tires are"found". Go back to Walmart told 3hr wait to get mounted. Told them my trim was loose, ignored. Watched for 2 hours as counter help repeatedly ignored phone calls and customers. About worst and have learned my lesson. Never again.

I m in town from Florida visiting friends and had some issues with my tires. I called the day before and spoke with Aaron, took my truck in the next day and received excellent customer service and a thorough explanation upon pickup. Could not have asked for more honest employees. Aaron was excellent. Highly recommend.

Normally, we don't have issues with this location. However, they have had a lot of staffing issues it seems. I see more new faces than I am accustomed to seeing.Anyway, we had two tires replaced approximately a month ago. Since picking it up, we heard a noise coming from the new tires. We should have taken it back immediately, but we thought it might have been something with the heat and asphalt. Turns out, it was a bearing on one of our wheels. With this thing being on a lift, you'd think someone would have brought attention to a bad bearing since it's RIGHT THERE! We didn't have issues with it before taking it here, so the belief is that something happened and they just kept quiet. Long story short, thanks to their negligence, I'm having to pay for a $650 repair (cheapest cost).

I was told that the wait would be about an hour for an oil change. I waited for an hour and a half before checking on the status of my car. I was then told it would be an additional hour or more for them to get to me. I had to leave without getting my oil changed. I'll do so elsewhere. Please be upfront about wait times and don't waste customers time.

Possibly the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Can someone who works at walmart explain why it takes 3 employees to mount and balance 2 tires on a truck? Also I would like to hear a decent explanation on why the tech was revving my truck up in the garage and then jumping the throttle in the parking lot coming around the building.

I have purchased 5 full sets of tires from Walmart in the last year. I can not count how many I have bought in the last 20. I waited for over an hour at the Daphne tire center and then found out they could not find the tools for a rotation and balance. (Always have bought lifetime rotation and balance). Hour wasted, gone. I arrive at the Fairhope tire center this morning. The employee was not very friendly. Right away I was informed the 7am employee did not show. It's going to be a minute. It's been over and hour and the truck has not moved. I completely understand staffing issues. The fact that the employees that ARE working have time to play on their phones and gossip with one another is another thing. Walmart, watch out if Publix ever gets into the lube and tire business! After these very wasted attempts, I will take the rest of my tire business elsewhere.

Very dissatisfied with the amount of front end cashiers (4) vs the amount of shoppers on a Saturday morning. Cold and frozen items tend to warm up and thaw out while waiting in long slow lines. It's not like a multi billion dollar business can't afford more cashiers.

Two flat tires and one oil change later, we're happy with this tire center and their service. One flat took an hour, another took about the same according to the receipt, but we left it until the next morning, and the oil change was done in 16 minutes.

Decent price for mounting and installing new tires I purchased elsewhere. Really liked that I could do my shopping during the wait

Alrighty, so I took my car to Wal-Mart forty-five minutes before the department closed. I called ahead to make sure they wouldn t mind as I didn t wanna put them in a rush. They said that was fine because, after all, I was coming in for a headlight replacement bulb and a tail light replacement bulb. Nothing major. Just those two things only. I get there and they take the car back. I proceed to walk around Wal Mart for a good 30 minutes and no one calls my name over the intercom so I head back just in case. I sit on the bench a good 10 minutes more and finally someone comes to me to inform me they put a bulb in both the headlight and tail light to which it would not come on. That I didn t need a bulb at all but that a fuse was blown on the right side of my car and they couldn t fix that. I ended up having to drive from Fairhope back home to Foley (all this happened on my way home from work which is why I swung by Wal Mart in Fairhope to start with to try to avoid driving with just one headlight at night) at now nearly 7:45 PM in the dark and RAIN. By the time I hit Foley city limits I got a warning from a cop. Peachy. I take my car to O Reiliy the following day to have my fuses checked so I can fix the car. I stood right out there with the guy and not a single fuse was blown! They tested each one...TWICE! Guy asked me who I took it to that said it was a fuse and I told him Wal Mart in Fairhope. He laughs and said to hold on he was getting two bulbs because he bet that it was the bulbs afterall. Puts them in and BAM! Worked perfectly! Came on just fine. So...I will never be taking my car there again because I was told they had placed the bulbs in and it didn t come on. That it had to be a fuse and guess what? Fuses were all good and it was the bulbs...My guess is they didn t even look it.

Dropped my tire off on Tuesday and know one called me when it was ready. I had to call back Friday to see if it was ready. But other than that they did a good job.

Went in for tires. When the tires I wanted weren't in stock (despite the computer saying they were) the staff were very helpful in making sure I was happy with the tires I finally picked out. Excellent customer service.

Do not take your car here. Got oil change and got down the road and all the oil spilled out of the car in the parking lot.To put a new tire on my car, they would not put the wheel cover back home. Said I would have to take the tire off the car and put the cover on myself. Needless to say, I went to Goodyear

Fairhope WalMart... Where you spend too much time looking for items you don't need. Plus "Rollback" on things that no one uses. The produce department lacks fresh produce & the meat department is pre-packaged everything. Can you find an employee to help you, never. Six or more people deep just to check out. Six or more self check stalls and half will be out of order. Twelve or more empty lanes of check out and only two are open. The poor employees work part time at less than a living wage. I walk into WalMart as little as possible, each time it is a little more sad.

Customer Service is AWFUL.. TECHS ARE NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE . THEY WOULD NOT & COULD NOT ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. ALSO, told me there were issues with my BMW WHEN I HAD JUST RECENTLY HAD BRAND NEW TIRES, ALL NEW BELTS AMONG NUMEROUS OTHER MAINTENANCE. TRIED TO TELL ME I HAD NO TREAD ON MY TIRES, etc. ALSO, USED INCORRECT OIL! ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER & OF COURSE NO ONE WAS AROUND. ONLY WENT FOR OIL CHANGE. TECHNICIANS ARE INCOMPETENT, RUDE & IF YOU OWN AN IMPORT LIKE ME...STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM ANY & ALL WAL-MART tire & lube centers!

Had tires rotated, next morning noticed one of the valve stem covers missing, the other three were real loose. I went back to see if they still had it, she came back with a handful of different colors, shapes and sizes. Guess I wasn't the only one who had some missing.

Sorry, but a 2 hour wait to get a tire plugged that is already off the car is ridiculous. All because there were 8 to 10 cars getting oil changes. There were 2 open bays that are for tire repair, but had everyone on oil changes.

Good service. The wait is a bit longer than I like but I've never had a problem with the work they've done for me.

Most affordable place for oil changes, tires and batteries. Only 3 stars, because they always leave duty grease hands and finger spots in the truck after repairs.
