Daughter is in town for her last day, needs a quick oil change before she drives home. She got there and they told her it would be about 45 min. No big deal. 2 hours later she now needs an air filter. Ok no big deal. 1 hour later the filter shows up and I ask if the car is ready yet. We now have to wait for someone to be available to install the air filter. We are at almost 4 hours now still waiting in the lobby at this moment.

Always fair and friendly service. They keep you up on what's going on with your vehicle and let you know if they see anything else that is going to need fixing whether then or at a later date. I highly recommend them for your vehicle needs not just tires.

They go the extra mile to make sure you have the information you need to make a choice before taking the next step. No pressure, just knowledgeable decisions on how to get your car repaired. I cannot recommend these guys enough. They are always fair, and if I have to wait, it's never very long. This is a place where guys aren't standing around, they are very hard working. As a woman, it's hard to find a trustworthy place, so I appreciate Sweat very much!!!I bought this tire pictured from sweat, ran over a piece of metal, and the guys were able to fix it free of charge!

Traveling for work and had a nail through my tire. The hotel referred me to Sweat Tire when I requested an honest place. Sure enough, the guys at the tire store were friendly and honest. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, took care of my tire, and wished me a safe rest of my trip.

Honestly and Integrity are not present here! The rating of one star is not even deserved. I purchased 4 new tires from the Fairhope location. When they mounted my tires they damaged all 4 of my wheels. They gave me the name and number of a vendor that could repair my wheels. I was assured by the store manager that they would reimburse me for the wheel repairs. The repairs were completed and I paid the wheel repair vendor for the wheel repair. The owner only reimbursed me for less than 50% of the cost of the repairs. I am still in the process of trying to recoup the remaining cost of the repair. I would not recommend patronizing this business for any reason.

I will have to say I've been there several times and this was definitely not a good experience and maybe the last time I go. They were trying to fix a primer pump for my diesel and ended up security locking out my car and then they decided to sit on it for a month because they did not know what to do. They made one phone call to their Foley shop to a man named David and he got it in his shop and fixed it that weekend. Do yourself a favor. Skip the Fairhope shop and go straight to Foley while you still can. If you have minor issues, I'm sure the Fairhope shop can do just fine, but if it's anything of importance please go to Foley and ask for David.

We had a screw in the tire and went to the VW dealership that wasn t able to help us at all. I called Sweat Tire based on a referral. They were able to get the tire at a lower price and quicker than the dealership. The crew was wonderful with answering all my questions. Once we were at the shop, they looked at the tire and realize that it could be patched! Instead of having to spend hundreds of dollars, they were able to fix the tire for $25 and were super quick!! Especially with how busy they were. My husband and I will be going to them moving forward! Thank you to Phillip and Allen as well as the guys in the back! Y all were/are amazing!

Stopped at The Fairhope location with a nail in my tire. Not only did I get speedy and immediate service, Shane and Phillip kept me entertained with interesting and funny conversation while I waited. Super personable and funny guys! Would definitely go back if and when I need service again.

Amazing service. It felt like I took my truck to a friend's house who had every intent to get me going and had my best interests in mind. Fast reliable and again outstanding people who work there. It will be the only place I take my vehicles.

Very helpful, not pushing a sell, and knowledgeable about what they do. Could have charged me more but didn't. After balancing my older tires I decided to get 4 new ones and was not charged. Also, they took one of my newer old tire that I replaced and exchanged my old spare that was very old balance and mounted for free. Great experience with them.

So we were traveling from Louisiana to Disney, and had our AC stop blowing cold air. Good thing it was the hottest part of the last century... We were referred to Alan and his team at Sweat by local family and they absolutely saved the day, and possibly the entire vacation. They managed to get us in and expedite our repairs, took special time and care to explain all the issues and possible future issues with our AC problem. Our concern felt like his concern, and they made us feel like we were a priority, and seemed to sympathize with us. Alan was extremely knowledgeable and excelled at customer service. He even looked ahead for us in Florida to check on local repair shops, in case we had more issues. Anyway, I do not have enough space to sing all the praises we have for Sweat and their employees, needless to say, our family recommends them highly!

Had my mothers car towed to sweats because it just stopped on the road. They diagnosed that it needed a new gas pump. They installed a new gas pump. Then with first fill up of gas after the new gas pump the gas started running on the ground at the gas station. Had the car towed to sweats again. They said it was the overflow area in the gas tank that had a crack. I questioned whether this crack happened with the installation of the gas pump and was assured it was not their fault. They said that they could possibly fix it and would have to empty the gas tank to do so. Their charge would be $175 an hour. When I got a ride to go pick up the car that had not been fixed I was told it s around back you can go get it. There were three men at the front desk when this was told to me. I felt like this was very unprofessional not to bring the car around to the front like usually done.I shopped around and took the car to another small family owned shop in Fairhope.They were able to fix the car and the problem was that the gas pump that had been put on by Sweats Tire was not seated correctly, and therefore it was at an angle which caused the gas to leak out if the tank was 1/2 to 3/4 full of gas. The gas vapors in the garage at home were horrible not to mention dangerous. This gas pump ended up to be quite expensive for my elderly mother on a fixed income.We have had several sets of tires, and other things put on numerous vehicles over the years, and always had good service and outcomes. But not with this one, and we will not be back ever again.

This is the best tire store. The staff goes over and beyond expectations to handle your situation. I recently visited and needed a new tire. The rim had to be repaired as well and they had to go across the bay for that. Thank you for doing that for me and getting me back on the road the same day! You are the bomb!

Super friendly. They helped me out when my car wouldn t start and I didn t know why. I went to autozone to have a diagnostics ran and the tech accidentally loosened my cables on my battery. I took it by sweat tire and they checked on the cables and tightened them free of charge. They were very helpful and I will be back again !

Had them do an oil change on my Lexus. They removed an access cover and did not replace it when finished, but they replaced the drain plug without a gasket. Could have easily destroyed my engine. Will never go back!!!

I showed up at 7:30 this morning hoping they could look and give me an idea of what was going with. my jeep. I knew it might not be able to be fixed on a Saturday morning, but they got my jeep back, called me back to look at exactly what they were seeing and had me out of there all fixed up. I am so thankful and grateful for their honesty and integrity when working on my vehicle.

Great place. No hassle helpful people at the counter. Bought some new tires for my truck. Comparable prices and they did exactly what they said they would do. No trying to pressure me to buy anything I didn't need. Thank you guys. I'll be coming back in the future!

And I had a tire that was losing air and so I went in without an appointment and the employee was so kind to take a look at my car and figure out if there was a problem and get it back to me within record time. I could not have asked for a better experience. I was only in town visiting family, but if I lived here, I would be using this tire store exclusively.

Great service! We had a blowout in our RV on the side of the road And they found two new tires to fit then sent their man out to the roadside. Young gentleman came out on a very busy highway, broke down and changed the tires on site with traffic zooming past. Both guys I spoke with were polite, very nice, and knowledgeable. What a good experience during a very stressful breakdown. Good prices on tires. Thank u Sweat tires!

Shane, Dave, and mechanics were very professional and helpful in the process of getting work done on 2 of my family s vechicles. Both were in and out in no times. Thankful for such good service since it s hard to find these days. Would highly recommend them and any sweat tire for your vechicles needs!

They did the job but at what cost . They are 2x the amount of anywhere else just to take off two tires and remount, if your in a pinch they will get the job done if not go anywhere else.

I don't know where to begin with my complaint. let's start a year ago when I had my steering and suspension parts installed (tie rods, ball joints, CV axles, hub assembly, new brakes and rotors). After charging me for every labor hour they could think of, totalling about $1200, I could hear knocking and grinding for months. finally went underneath my car and discovered nothing had been assembled properly, tightened down, or inspected. frustrated, I fixed all what I could and had another shop inspect it. my brakes would still grind and car would shake. never did that before the repairs, not once. fast forward to a few weeks ago. I get into a situation where my wheels lock up, and have my car towed to the nearest shop (unfortunately sweat tire). I was told that Monday I'd have my car back that day because it was a simple brake job only take around 2 hours. my car sat there for a week waiting on brakes. the only time I was updated was after calling them nonstop. and when I'd call them, they'd promise it'd be done that day. I take off of work so I can pick it up, and id show up to shrugged shoulders and my car on the rack, barely touched buy their seemingly teenage staff. I finally get my car back the next week and there is all sorts of popping and griding sounds. disassembled rear rotors (what I just paid to have fixed) and discovered springs missing. this is ridiculous.if I pay over $1400, for simple repairs, and have my car kept from me for over a week, I expect miracles to be worked, and to at least get what I paid for. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and local mechanics have told me the same. Also today I noticed that the parts I asked to replace were never replaced. Literally $450 worth of new parts stolen from me and never put on. Only let them change your tires.

Took car in for clicking on left front. I thought maybe cv axle. That's what they repaired. I went back several days later, paid and started to drive away. Still clicking! After a couple more days they call and recommend transmission service. They perform this service and I pick up car and drive away. I get home and transmission fluid is pouring out. I'll just leave it there. Won't go back and DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Great customer service. Was there to have tires installed. Told them to look for a possible problem with the suspension. When they found it. They walked me out to show me the problem. Asked if I wanted to fix it. Gave me a price. They fixed on the spot. Ordered the parts they needed. Had it fixed in about a hour. Can't be that kind of service.

We needed new tires for our Ford F-150 (lots of tread, but 10 years old) and we used Sweat Tire in Fairhope. Corbin was great to work with and offered competitive prices. During the courtesy alignment check, I was shown play in my lower ball joints. I had Sweat Tire replace them and perform an alignment. All work was done at quoted price and on time. The truck feels great. Thanks Corbin and Sweat Tire, Fairhope.
