Never leave bad reviews but I thought this was something that needed to be said. Called to ask a question about an oil change, had asked 2 questions when I was asked very rudely "why are you asking all these questions" I was calling to see if this was a shop I wanted to use, apparently it wasn't a place I wanted to use. Definitely not a way to treat a potential customer.

Great guys, incredibly knowledgeable about EVERYTHING related to vehicle mechanics. Local Ford dealership was unable to determine the problems. Rambo's not only analyzed but repaired the problems we've had in our Ford Expedition.

I used to work here back in 2015 alongside Mr. and Mrs. Rambo themselves, so I know how things are supposed to be run. I called yesterday morning to get a quote on 4 tires. They said they d call me back, and I never heard back. I called again after I got off work, and they said the same thing. I never heard back. I called for the third time this morning and finally got the quote, and it was a little more than I expected. So, I said I would let them know while I look at a few other places to compare, and they just hung up. No goodbye or have a nice day or anything. Every time I called I felt like I was bothering them rather than being a well respected potential customer and former employee.I then called sweat tire, they gave me a price immediately, for a better deal, and said they could have them today. When I said I would need to call them back, my man Doug thanked me and told me to take my time. That s service. I used to love Rambo s (and I definitely still love the family), but I really do not appreciate being disrespected.

After getting lied to by TWO different shops, Rambo's didn't make up things to charge me for that didn't need to be fixed. I definitely appreciated that!

I have gone to Rambo's sevral times on a Friday late once for breaks another for pully and belt. Everytime has got me going (kids cars in college) with very little time. He is a great guy and the techs are on it. I can do a lot of repairs myself but there are times when he has done it great prices and does it right the first time. Thank you guys . 100% recommend this station.

I dont check prices anymore. I let Rambo handle everything. Very fair and very honest and very reliable.

My mom told me to go here but I got upset. I didn't like their customer service. They didn't ask what kind of oil I wanted. I asked for them to put frion in my ac and when I picked up my car they said there was a hole. I brought it somewhere else and there was definitely not a hole.

Always super friendly! They treat you like family and work their tails off to get the job done. I would much rather go to a "mom and pop" place than some chain. I HIGHLY recommend :)

I've been using Rambo's for years, only use other places if it's something they don't do at Rambo's.

I hate to give a bad review of anyone but I have to for Rambos. The positive is that when I have stopped in for gas or air they have been very nice. The bad is I have a truck that wouldn't crank so I called them and they said to tow it in and they would fix it. I had it towed in and it's a month later and they still haven't even begun work on it.I can't for the life of me understand why they would not fix the car. When I have spoken with them it's like I am a bother. Maybe it's the perfect storm of bad luck but I will NEVER recommend anyone use these guys to fix their car and I absolutely wont be using them myself.

Driving through Fairhope our check engine light came on. Despite having many cars already there for service, they took us in and checked us out. Turns out all we needed was a reset and we're back on the road within a few minutes. Fabulous!! Many thanks!!

Mr. Rambo and his crew saved us from being stranded in Fairhope on our last night of vacation. We were in need of a major repair and, they dropped everything to help us. They had us in and out of there right before closing time.
