Our Air condition in our car was going out . We took to Lott Auto Care off Hwy 98 by Parker Rd and Mr Lott just so happened to be in the lobby and looked at our car himself . We got our car serviced the same day. Needed new blower . Truly appreciate the work and service provided . I would recommend Lott Auto Care . Everyone was so kind and service was Awesome!

Not the best experience. They lost my paperwork at the front office and instead of just calling and ask I repeat the notes the lady called yelling at me stating that they don t know what s wrong with my vehicle. I paid $130 for them to tell me nothing was wrong with the car and it broke down 5 minutes after I went down the road. Very unprofessional customer service and very dismissive

Not even sure they looked at my mothers car. Didn t charge me but also do not think they even tried to figure out what was wrong with it. I would give less than a star if possible. Was recommended by a close friend and someone who knows the place well but was let down by the performance.

Steering column replaced. I had also taken it back after this was replaced to complain that the steering seemed off but they said they looked at it but couldn t find anything wrong.Another establishment ( I had taken car in for an oil change and I asked for alignment check because steering was still not right). They found that screws were not secured correctly and didn t have bolt on the back!! . My 16 ur old was driving this car!!! We took video and pictures and took it to Lotts to show themI will say that after we went up there to show them the dangerous mistake they did refund us for PART of the repair that had to be performed at the other establishment since it would have been dangerous to continue to drive.But no apology was given. He actually just walked out after asking the secretary to just cut us a refund for amountThey also have done work on another vehicle which is still having issues but we won t be taking it back.They came recommended but unfortunately we won t be returning.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment

They fixed the car but they left some parts off laying underneath the hood which was broken. When I asked them about it, the so called mechanic's didn't know what it was and I told them and I asked if they had any laying around i could get to replace it. No discount for breaking parts, my loss their gain, plus it took a week and they put a new China made AC compressor. I would have fixed my own car but I was on a trip and a friend of a friend recommended this place and got me a deal with Towing at least.Many other people say they're more about money than the repair of quality of a vehicle and I agree completely. The so called mechanic's were young boys who acted like they failed everything.Tony's Towing is a excellent Towing company with friendly drivers and fast. I highly recommend them for your Towing if you're in Baldwin County and wherever else areas they represent.

Donnie knows his business. After visiting and talking to 5 repair shops, there was no one who expressed confidence in the particular repair, I was needing, except Donnie at Lott's Auto Care. He succeeded in only a few days. My assessment is this. What others saw as a major amount of work, Donnie saw as another day on the job. I strongly recommend Lott's Auto Care, because they do care, and have the skill to fix what's broken.

They treated me fair in person and on the phone. Very nice front and back of the house. I was very impressed with their knowledge of my older vehicle and despite being very busy, they took the time to attend to my special concerns. Lott's is my favorite auto mechanic from the past twenty-five years. I am a repeat customer. They worked magic on my 1986 Chevy Suburban and now it runs exactly like it should. My car became very ill and almost undrivable while I was in Kentucky 8 hours from home. Limped into a very small town right before the weekend, could only find a garage with limited diagnostics and experience. Call Donnie and explained what it was doing, Donnie immediately diagnosed a bad distributor as the cause, they ordered on in, put in in Saturday morning and I was on my way. That is the kind of service you can expect when you take your vehicles to Lott's, fast , reasonable, and honest! Why would you trust your vehicles to someone else?

They were great! Were able to squeeze me in this morning to check out the a/c in my daughter's car. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. She graduates today and was thrilled she wouldn't sweat to death getting there...they saved the day!

Took the vehicle in on a Friday and was given a quote. Took it in Monday and had it back the same day. I had been to another reputable independent and the jeep dealer for answers on a drive ability issues.At Lott's the issues were pinpointed, and estimate was given, and repairs complete. Was not cheap by any stretch but was a fair price and $100's less than dealer. Jeep drives like new.

No nonsense auto mechanic. They don't lie to you to make money unlike so many shops do, particularly to women. Fair labor rates and quality work. I'll be bringing all my cars to them from now on.
