Poor customer service. Hilary was the only one who somewhat cared. Spotty work, constant lies about the work that was supposed to be done and only did part way. My car looks worse than when I brought it to them. Hopefully the Daphne location can make it right. At least the people there don't automatically have a attitude and listened to what you were there for instead of just saying something rude without getting the information needed.

I ll preface this with the obligatory if I could leave zero stars I would That said, on to the disaster formerly known as AutoCraft Collision and now Crash Champions. These people are the definition of a shady all purpose chop shop, their staff is pleasant until you have a complaint, they sub out half their work, and cut corners on most everything else. After a moderate to severe collision on my vehicle, I opted to go with AutoCraft as they were the only shop with openings in less than 5 weeks. They took just over 5 weeks to evaluate and perform a first round of repairs on my vehicle. I picked up my vehicle in the morning, and within 2hrs I had to drop it back off because it shook violently when driving over 30mph. Turns out, these professionals thought that you wouldn t need to replace the axle of a vehicle after it was hit dead on by another car at over 50mph. I showed them very clear footage of the rear wheel wobbling all over the place as it went down the road, and they begrudgingly agreed to take another look at it. By some miracle, several days later they agreed to replace that axle which should have been replaced the first time. I specifically asked that they inspect the other axle as well since it hit a curb doing at least 40mph. After another 2 weeks I got to pick my vehicle up again on a Friday afternoon, and to nobody s surprise it still shook. A quick glance in the mirror and I could see the passengers wheel still wobbling all over as it drove down the road, sounds like a bent axle right? Well on Monday morning I stopped by to show this to the team at the shop, they started getting very defensive and insisting that what I was seeing and feeling was all from my tires being out of balance. So how come none of that was an issue before getting smashed by another car? They never could answer this question, and seemed to want to look past the part where replacing the bent axle fixed it on one side. So after an unpleasant conversation with the store manager Robyn (who also tries to appraise their repairs), this shop declined to provide further services. Fast forward another 5 weeks and I ve finally gotten my vehicle back, after one look at the axle by a qualified repair center they immediately said it was bent and needed to be replaced. They also mentioned that my brake caliper bracket was bent (from being impacted by a vehicle surprise surprise) and should have been replaced.Overall, this place can t do mechanical work to save a life. Their store manager at the time, Robyn, is in serious need of both mechanical and managerial training as she currently can t perform either job at the bare minimum level. If you ve got minor paint repairs then perhaps you ll have a better experience, but for anything even remotely mechanical I would turn and run from this shop.

We ve used Autocraft Collision a few times over the years. We ve been pleased with the work every time. The color matching is excellent. I love the text updates to let me know how the repair is going and when to expect repairs to be finished. Any delays are communicated very well and they have very friendly customer service. Great job, ahead of schedule, kept me updated. I brought in a dented dirty car and it was super shiny and clean. I think they even waxed it. It actually looked better than when I bought it from the dealer. If my deductible wasn't so high I would almost put a dent in the side when I needed it to be detailed.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

After incurring some body damage involving a chunk of concrete, my insurance company had me decide where to take my vehicle for repair. After calling six different shops near me and hearing that each was months out on repair work, I went 30 miles outside of our area and contacted Auto Craft in Fairhope. They, too were booked out, but took the time to ask me the nature of the damage, and after answering a few questions, agreed to work me in to the schedule. Not only did they finish the work ahead of schedule, the customer service was top notch. I was informed via text and email as my car was going through the repair process, and when I picked up the vehicle, in-person service was exceptional, and the car was SPOTLESS inside and out. I'd definitely recommend this shop for body repair.Service: Body & Trim

Both of our cars were damaged during Hurricane Sally. Auto Craft Collision worked well with our insurance company and made the entire process very easy for us. We were very happy with the quality of their service, their attention to detail, and their professionalism. Our vehicle was damaged in a rear end collision. We had used this collision center before and was very satisfied then. Our local insurance agency recommended Auto Craft because of nice work performed on their various client vehicles. Kandi, the receptionist, was very polite and helpful each time I talked to her. We were assigned to Robyn Buch to handle the claim. She went out of her way to assist us during the entire process. She made numerous calls to the responsible insurance agency as well as giving continuous updates on progress. They had us scheduled to bring in our vehicle and kept us informed via a text message during the whole process. When we went back to get our SUV, it looked great where it had been repaired, you would never know where the damaged area had been. Not only was the repair handled very professionally, it had been washed and throughly cleaned on the inside. We couldn t be more pleased. I would totally recommend any of the 3 facilities of AUTO CRAFT COLLISION, either in Fairhope, Daphne, or Gulf Shores.Service: Body & Trim

Auto craft and collision did a excellent job on my Nitro paint the hood and roof clean it up The Reception was nice and helpful, but the lady that call herself a so call manager need to go to management class.I took my Nitro back to see what was going on with the sunroof she took it in the back whatever they did it work. Mrs everyone don't want a hand off I will be praying for you to be a better person . If you like I will teach you how to be a better store manager

I used Autocraft to repair damage to my car after an accident. They did a wonderful job on the repair. I got daily text updates and phone calls regarding the status of my car s repair, and my car was done earlier than promised. The people at Autocraft are knowledgeable, professional, and considerate. Rocky and the entire staff at Auto Craft Collision Center in Fairhope have once again gone above and beyond. Their repair work is beautiful and so is the warranty work. And they always return my car to me cleaned and vacuumed. I've been a customer for over 6 years, and I wouldn't go anyplace else. Highly recommend!

My 2009 F-150 had some severe paint damage on the front grill. I had about decided that I wouldn't repair it but my wife convinced me I should.I went to Auto Craft Collision for an estimate not really expecting to do the work.The estimate was quick , accurate and very professional. The work went exactly as estimated anf the cost was much less than I had expected.Picked up the truck today amd I couldn"t be happpier!!Thank you!Service: Painting

We needed the front bumper on our Nissan replaced and had a short timeline. The folks at Auto Craft made sure the part was in before calling us to drop off the car. As promised all was done in just a couple of days PLUS we asked them to detail "Nina". She had some scratches on her hood and in a few other places and really needed some TLC.I can't tell you how proud we are of her now. She looks like new inside and out!2 years ago I had Auto Craft refurbish the headlights on the Nisan as they were looking rather scuffed up and dull. Today they STILL look excellent.They really care about their customers at Auto Craft and it is obvious. I was even contacted over the weekend to make sure that we were happy with their work.Hopefully nothing happens any time soon to bring us back, but if it does, there is no where else we would go.

This morning was the worstest day of my life I went in today this morning Wednesday morning to complain about some stuff I seen on my car. About the trunk and some other stuff. They told me I had to wait on Mr.Well didn't have a attitude I sit they're very quietly wait for Mr will. And then Mrs Robyn, she called me in the office and I told her how I felt about something she already had a nasty attitude I told her what I thought about my trunk had a noisy trunk which I didn't have before. She went and got the detail person about my glove compartment I felt like it sho should not have been could even open it last night.. miss Robyn made a statement her employees don't touch stuff.the detail guy was still hollering at me too and said he didn't go in my glove compartment which was very unprofessional. He took it to the shop and cleaned it up again the detail guy and it fixed the noise the label parts the detail person had to tell me they fixed the noise instead of Miss Robin very unprofessional
