Brandon, Gregory, and the rest of the staff at Express Oil are very fast, friendly, and efficient! They make you feel at home while they are taking care of your baby! Great service guys! 10/10 It s the only place I go!

I JUST HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER GETTING MY CAR SERVICED!!! This was my first time at this location and I had the pleasure of meeting Brandon Patterson and when I say he was so Professional and thorough in explaining my vehicle's needs he even highlighted them! This Man needs a raise! I will definitely be back every time he's there. Thank you so much for everything!!

Great service from Brandon!Update: Brandon was nice so the one star is for him but right after the oil change Friday January 26,2024. My car stop going when I pressed the gas not even 30 minutes after leaving. I wasn t having any previous problems with my car at all before the oil change or whatever happened. I am still in the process of figuring out what happened unfortunately.

Brandon, located at the Fairfield, Al store gave me exceptional customer service. Soon as I pulled up, I greeted immediately and he went above and beyond to fulfill my issue dealing with my vehicle. I highly recommend this location and will return for my oil change in 3,000 miles

On Saturday, December 16, 2023 my car was towed to Express Oil in Fairfield. The technician called on December 18, 2023 and stated that I needed a tune up. Approximately two days later. I had to take my car back to Express Oil in Fairfield because my vehicle was still not operating properly. The technician checked out the car and told me to take it to the dealer so the codes could be off. I took the car to the dealer but had to make an appointment for January 3, 2024. I ended up taking my car to Express Oil in Bessemer and found out that my car needed ignition coils. I would like a refund because my car was not diagnosed properly at Express Oil in Fairfield. This misdiagnosis caused me to have to payout additional money especially since I had Carshield which would have paid for the ignition coil.

So my car last week was sputtering and leaking antifreeze...... I just went to another Express Oil Change on the other side of town that put on an EGR valve, radiator, timing belt, and thermostat.....and so I take my car to this shop...they tell me that the clamps wasn't on and they did poor job. They put the clamps on. Gave me an EGR valve and it cost me 1000 dollars. My car was still sputtering when I took it after they had it for two days. And now it won't start!!!! So I got played. It's cool. Just don't do business with any of their shops. My personal opinion.

Got my oil change here last month and had to wait longer because they only have one guy changing oil. I usually don t go to that location but had some business to take care of near by. Don t know why they wasn t helping that young man AT ALL. I do not like when I see a business showing favoritism I will always put a review when seeing something that isn t right. That young man still had a great attitude about it even when my attitude wasn t the best. Basically this location might as well be a drug dealing facility the management is horrible
