Love this store! I work on my car and some family s too so I d like to think I know a thing or two about cars and parts, but this crew has some seasoned professionals. I d run out of fingers counting the numerous parts I ve gotten from this store. I ve gotten a radiator, ignition coils, water pump, alternators just to name a few, and all for a great price. The employees are knowledgeable and kind over the phone, even better in person. There s only been one time they didn t have the part I needed, but they were quick to point me in the direction of another one of their stores that did. Even offered to get it sent to their store for me to pick up later for my convenience. Customer service can t get any better than that there. A couple of times I ve used online ordering for some oil, very convenient since this store also has a drive through. Which is just super and covid-friendly, I might add. All around great store!

The most convenient auto parts experience I ve had! Sandra was very helpful at the drive thru window and super speedy on getting me what I needed to get back to taking my son to daycare. Nothing beats avoiding toddler tantrums!!!!

Whenever I come to Advance Auto in Midfield it is always a nice and helpful experience. EJ is always very informative and friendly. Tonight I sent my son in to purchase a gas cap for my car and EJ came out to make sure it was the right fit. It is hard to find good customer service but EJ is outstanding.

Always helpful, but today, two employees were doing close to nothing. When asked by the man helping me to get the next customer, one replied, "ain't my turn", or words to that effect. Good visit for me, not so much for the other guy...

I had to order my parts and found that factory direct parts can't be refunded after I was told I would get a refund. Only store credit if you have to return them if their are issues. Once I installed the parts I found some of the new hardware was wrong so I had to use the old stuff. So try to check your order before you leave the store.

I was trying to borrow a wrench to replace my light bulbs. The employee was trying to help, but the manager full of crap, he say they have some for sale.I think Autozone is a lot better, I'm not coming back to this particular store unless I really need to

Sad and the employees are rude as hell. I went in on Saturday they were outside talking to friends and no one was in the store

Went in to have battery tested. Asked me to wait while he took the next customer behind me, then all of a sudden there were a lot of customers and I got skipped over. Went to another location and they took care of us in order, no skipping at all.

I have shopped at this location alot the employees have always been friendly and helpful but, the prices on the shelves aren't always the same when it's scanned at the register

They had my part so they save the day
