On Sunday \ Easter day, I blew a tire an hr & a half into a 6 hr trip north. called the closest place I could find with fingers crossed because I figured I would be sitting on the side of the interstate for hours! Mr Flemming answered immediately. told him what happened and he after a couple minutes we had a plan in place. Tow truck was there within minutes. got to the shop to find out they keep 5000 tires in stock! and they had my oddball size!! bought 4.. Hunter was professional, very courteous and quick. come to find out Hunter is Mr Flemings son. Great family owned business. they care about your safety while on the road. you guys need tires, go check em out. I'm sure they'll do you right!

Interstate Tire Pros came to our rescue! 100%!!! We were driving home to NC from spending spring break in Gulf Shores, AL. My car broke down while stopping off for food in Evergreen and with it being a Saturday afternoon, none of the local garages were open, until I called Tire Pros.Todd came out with the tow truck immediately, picked myself and my three teenagers up, and brought us to their shop. After diagnosing the issue with my vehicle, they laid out my options.Parts would need to be ordered and the earliest my car would be ready was by middle of the following week. I was confident in their abilities but needed to get my kids home for school. They offered to take us to a rental car agency 25mi out, but it didn t open until Monday. So they gave me a third option - they could drive us all the way back to NC, THAT DAY, with my car in tow, for $2500. It was a 600 mile journey to where we live in NC. While it sounded like a hefty price tag at first, it ended up being our best bet and a very generous offer. You would be hard pressed to find any other garage nearby that would extend such an all encompassing offer as they did.Hunter was our driver and he was just as sincere and kindhearted as one could be. His truck was very spacious and comfortably fit all four of us for the 10hrs of travel. I don t trust easily but felt totally at ease around Hunter.If you have to get stuck in southern AL, I HIGHLY recommend these guys. They know what they re talking about and won t string you along!THANK YOU Interstate Tire Pros for getting my family (and my car!) home safely. We were on our way to Gulf Shores for vacation when our minivan started acting up. We 1st stopped at a gas station and was given the name of this place. We luckily made it there and the employees were so nice. They hooked our van up to a computer, fixed the things wrong and helped us get back on the road. They even stayed after their closing time of 2:00 to help us. We can not thank them enough. Highly recommend

I just want to thank Steve Fleming and all of his employees for doing such a wonderful job fixing the valve stem on my car. They were very courteous and very quick and efficient. They stand behind their work and I like that, so if you have any type of car trouble I would take it to Interstate Tire Pro before I would take it anywhere else. They will diagnose the problem and if they can't fix it they will tell you how to get it fixed.

I had some issues with my truck, and these guys are so easy to work with. They were kind and down to earth. Their weekend answering service was not very helpful, but that's the nature of answering services, and I do understand everyone needs weekends off sometimes. Thank you.

Life savers! Friendly, knowledgeable and affordable! We were stranded at mile marker 89 on the I-65, and we called them to help us out. Not only did they tow our vehicle, they ran a diagnostic and solved the issue within an hour. Great people, great business!

Grinding noises 300 miles from home. Car was test driven by 2 very friendly mechanics who diagnosed a bad tire hub. In and out in under an hour and it cost less than we were originally quoted. Thanks to everyone at Interstate- you are awesome!!

Hear Ye. Hear Ye! THIS PLACE IS THE BEST PLACE IN TOWN. We had a blowout and our Acura has tires no other place had but this place. Andddddd (yes I started my sentence with and) lol they have a program where I was able to be approved for 4 new tires for 54 bucks and month and to be paid off before 90 days without interest!

Wish we could give them 6 stars for their fast and friendly service on the evening of Easter Sunday. We live in Kentucky and had traveled to Pensacola to pick up a boat we had just bought. One of the trailer tires blew out on the interstate and we limped the tandem trailer 23 miles down the berm of the interstate when we saw their billboard. Expecting that no one would be there on the evening of Easter Sunday, we thought we d have to leave the boat and trailer parked there, travel back to Kentucky, and call them in the morning. To our surprise two friendly men were there working to help another stranded motorist!I expected they would only want to take the time to replace the blown out tire, but not trusting the other three older tires I asked that if they had the right trailer tires, could they change all 4? The man responded We re TirePro s, we ll have them and I ll get you a price right now. They could have stuck it to us, but they provided good pricing and extremely quick service. Terrific guys too!We can thank them for us getting home safely in the early morning hours. They were heaven sent for us on Easter!Thank you Interstate TirePro s!!

We were on our way home from New Orleans. Our car stopped on an exit ramp. A Good Samaritan jumped us off & were able to make it to Love s gas station. We called Interstate Tire Pros 10 min before closing & the lady said bring it on in. The part that was needed could not arrive until the next day. They recommended a hotel & transported us to and from. They had the car ready the next day. So grateful!Services: Battery service, Auto engine diagnostic

We were on our way to Texas from North Carolina. Our trailer tire blew 2 exits before. We proceeded to them and they had the tire pulled and replaced in less than 5 minutes from the time we pulled up. Very fast and professional!Service: TiresService: Tires

Blew out a driver side rear tire headed north on I65 around Evergreen over 300 miles from home. Called Interstate Tire Pros. The lady answering my call was very nice and courteous. She could tell I needed help. Todd their tow truck driver showed up literally within 15 minutes and took good care of my vehicle. Courteous the whole way to their shop. I went ahead and got both rear tires replaced just to be safe. They were very busy but took good care of me and I was back on the road within the hour. Made it home safe and sound. I highly recommend this establishment. Very happy with the service I received here.

Wouldn't give a star if that was an option waited a hour to get the tire even started someone pulled up after us got taken right in. Who ever did the tire change completely messed my car up after leaving the whole car was shaking we had to cancel our trip and head back home to find out that they had completely crossed threaded the lug nuts one was so loose we dould get it off with fingers but the rest where so tight and cross threaded it broke 2 getting then off and and a 3rd that is striped out and seized to the hub. The entire experience was terrible don't recommend going there even if it's an emergency. Paid 150 bucks to have my wheel completely ruined. Going to end up costing me even more to get a entire new wheel for my car was told they would send some one never called back.

We had a blow out a out 10 minutes down the road, had a spare so changed the tire ourselves. This was the 1st place that showed up when we searched tire shops. My 1st thought was we are in the middle of the interstate, not much by their gonna cost us an arm and leg and we have no choice but to pay it, which was completely inaccurate. Everyone we encountered in the shop was super friendly. We had the spare on so the gentleman worked us in to get us out quickly, since we already had the tire off. Less than 30 minutes and we were out and back on our way. It was about $145, for the new tire, mounted, and balanced. They did check our original tire first to see if it could be salvaged before us having to get a new one, the sidewall was ruined and even showed to my husband so he seen for himself there was no repairing it. They truly were a life saver, and got us back on the road.

Extremely helpful when my daughter, by herself, was on the side of I-65 with a flat tire. They came quickly, towed her in, and replaced the tire and took a card number from me over the phone. Could have easily gouged me but the price was very fair. Would give more stars if possible.Service: TiresService: Tires

This business completely saved our trip!! We were driving through Alabama when our car broke down. We still had 9 hours further to drive and was not at all familiar to the area. Interstate pro s towed us to their place of business and gave us many options on how to work around our situation. We ended up paying a very affordable price for towing our car while they gave us a ride all the way back!! Super nice staff and if you go, say hey to Hunter, he was very generous and kind on our ride home. 10/10 recommend!

We blew a tire on our fifth wheel on I65 on our way home from Gulf Shores and changed to the spare. Seeing we had to get home to Buffalo, NY we wanted to put a new tire on. I googled the area and chose Interstate Tire Pros since they were minutes off our route. Everyone at this company went above and beyond to help us! Devin dropped whatever he was doing and grabbed the blown tire and was off with it! 20 minutes later we had a new tire on our camper and the spare back on the back. They are a very busy place and I can see why! Most places would see New York plates and know we were at their mercy but Devin and the entire crew went above and beyond to treat us well! They even blocked the highway so we could back out! They are all worth 10 stars in my book!! Thank you all for your kindness!Service: Tires

Got my car towed illegally (I had permission to be where I was) from less than a mile away. Still had to pay $250 to get my car out, which is almost as much as I paid for the damn thing itself. They screwed up my tires when towing, too.

What a nightmare! Our truck broke down during a road trip and was towed here by our insurance. Clearly this was a mistake. I have called 9 times in 2 weeks and get the run around each time. Nobody until yesterday even verified to me the vehicle was here and it was already done! Not a soul called for permission to repair or give a quote. I verified yesterday that they closed at 3 today. I called again this morning to verify they were open until 3 and they confirmed again. We arrived at 2:45 and not a soul was in sight. I called the number and a Male answered. When I asked if they were still open he said they had 24 hour service but they were gone and what did I need. I said I had verified they were going to be open as I had a vehicle to pickup. He became standoffish and asked what 24 hour service meant to me because they were always open. I said nobody is here and he said he could get someone here but I wasted 3 minutes arguing. WHAT?! he has another man call me back who then told me he would call back and then a lady called. She said she could come but she was 30 minutes away. I said it was what it was as I had driven 2 hours to get here. I then walked to my truck and THE KEYS WERE IN IT and it was UNLOCKED. I called the gal back and asked if we could pay over the phone so we could just go. She said she had to call her boss. She called back and said they were calling the owners son and if he could come we could do that or else we would have to wait for her. I said to her, you do realize that you left my vehicle unlocked with the keys in it and I could drive away but I'm trying to be a good person so I needed her to help me out. She called right back and said someone should be there, could I see them? Just then a guy rolls up in a golf cart. He was right next door. Honestly what a disaster of a company. I would hate to ever break down again in Evergreen AL. Not to mention, all of the cars were unlocked with the keys in them. A mail truck. An Evergreen police vehicle. That's right, everyone's vehicle here was unlocked and NOBODY WAS THERE.
