This guy is not only an amazing mechanic, but just an all around good person. We were driving thru, heading to Minnesota, and I started having issues with my truck. We stopped and got a room for the night because it was pretty late, however, I gave him a call first thing, and even though he wasn't open for the day, he rushed to his shop, opened, and immediately began diagnosing my truck. It turned out to be something as simple as a fuel filter, which he ordered, had delivered, and installed quickly and effectively. After the issue had been addressed, he continued to go through the systems in my truck just to ensure I wouldn't run into any more problems. His wife, who runs the administrative part of the shop was just as personable and professional as him. They have a beautiful shop mascot that was one of the most well behaved dogs I've ever encountered. If I am ever in the Evergreen area again and need a mechanic, I will absolutely return, even if I don't have a need for his services, every are folks who I would stop by just to say hello.

I would highly recommend Blue's Auto Clinic for not only repair, but for a high level of customer service. My car broke down on a Saturday night on my way from Texas to North Carolina. Joe answered the phone after hours, suggested a towing service, came and picked me up in the morning, took me to the parts store, and fixed my car on Sunday when the shop was officially closed. I was back on the road at 12:30pm on Sunday and made it to North Carolina at a reasonable time. Big 5 stars for this shop from me!

I was driving from Atlanta to Biloxi when my car died on 85. I was towed to Blue's and he diagnosed the issue as an engine problem under extended factory warranty. He helped me find a tow to the nearest Kia dealership and they confirmed the issue- and are replacing my engine at no cost to me. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Joe, Staci and Shawn were really wonderful.Helped us out in a pinch, identified the problem and went above and beyond for us.They also shared their Conecuh sausage with us which was sensational!!Really thankful for these wonderful people.

We broke down half a mile away at three in the morning the day before Christmas Eve. We got towed to Blue s at 8 am and Joe showed up right away, he had us back on the road in an hour and could not have been nicer. He charged us a super fair price (well below what I was expecting to pay). We are so so grateful to Blue s Auto, without them we wouldn t have made it home for Christmas!

He went above and beyond to get me back on the highway after my altonator went out on my car while traveling back home, he was actually closed and headed to a birthday party when I called and he said come on and turned around and went back and opened his shop to repair my vehicle great people and service like this is rare this day in age and I m thankful for him and his wife! If you are in the area or like me just traveling through and are in need of repair services give them a call they will take care of you!!!! Thanks again all the way from Tupelo MS

I first off want to say that Joe and Stacey of Blues Auto Clinic in Evergreen,Alabama are a complete God send to my wife and I.We were traveling on our 37th wedding Anniversay on Monday March 18,2024 from Atlanta to Florida and it was 8:30pm and my battery light came on about 5 miles from the Evergreen exit on I-65.I pulled off of the exit and went to the O'Reileys auto parts store and the worker came out to check my engine and he said I needed a new alternator.He checked his inventory and said that he could get a new one but not until the next day at 3:00 in the afternoon.I then asked him if he knew a mechanic in the area and he told me to call Joe at Blues Auto Clinic.I called Joe at 9:30 at night and he answered his phone and he said that he would be able to put the alternator on my vehicle the next day but I told him I could not get my alternator until 3:00pm the next day and he told me to hold on and he was goimg to make a call.He came back on the line and said his wife,Stacey,would drive to Andalusia which is 45 minutes away from Evergreen the next morning and to meet him at his shop at 10:00 am the next morning and he would get me back on the road as soon as he could.We checked into a hotel room and the next morning we arrived at 9:55am and Stacey pulled up at 9:58 with the alternator and Joe commenced to putting it on which was no easy task.I have a 2015 Honda Odyssey and its a side view mount engine so Joe had to literally take my whole car apart to just get to my alternator.In 2 hours he had me back on the road.We got to meet Brutus Blue who is their dog and who they named the shop after and their other new 8 week old puppy.Upon leaving Stacey referred us to a local favorite,Sweet P's restaurant,and we went by there and got a veggie plate and some great fried chicken and sweet tea.I paid Joe and Stacey for their hard work and I gave them a $100 tip because that is what they definitely deserved.They actually got the part cheaper than what I could have gotten it from O'Reilys.We hugged and went on our merry own way to Florida with my car running better than it ever has run.Please please please give all of your business to this sweet couple,they are a dynamic husband and wife combo and business team and we now consider them our friends.We cannot wait to stop back by and give the pups a hug and enjoy a friendship that we have acquired all due to my vehicle breaking down in the town of Evergreen Alabama.We love Stacey and Joe and I am positive you will too if you ever get the chance to meet them.What turned out to be a disasterous anniversary turned in to one of the biggest blessings that I have ever encountered. They were great! We broke down and needed a quick fix. They got us back on the road within an hour. They figured out a simple fix and we re VERY reasonable on price! Will recommend them for everybody!

We were stalled with our rv at the gas station. He came and found out the problem. Unfortunately he was not abble to bring the truck and the rv at his place. He found out solutions and do calls for helping us with an other garage. He stays till the towing was there and explain the problem. He is a very helpfull guy and a such a good person. I highly recommend this place ! Big thank you from the french canadian !

We had some car trouble on the way to Gulf Shores and stopped at Blue s. Joe and his wife quickly ran a diagnostic and identified the issue. If you need automotive services, I highly recommend their shop!

Had some car trouble over Christmas break driving from New Orleans. Joe had us back on the road within 2 hours, maybe less. He s the man, and if find yourself in need of his services, ask his about his dog Blue. Absolute legend. Thanks Joe!

Absolutely wonderful experience, if you re ever near Evergreen, AL. and need some work done on your vehicle, I highly recommend Blues Auto Clinic. It s truly hard to find and honest mechanic these days but at blues, he looked it over and told us exactly what we needed. As well has their hospitality was amazing, left feeling like family. Lost a trailer wheel bearing on the interstate and pulled into Blue s Auto Clinic. The owner took a look at it and told me to hang tight for a minute. About 20 minutes later he had found a new axle (tire ate the threads on the other one) and even went to get two new wheel bearings for the new axle. They had me back on the road in less than 2 hours even after having to search for parts! Saved my whole weekend trip! I highly suggest Blue s Auto Clinic to anyone! Great folks and Great service!

Had a water leak on the interstate and stopped at a gas station to work on it. Husband was in the store when the owner of Blue s Auto Clinic stopped and asked what was going on. Told my husband to use what tools he needed and even had Oreilys deliver a part and then jumped right in there and helped fix my car.When ur hundreds of miles from home and don t have a clue where you are and know no one, it s awesome feeling having a local business treat you like a neighbor! We could never thank the owner and his wife enough for their kindness and their hospitality! If you ever need help in Evergreen you can count on them!!!!

Great people had a brake chamber let go on my 18 wheeler they got to part shipt over and fixed me up in no time so I was be able to do my delivery on the, awesome bunch thumbs up

We lost power in engine and pulled up at Blues Auto. Joe and Stacy went right to work diagnosing problem and got us fixed right up.What a blessing! Thank you.God bless.
