They have serviced and repaired my vehicles several years now. Always professional & friendly service. Most recently tuned my older Explorer up, and increased my gas milage 60%. New AC installed and freezes me out now. Highly recommended - Tom

Traveling and need help with you car? Look no further! These folks were so kind, knowledgeable, helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and knew what was happening every step of the way. I drove away feeling confident in their work, extremely thankful for who they are and how they conduct business. Every aspect of my experience with Padgett s from start to finish was fabulous! Miss Kay and Miss Mindy were extremely helpful in accommodating my needs and timeframe for service. And of course, they were as kind as could be in the process, confirming in my mind that I had chosen the right garage. This team at Padgett s are amazing! They took in two stranded ladies from Illinois for a broken water pump. They opened their doors early for us, had the new part delivered and serviced in three hours, fit us into an already busy day, treated us so warmly, and literally saved our day. I will continue to tell the story about how we found such amazing people in Evergreen, Alabama. That city is so very lucky to have this amazing auto repair shop. I was traveling through Alabama on I-65 N in 93 degree weather and my car s AC decided to stop working. I googled places off the highway that I could stop to get my car fixed (I was crunched for time) and this shop showed up. I called to see if my problem was something they could take a look at and fix and they were really professional and sweet on the phone. They agreed to take me in as soon as I drove into town, and they did exactly that when I got there. They had my car diagnosed and fixed within 45 minutes (I was expecting to be there for over an hour). They were very honest and professional, and not to mention their prices were very reasonable. If I lived in/near this area, I would definitely be a regular customer! I was very impressed by their service, professionalism, and willingness to help. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

My alternator died when I was driving up I-65. I didn't know anyone in the area, so I took a chance and had my truck towed to Aubrey Padgett's Garage - arriving at 12:00am. I called them the next morning at 7:30 and they were already working on it (I had left a message the previous evening). They had the alternator replaced and I was on the road again by lunchtime. Fantastic service and super nice people. Wish they were my everyday garage.

This shop is awesome!! My car broke down in the middle of the night when I was traveling cross country for work. I was in a situation where they could have taken advantage of me and overcharged to make some extra cash, but they didn t. I have never been better taken care of in my life. Kay was one of the most genuine and friendly people I ve come across. They even offered to buy me breakfast. This is a shop that is honest, professional, and pleasant to work with. I ll never forget them helping me the way they did when they didn t have to. My only problem is that I can t give more than 5 stars in this review. You would be insane to take your car anywhere else.

Today my son and his friends were heading back to IL from Gulf Shores and experienced some car issues. I am so thankful they a) had their issues near Evergreen, AL b) randomly met someone when they got off the highway who directed them to Aubrey Padgett's Garage and c) that they were treated so well getting them up and running again in under an hour for the low price of $87. As parent's we sincerely appreciate the care you took of our boys and the car.

We had issues with our vehicle and we were stranded. We were several hours away from home and these people went above and beyond. They took care of us in every way possible and turned what could have been an awful trip, into an amazing one. They got us back on the road quickly and we are so grateful!

Great customer service! I was traveling for work when my car had problems and they went out of their way to make sure I was back on the road by the end of the work day. They even called me a couple weeks later to make sure I'd made it back home safe.

I found myself broken down in Evergreen Alabama. I had broken and axle on my RV and they were kind enough to service it for me. I would have been in real trouble and expense if they had not been so kind as to help me when I needed it. They were friendly, professional, and well-equipped.

This shop was pretty good as far as mechanical issue being fixed but l wasn't satisfied with the bill being it was a completely different amount l had to pay than what l was told it would cost me before they started working on the vehicle. Not good at all as far as business wise..

Great place to take you vehicle if you are having problems with it. They have great mechanics. Very friendly and family oriented. Very reasonable on their prices and they will treat you right.
