Generally when you think of a no-touch car wash that's exactly what it iswith the exception of the attendance washing off the tires before it actually goes in the tunnel.this is necessary and can make a lot of difference because of the grease and debris on the rims. But at this visit the attendance did not do the pre-wash, therefore, the end result was poor.

It's okay. Change machine was out of service. Decent but needs new brushes.
