Mr Eugene is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Britney is the mechanic that worked on my SUV she did an awesome job on the repairs. They showed me the parts that were removed and they were in terrible condition. I m glad I found a reliable, fair priced & pleasant mechanic shop to have my vehicle repaired at. I highly recommend Roger s Auto services for your vehicles repairs.

Went to Eufaula for a fishing trip weekend of March 24th. 5 hours from home. Sadly my truck wouldn't start Fri night at Lakepoint and couldn't reach anyone over the weekend. Felt certain it was me fuel pump. Monday was able to get in touch with Eugene at Rogers and told him my situation. Using my roadside assistance we got the truck over to Eugene. On Weds I followed up and we went over some things. Happy to say that we can now go get my truck picked up!! They treated me very fairly and got me out the door for a LOT less money than I expected. If ever back that way and need something I will be calling Eugene and the TEAM at Rogers!! Thanks guys!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Took my daughters car to be fixed. When we was called to pick it up. I was told it needed 2 more parts. We left there went and order the parts . The car sounded worse . Called him back and told him. He said it was due to the parts we needed. What he didn't say was the part that was broke was going to eat away the brand new tire and it was dangerous to drive. After taking it back with the new parts and getting them on, he informed me that tire had to be replaced. Again not saying it was how he put the tire own to start with. Took the car to the tire place who gave us all the info on how that would have happened. Needless to say after speaking with him, he wouldn't cover the tire that he ruined. BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!!

I've taken my older truck here a few times for mostly routine work. Never had any problems. The price were always reasonable and work gets done in a timely matter.

Very rude, did not fix my car charged for no reason for diagnosis I already told them! Do not recommend you will be beside the road same day after getting your car! Very rude customer service!

One more than one occasion, they found no problems when we thought there might be repair needed-rare for repair shops anymore! Honest folks and solid work, prices more than fair. Found my new go-to shop!

After being in this shop for over a month and costing 1300.00, My car is running as bad as the day I brought it in. The engine temp light came on a mile down the road after leaving the place.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil changeServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

I took my truck there to inquire about fixing my brakes. Roger looked at me and said, "I don't work on diesels." I said it's my brakes, not my engine. He said again, "I don't work on diesels." I left sad and slightly weirded out.

Watched someone with this company name on their gold suv nearly wreck into several cars stopped for an accident. Guy drove up in the grass AND and drove into oncoming traffic just so he could sit and wait like everyone else.I hope you see this, and know what an idiot we all think you are.
