I call several places for a quote on an oil change and tire rotation. Billy Lawrence had the lowest price. The staff was friendly and professional. Would use them again and highly recommend to others.

My family and I were driving from Ohio to Florida and started having transmission problems. We called the dealership as it was the closest one to us. They let us drop our car off (Bruce even stayed and waited on us after closing time) and was able to diagnosis it the next day. Come to find out, the transmission was out. They were able to get another transmission and have in put in within a couple days. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Great service and top of the line employees. Honestly, the best Chevy dealership I have ever dealt with since owning Chevy.

Would not do business with them. Asked them to stay 10 minutes so I could pick up a vehicle . They said sorry we are out the door at 5:30. Had a vehicle that will not hold charge. 2023 Tahoe . They say it was programming issue and wouldn t even put a new battery in the car after it died everyday for 2 weeks. Will not be back or encourage anyone to buy from them.

I am sad to say my husband and I were very disappointed with recent experience we had with the service depart. He called this company explaining our problem and was told they had seen this before, he was given appt for service and price to fix. He took vehicle in, thinking for repair, but instead he was told we owed for diag tests (though we already knew problem) and cost to repair had tripled.

Very good customer service. Was very helpful in me finding what I needed. Called me a few days later and found what they thought I would like. I dud and purchased it. The salesman and everyone else were great.

Great place!!! My family was traveling through on our way to Florida. We realized one of our headlights wasn t working and stopped by to seek help. The staff extended themselves. Within 30 mins they we done repairing our headlights. Very friendly and professional!!! Choose this establishment and I promise you there will be no regrets!!!!

Attempted to talk to the woman in the service department, but she was interested in my problem. Wouldn t honor my extended warranty. Quite rude.

These people are awesome. Everyone was so helpful, friendly, kind. Prices are reasonable. Explanations are spot on. Can't say enough about them.

There are plenty of places I could take my truck to but I choose Billy Lawrence because not only of the cost, but also because of the hands down best costumer service in and around Eufaula, Al. I m actually happy to take my truck there to get it worked on

Billy Lawrence Chevrolet in Eufaula is amazing! We were on a road trip to the beach and the wheel well lining of our car came detached. This was the closest service place and they still helped us even though the car wasn t a Chevy. Edwin was so kind and generous, he wouldn t even let us pay him! Thank you!!!

The "shop" guys aren't even trained properly on how to balance and rotate tires. Waste of money

Had appointment at 7:30 .it was two hours later .And they broke a hose on my car told me I needed .about 2000 dollars of work to my car I get my car it want crank up had to jump it off drive car down the highway and its just shaking car runs worst then it did before they touched it
