Went in with alternator to replace. Was told it would be in by 12:00 pm same day. Went back to pickup was told it would be 3:30. Came back at 3:30. Wasn't there was told next day at 3:30. Picked up next day, got back home it was wrong one.. When got there next day to return Manager in training Mike was very rude, smart mouthed and unhelpful. Other manager Karen was very nice. Want be back.

My husband worked here for a couple years and I always had a great experience here back then. Now, it seems that the store has gone hill a bit.... It's definitely not the neatest parts store in the area and is often pretty messy. Also, the newer staff members definitely aren't as thorough or helpful as the ones that have been there for years.

The store was fine and eufaula Alabama the gentleman that helped me was very polite courteous however corporate it's screwed up the online web page when you order parts it's not the same and it's real difficult now probably not going to use them anymore.

I was stranded In Eufaula on March 16, 2019. The gentlemen went above and beyond to help me since I was 200 miles from home. I I would recommend this store to anyone around and Advance should be proud to have such valued employees..

Awesome service, they didn't have the part I needed, but called the O Reilly's for me to see if they had it so I wouldn't waste time going over there.

They always have my stuff sitting out waiting when I get there with just a call. Sometimes they see my name on the computer and just pull it out!! Awesome service!

Well it has almost anything you need but one thing is that the people there is cool they don't argue. And that is why you should go there.
