They get five stars because 10 stars isn't available. They staff was always professional and polite. They kept us informed of the current progress of the repair. We were able to stop by and see the vehicle while it was being repaired. The shops were well organized and clean. The actual repair looks like it never happened! I scrutinized the vehicle closely looking for evidence of the damage or repair. I can't find any. Heck, the door alignment and gaps are actually better than original door alignment from the factory. Paint is impeccable! Their actual cost of repair was within 98.5 percent of the original estimate! They kept our rental car company and our insurance company informed of the work progress. I'm beyond impressed with their repair of the vehicle! Everyone was always so nice and pleasant to work with during this repair. If we ever need anything else repaired, I will be using them again! They get my highest recommendation.

So far I am extremely unhappy with this company. Too many broken promises. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt, perhaps they are just short handed, maybe my technician had home issues, so I am trying so hard to be patient. So for now I hope my Truck will be back to me shortly without any more delays. I will be more than happy to update this review in a positive way.

Maybe they do good body work, I wouldn't know!They were the rudest body shop I've ever been to. USAA sent me here. The front desk lady was nice enough, so 2 stars for that, but whoever my evaluator was must have been having an off day. I left & went to Joe Hudsons nearby. They were kind, professional & happy for my business.

Worst experience ever!!! Not only did they keep my truck for literally almost 4 months but they were disrespectful, they were blatant liars and they they ruined several of my personal items among other things such as leaving broken glass throughout my truck which I actually cut myself on.. They are supposed to be a body shop yet they gave me my truck back with dents,scratches and several pieces of the weather stripping either unattached altogether or barely reset which blows me away considering how simple most of the newer weather stripping is to install.. There were missing clips and screws and what's really got me puzzled is how my transmission is shifting so hard considering it had absolutely nothing wrong with it when I dropped it off.. This is a 2022 Ram 1500 Lone Star Edition mind you.. Not an older vehicle at all and I'm the only owner.. Anyway I highly recommend you find another body shop to do any of your work because this isn't the place you want to leave your families trusted transportation.. BE AWARE!!! BE VERY AWARE!!!

We ve had two of our cars body frame repaired with them, and painted afterwards they did an excellent job!! We worked with Leia Hughes, she s was amazing to work with.. very friendly, kept us updated on our cars and knowledgeable.. we highly recommend using them for your car needs!!! You also get a thank you bag and thank you card signed by the employees, a nice surprise great company!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

In all three - 4 times I ve visited this Business, not only are they lacking in customer service, but one occasion one of the front attendants spoke rudely about a potential customer on the phone. I was not the only customer to hear this. That may be petty, but the took my wife s car. We took it there because Progressive in s. referred them. They gave her the quote and told her she should get it back in about 24 Days. Instead after we called numerous times. On the 47th Day we happened to call and they said oh yeah, it s ready. You can come get it. NO. I wouldn t refer them to anyone.

Wiregrass Body and Frame was quick to get me in for an estimate. Upon arrival the staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. They processed both my claims in a timely manner. Deer damage, Refused service.It's well within their rights to refuse service, so I'll give them an extra star. The damaged parts were removed before carrying the vehicle to their business. The employee attempting to give the "estimate" made a big deal about the headlights being missing, and the horn being cracked. They are plastic, any front end collision (deer or otherwise) are going to demolish them. Then the employee proclaimed the frame was "rusted through." The vehicle was made in 2003, never been on a salted road, never been off-road, and has been taken care of. The frame definitely isn't rusted through.I'm not oblivious to what was going on, they didn't want to work on it. My guess is because I told them insurance wasn't paying for it, I was paying out of pocket. But nevertheless, if you don't want to provide your service that's perfectly within your rights, but you don't have to make ridiculous statements and outright lies. It's extremely unprofessional.

I was rear-ended over the summer. I was given a few auto body shop options. I ended up randomly choosing Wiregrass Body shop because they had an earlier availability. The first time I went in I felt so comfortable as the staff is quite genuine laughing and joking around, but still professional and competent. My car was examined and quoted for the insurance company. We scheduled an appointment for me to come back to have the work done. When the day came for my appointment for the work, I didn t have a ride. One of the staff drove their personal car to drive me home and we had a wonderful conversation as well. My car was finished the next day and the same lady came to my house to pick me up (which is not her job by the way). Everything was settled between them and the insurance company and it was a painless process for me the whole way. It s so rare to have service like this and I am so grateful it s still possible to have. My car was also fully detailed inside and out, which was totally unexpected for me. They gave me a bag of candy with a card the entire staff signed. Part of me was waiting for some kind of catch because people just aren t like this anymore generally. I really can t express my gratitude enough.

So happy about the fantastic experience I had at Wiregrass Body and Frame. We had to bring my car there because of the shotty job another shop had done on a simple repair. WBF did a fantastic job fixing the damage the other shop did to my car and everyone there was so friendly and professional.

Took my car here after having a horrible experience at Professional Body Shop in Enterprise. They had a decent amount of corrections to complete along with fixing my door due to the prior shop breaking that. Leia was a blessing! After 2 months my car is finally fixed properly. They are a USAA Guarenteed Shop and will be going to them from here on out. However don't recommend USAA for an insurance carrier. Dropped it off Monday and picked it up today with no issues. They also took my car to the Enterprise Rent a Car since I wouldn't have been able to get back to them to pick it up. Left me a Thank you card signed by the employees and a few goodies. If I could give this business 6 stars I would. From the beginning they provided the best customer service you could ask for. I needed my car repaired from a small fender bender and they gave me three different quotes and explained what the cost difference on the three different quotes was and recommended based on my vehicle which one I should do. They did not recommend the most expensive option, far from it, but they gave me honest and great advice. The repair work was great and they got it done so fast. They are also just the most kind people to work with. They gave a hand written card and a gift basket at the end. The customer service and experience here is unmatched.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I hope I never have to deal again with this place. I got my car out of impound and it $337 for the night not to mention I had to go back in 3 different times to the office and you gotta have exact change so they made 3 off my $340 imagine how many ppl do this every time they go in and don't have correct amount of money and are frustrated at this point and tell them to just keep the remainder. To top it off I had to wait 30 min in the 88 degree weather in front of the tow yard to get my truck. After I already paid them and when I called to ask what was talking so long they put me on a line hold and or hung up. No not my type of customer service

From the very start, there was a complete lack of communication. They rely on computers to text you with updates even after requested an actual person call and give me updates. Every time we would call to check status felt like they didn't have time for us and we were being a nuisance.A job that should have taken a month at most has taken 3+ months.Service: Body & Trim

Customer service is their priority here and it shows. They repair things right without taking shortcuts and in a timely manner. They communicate with you throughout the entire process too. Highly recommend this place!Still a great place to go for your auto body needs.

I went to this shop in late 2015 to have my plastic bumper repaired/replaced. I explained that my insurance had already paid me, and I was looking for ways to complete the job cheaply but correctly. They said they could repair vs replace the bumper with two days of work. 5 days later (3 days overdue) I pick up my car. The repair appeared to be done skillfully, but the paint job was aweful. The entire bumper had the orange peel appearance. I waited another couple hours and they improved it but still did poor quality work. I signed the paperwork that claimed the work and parts had a warranty. Approx 5 days later, the repair fell completely apart and the materials underneath the bumper fell off. When I returned to show them what had happened, they claimed they would not honor the warranty as it was a repair. This was in complete opposition to what they claimed before the repair. They then accused me of trying to engage in fraud and told me that I should not report this to my insurance company as this would incriminate me. I promptly called the insurance company, they said I had done nothing wrong but b/c they paid me to get the repairs done myself, they could not help. I agreed completely with the insurance company's assessment of the situation. I then called the better business bureau and filed a complaint. Several days later another piece of the bumper came off. This time, they were more responsive (probably due to the BBB's inquiry). In the end, they admitted the repair should never have been done, and a replacement of the bumper should have been done in the first place. They did replace the bumper at no cost to me. They did insist I was trying to engage in fraudulent activities, which was verified as false through my insurance. They simply tried to save a few bucks, and it took them a long time to realize thier repair was outside of their skill set or not possible with the part. Be careful, they are difficult to work with.

Was involved in an accident which resulted in a total loss. National General insurance did not cover their driver, and I was out of a truck. Wiregrass body and frame helped every step of the way, were very helpful and understanding. A special thank you to Jasmine.

Not very good had gaps in the doors and had a left a bad water leak in the trunk. On another car got a paint job that faded and peeled off after 2 years. Over charged as well. I ended selling both cars. But will not be back.
