What started out to be a short trip to get our truck out of the shop turned into a flat tire in the rain. My husband put the spare tire on and had to be at work soon. The day before, I had minor surgery but was in pain. I called L&M to see if they could fix the tire and put it on my car, and put the spare back inside. They worked me right in, and my wait was not long at all. We bought our tires from them previously and had road hazzard coverage on them. They didn't charge anything to repair the tire. The staff are very friendly and the service was excellent. Thank you for everything.

I ve had all three of my vehicles go through this business. Amazing work! I spent very little time waiting on my last visit, requiring all four tires replaced, balanced, and aligned. Staff was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They will be the first I recommend when someone asks where to take their vehicles.

I had a set of new tires that I needed mounted and balanced and they hooked me right up!I found their prices to be very fair and they have a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nicole really knows her stuff! I went ahead and got my oil changed while I was there and will be heading back tomorrow for a rear brake job! They seem to be able to handle whatever you've got going on with your vehicle so I highly recommend!

Ive only heard good things about this business, but, i went for an oil change, the girl at the front was very helpful and friendly. As soon as a mechanic came in she was frantic and told the girl not to take any oil changes. They were going to service my car, but i was too uncomfortable to let someone that was so angry work on my car. Maybe you shouldn't offer oil changes of its going to cause mass chaos...... just a thought!

Angel was wonderful. He was so polite and explained everything. The service was quick and the price was well worth it. The guys got my car in, put 4 new tires on and had me back on the road in no time at all. I was there less than a half hour, even with 2 cars ahead of me. I will definitely be back!

I showed up right at closing with my horse trailer they were kind enough to fix my flat so I could get back home. Great people and great service. Thanks

They were courteous and efficient. They also didn't kill us with the price, $80. A shop up the road from them was going to charge us $150 for mount and balance. I went to L&M because my dealership wouldn't mount and balance the tires I had purchased from an online vender. I saved over 200$ than buying them from the dealership. When turkey day and black friday week is over, we will be going back to L&M for an alignment.

The entire experience was really good. The employee on the phone was very helpful and patient. I requested a tire that was not in stock and they had it in within a day. The prices were the best in town for Toyo or Cooper tires. Once I got to the store they had me in, changed, and out the door within 30 minutes. Very quick, efficient, and pleasant experience.

Took several vehicles to pep boys in Dothan for alignments and they screwed them up both times. Shims falling out, alignment off.Found L&M tire and they are great!! They did my son's car. Best service I've experienced since moving here 6yrs now. I won't trust anybody else to work on my cars except them from now on. You guys have a loyal customer from me. Thank you Mike for being an upstanding business man in this day and age. Update. Took my car in yesterday for an alignment and again, BEST SERVICE EVER!! Mike test drove it (which most mechanics don't do anymore) then took the time to explain to me what was wrong. Turned out I just need tires. This company is old school. Which means he truly has Integrity. Not out to just take your money. Again I'm a customer for life :)

L & M is the only company that I go to when I need work done on my vehicle. Mike the manager is a phenomenal person. He has helped me out numerous times on good deals on tires. His staff is friendly and experienced. If you get there right when they open they usually start working quickly. L&M is a fine establishment.

Been doing business here for awhile but I m going to have to find somewhere else prices are good but customer service is essential. How are you going have a whole conversation about sighting in a rifle when you have other PAYING customers in line there s a time and place for everything the proper thing to do in that situation is tell your buddy to step aside while I handle my business but instead you chose to continue your conversation and to top it off a man with no appointment was pulled into the bay before me while I went outside to get help from someone who wasn t so busy but I won t be back!

L&M Tire is the best place to do businessMike Moore is honest and will tell you the truth about repairs. I took my car for front and rear breaks when I went to get it Mike said you have 70 shoes on the back no reason to replace them I did not know.But he said no reason to spend money on them honesty hard to find.

Family owned and family run I've been knowing Mike for about 10 years now he's put together a good staff of people down there they can pretty will take care of all your tire needs. He's got a great selection of tires if he hadn't got it it don't take him long to get it and it don't cost you an arm and leg to go down there and see him he takes care of some of my tires for my company tru-line parking lot maintenance out of Newton Alabama if you want a good price on a good set of tires go talk to Mike or Robert. They are pretty will Hands-On on everything that goes on in that shop and that's another thing I like and I have a question all I got to do is call and ask the answers there they haven't got a call back so they can check with somebody else that goes a long way with me

After watching a kid wrap on my lug nuts with a 1/2 inch impact , knowing he over torqued them I asked the owner if I would be able to get them off with a lug wrench need be on the side of the road . He told me they have never used a torque wrench and ner will. I told him I would go somewhere else next time and he said that would be the best thing for me to do . I definitely will go somewhere else next time

Used L&M numerous times. The last time they ordered and placed the incorrect tires on my car. They remedied the situation, but it took a few days. This week I order 2 tires and they said they put the order in a week ago. They are still not in, they have not tried to call and update me once and have sincelost my paperwork. I have been a customer for a few years but have decided to give Road Mart a try. At least they won't make me feel like I am bothering them if I call to check on the status of my order.

Have been a customer for 15 or 16 years. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable employees. If there is something out of their realm of expertise, which is rare, they will refer you to the right place. Mike, the owner is very knowledgeable on all types of vehicles.

Once received good service now questionable. L&M will take advantage of an unsupecting customer. Service writer played us for idiots claiming she saw something and never left counter. Claims she saw bad parts. Alignment performed in February now April front end parts need replacing.Picking up tires is owners reason to be absent from business. Service writer did not call him he has failed to make contact with me. Mike Moore has others handling his online business.New employees that doesn't represent business well. Refusing to complete requested task with a reason that lead to more questions, and questions are unanswered today. Guess front end went bad within 3000 miles.No resolution have tired to.make contact with owner. No luck. L&M Tire doesn't do conflict resolution.. Easier for staff to ignore than dowhat is right.

I started doing business with this shop back in 1995. Mike and the rest of the staff at L & M are always very professional. Always trusted; Mike is a great man with decades serving the customers of the beautiful city of Enterprise, and the nearby towns. Highly recommended for front-end allignment, light mechanic jobs and for reasonable priced tires.....................Chico

Driving around town and must've ran over a nail or glass that resulted in a leak. L & M were friendly and quick with their service. The price was way less than I was expecting too! I'll be using this place for all my tire needs.

This is my place for oil changes and tire rotation. They are a great bunch of guys, that are very well trained. The owner treats you as if you are his only customer. I have taken my vehicles to them for years.

This is the best place in town for tires! When we had a screw in a tire, we drove over and they patched it and had us on our way in 20 minutes. Smaller quick jobs they have even done for free. Couldn't ask for better service!

I had blow out on one of my RV tires and I was able to crawl to these guys. They had the tires in stock and were able to take care of it on the spot. I was at their mercy and they did not take advantage of it. Their prices were reasonable and they earned my repeat business.

I took my car in to check the battery. Turned out the cable was loose. They fixed it and did not charge me. Thank you so much L&M Tire!!! I would recommend them to take care of your car.

Great customer services,I was just going in for tire rotation and an alignment and found out my back tires are starting to dry rot,they take you out to the shop and show you what's going instead of getting your money and sending you on your way! They will always have my business!!

Nice guy for years. Stopped using him due to charging me for full lube job an only greased 2 points. When i mentioned it owner wanted to argue with me. When i mentioned moto of customer always right hw said NO IM ALWAYS RIGHT I OWN THE PLACE.

These folks are great I was in a bind I had two bad tires and needed to go to dothan to see my critically I'll family member I called Mike and he dropped everything (working with two short )and put tires on my car in about 30 minutes I was back on the road
