They built a glass shelf for me. I had no issue with the work. However, I did have a problem with the lack of communication. When I brought in a shelf for them to replicate, they said it would be done the next day. I called to inquire about it and was told that the person to do the work was sick. That's understandable, but someone should have notified me.Again, they said it would be the next day, but again, nothing. It ended up taking five days and I had to call them to ask if the shelf was done. I'm sorry, but they should be calling me when the work is done, or they should call me when there's going to be a delay. Otherwise, the work they did was just what I wanted and I had no other issues with them.

They came to my job to replace my windshield. Super fast. Then I had a tiny little leak in the corner, they came to me again and took care of it. No issues at all with this company. The lady in the office is so nice also. Highly recommend

They were fast and best price around for my 2006 Ford escape windshield. They overnighted the windshield and got it done that very day. Great customer service as well. Very happy with this company.

Had my bathroom remodeled with 2 new frameless shower doors installed by, quite possibly the best installer ever!! Everything was perfect even after being told by others that, with my opening, no one would be able to make it look this good without re-doing my whole thing. I guess they haven't met Watson Glass yet. Very friendly staff (except for this one but we'll let that slide) will definitely use them for all my glass needs. Good job guys, keep up the good work.

When you call you will undoubtedly have somebody argue with you on what you want. I asked for two prices and got laughed at, but I know what I m talking about and they don t because it s my furniture or not theirs. Advice and criticism is acceptable, but what you get is ridicule like I understand you know about glass but I know what the glass is going on.

I had a bad experience this morning. I brought in a piece of glass to be cut down 30"x60". The gentleman who cut the glass who has experience and has done good work for me before scored the glass. When he did the 30" on the side he grabbed it for the bottom, hand on each side and it broke fine. When he scored it the long ways he only scored it once and instead of pulling the glass to the end of the table and popping it length wise he went the to side of the glass and tried it that way which broke the glass. I understand accidents happen and I wasn't to unhappy about it till he came back from the office telling me for the same piece of glass it would cost me 160.00 to replace it. I called and explained to the owner how it happen and was told instead of replacing the glass which was snapped the wrong way he could only knock off a small amount from the 160.00...I've had good work from them b4 and was about to make an appointment for the front windshield of my truck but after the lack of responsibility for snapping it the wrong way I decided not to. Like I said I know accidents happen but I watched the whole time and the second cut even though it may be how the gentleman does it all the time as I was told by the owner it wasn't the correct way in my opinion.

If I could 10 stars I would. While we were traveling in our RV a rock hit the drivers windshield. We had stopped to stay a few days at a local campground. While looking for repairs Watson Glass was recommended by Blue Sky s RV Repair (another great company). Watson s came out and repaired the spiderwebs. The technician was amazing, highly knowledgeable and friendly. The end result was well beyond my expectations and the price was very reasonable. If I needed any type of glass repair I would bring it to Watson Glass. Thank you for a job well done.

Be very wary if you take your car here. I spent over $400 here on a new windshield and my car was completely messed up afterwards. They put my windshield wipers on backwards and not in the proper placement. And they drained my battery which messed up all the electronics in my car. They said they would pay whatever it cost when I took it to the dealership. So I did and when I took the receipt back to the owner he was disgruntled and heckling me over the repair. I would only recommend this place to my enemies.(Update) They told me my windshield would only cost $400 and they ended up charging my insurance company over $800. This place is nothing more than a giant scam.

I was having a tile shower installed and contractor got my semi frameless door through Watson. My contractor had barely installed the door when it exploded. I contacted Clint and told him what happen. The response was what do you want me to do about it . My contractor went back and bought another set of doors. He barely got the first door installed and it exploded. Luckily minor cuts were the only thing that happened. The response from the company was just go ahead and install the second peice. This company has the worst customer care service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

My windshield in my Jeep had cracked after getting hit by road debris. I called my insurance company and they gave me two options. I told them to just pick one and tell me where to take it. They called the one they picked out and connected them to our call. The shop owner told me he would call me in about a week to schedule a time for me to drop off my Jeep. After a week and a half went by with no phone call, I decided to call my insurance company back. I explained to them that I was never contacted by the shop they put me in touch with on our initial phone call. The agent said that she would call them and see what the problem was, I told her no and I asked her to put me in touch with the other glass company in my area. She connected me to Watson Glass Co and the rest was smooth sailing. I will defiantly use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Used their services through a recommendation. I was seriously disappointed. I specified a winshied replacement, with new trim on my corvette. Did not get new trim. Old was bent, chipped, and reinstalled. Installer also completely removed "A" pillar seals and Targa top seals. Now the car has no side glass seals on "A" pillars or front seal under the Targa top. Oh well. Live n learn

I work for a general contractor and gave installed many glass doors for showers. Watson Glass doors have continually shattered without any stress on the glass. I would not recommend Watson Glass to anyone in my line of work.

They can do custom cut glass for doors, windows, etc. All kinds of styles of glass, ie beveled, etched, rain....
