I have had repairs done at several auto body shops in the past, but Southern Collision is by far the most genuine and trustworthy one. They don't play games or try to take advantage of you. I had a wonderful experience with them, and they have restored my faith in auto body repair shops. The staff is very professional, respectful, and friendly. They work seamlessly with the insurance company to ensure that the job is done correctly the first time. I cannot express enough how great my experience was with them. I had my bumper repaired and as you can see it is perfect.

This place is fantastic!!! The best around. The guys there were so helpful and kind. They answered all my questions ( I had never been in an accident before.) They helped me from start to finish. When I went to pick up my car it looked BRAND NEW!!! The paint matched perfectly and I could not even tell there was any damage done to my car. These men have a lot of experience and take great pride in their work!! I felt very well taken care of and the work is fantastic!!! Thank you gentlemen so much! I want to bring them a card and snacks one day to show appreciation

I recently hit an animal and had my vehicle towed to Southern Collision via my insurance agency. The staff are extremely professional and answered every question calmly and respectfully despite my obvious anxiety and lack of knowledge of the process. Every fear and concern was immediately addressed and they handled my vehicle/case with care and compassion! If you ask me, that s difficult to find in any business, let alone a body shop! I would recommend Southern Collision Center to anyone who needs professional, quality work done on their vehicle. They really went above and beyond in my opinion and I could not be happier with my experience here! Well done, that s how you run a great business!

These guys are flawless. The best in town, hands down. They worked with our crazy schedule and with our insurance/ local car rental agency and stayed in close contact with all parties until our vehicle was done. Our insurance all of a sudden called and said that our vehicle was done and that the rental would need to be returned that day and that our car could be picked up. My wife didn't get off until 4:30 and wouldn't make it there until 4:45 or so, with closing being at 5. The guys insured us that they would even stay past closing to get us processed and our vehicle checked out/ returned, since the rental would have to be returned that same day to avoid paying out of pocket for rental. They also drove my wife to the car rental agency to pick up the rental. These folks really went above and beyond! They aced the customer service/ customer care and their work was absolutely flawless. Total damages were around $6,000.. they replaced the entire front end, headlight, grill, hood and front passenger door. Excellent body work and the paint matches perfectly! We can't thank you guys or recommend you guys enough!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Highly recommend! These guys have been working in the industry along time. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The estimate process was described in every detail. Our SUV had some paint that was peeling and flaking. They got the vehicle done in a timely manner with great results and prompt updates. Very satisfied!

My husband and I had a front end collision with a deer (thanks Bambi). They walked us through the whole process, kept us updated weekly, and were overall the nicest people that we ve had the pleasure of working with. 100% would recommend.

Super satisfied with this company. My truck sustained some damage from the tow truck that hauled it to the dealership for mechanical issues. The tow company arranged for the body shop repairs and I'm so glad we were introduced to Southern Collision! They not only did an absolutely amazing job, but they were great at keeping me updated about progress. The truck looks perfect, and they even had someone detail him before we picked him up! He looks and smells brand new again! We've had some pretty rotten experiences with body shops in the past, but these guys went above and beyond and have our business and recommendations for life! The sweet girl in the office even remembered my truck's name when she called to let me know he was ready to go Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These folks are The BEST!!!!.VERY PROFESSIONALThey wenr above and beyond with their work skills and with customer service as wellI reccomend tbem very highly. I just wish ALL of my business experiences went this smoothly and satisfactory. At all encounters we were made to feel like the most significant person in the room.
