They redid the seats of my six dining room chairs, and I was very pleased. The chairs were good quality but had very dated-looking seats, with squared-off edges and cording top and bottom. They redesigned the seats, rounding the edges, wrapped them in batting, and put cording around the bottom. Now they look up-to-date and beautiful! Done at a good price and within the given time. Highly recommend!

Excellent work at a fair price! I had a new headliner put in my Jeep. It was done quickly, professionally, and at a very high quality. If you have need of anything upholstery I can't recommend them enough!

My husband and I had matching recliners. His broke. We took it to them. He showed us the problem. A part had failed. We were able to order a replacement part for free from where we bought the chair as he knew the chair company covered parts but not labor. A few days later he called to say it was ready to pick up.We were very pleased as repair cost much less than buying 2 new recliners.I agree the place is no showroom but they got our jobs done. They also did upholstery work on our truck and RV.Not sure why others had problems. I do think they may have a new person as the older man I believe has retired.

The owner is the man that greets you. He's knowledgeable, patient, and super friendly. I'll update my review after the work is done but so far I find them exceptional!

I had him to do some seat projects for me, we talked about what I had wanted and was understanding that what I had wanted was going to cost!! I told him I wanted it done right and didn't want it look like I had done it and didn't care about price!! Finally of calling him every week for a month he finally was completed. It was originally only going to take a couple of days!! Well the foam isn't 2 inches thick, the material looks cheap, no pipping like we had discussed!! The only thing that wasn't messed up was the original price!! If you can't promise someone of a good job, don't take it, simple as that!!!! Very dissatisfied!!

Absolutely worthless business. Dropped off a rocking chair for a simple fix-up job (estimated 20 min. of work). Was told that it would be minimal cost and I should hear from them soon. Weeks went by with no phone call. Finally stopped back by the shop 2 months later to find my rocking chair sitting in a dirty corner piled high with other furniture. Owner assured me he would finish the job in a few days. I showed back up on the appointed day and still the rocking chair had not been touched. The employee must have been too busy playing World of Warcraft on the office computer.
