Sam Boswell of Enterprise is the one and only place I will take my Honda HRV if I need maintenance or repair..They are quick to get you back in your car ...The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous... Always feel comforted knowing my vehicle has been serviced by them . Completely took advantage of my elderly Aunt!!She brought her vehicle in for an oil change and asked them to look it over since she was taking it on a road trip. These folks charged her over $400 for an induction cleaning and axle fluid change. The vehicle only has 14k miles! This was not even close to the recommended maintenance interval for these procedures. To make it worse, when I crawled under the vehicle and inspected the axle drain plug, there wasn t a scratch on it! Did you even preform the work? Unbelievable predatory practices. Stay away!

The facility is updated and fantastic. The problems we encountered were that the service staff didn t believe us and we had to sit and wait for them to assess a problem that didn t exist before other work was done by them. We notice an issue while picking up our car from service but couldn t get them to even accept that there was an issue, let alone that they may have caused it.

I have used Sam Boswell s service department since I bought my Pilot in 2016. They are all wonderful to deal with and will take care of you! Although my service time was 3 hours, my service adviser, Nick, was professional and kept me up to date with its progress.
