I highly recommend Sam Boswell Honda of Enterprise, AL! More specifically, salesman, Trey! Trey is knowledgeable, friendly and not the least bit pushy!I was honestly not going to use this dealership because I had issues in the past with the service department. (They assure me that there is a new crew back there now and they are great-I will certainly try in a few months for my oil change.) A good friend suggested that I come and talk to Trey. I am grateful for his help and a seamless car buying experience.

Great customer service! Really appreciate the ease of scheduling an appointment for the maintenance on our Honda. Our service representative, Jennifer, continually kept us up to date on the progress of our vehicle. She answered all of our questions and worked with us by offering options on the extensive work that needed to be done. She demonstrated a level of knowledge on our services that was so thorough, I would almost believe she was doing the work herself! Jennifer also created a relaxed, almost family-like atmosphere that was most welcoming. I hope Bowell Honda is fully aware of the value Jennifer brings to their team.

First let me start here ...my salesperson trey was an outstanding guy pleasure to work with...but when it comes to his sales manager very rude and disrespectful. I was told never to come back to sam boswell honda in enterprise al because I told them I was not paying for bogus charges that was withheld and wasn't presented to me until i seen sale agreement. Was told a $1900 fee was added because the dealership added these additional items on car which was a total lie. The reality is These particular things comes standard on vehicle trim level at no additional cost to dealership and this sales manager got very frustrated with me and told me my business wasn't wanted there and for me not to return...im a disabled veteran who fought for this country and i wasn't treated with respect. So veterans beware!!!........update went to McConnell honda in Montgomery al and got same car $2000 cheaper a 2024 honda accord...with excellent customer service ask for john

All the sales staff was just great, Will, Wayne, Josh, Brunston we purchased a new 2024 Honda civic lx sedan. The finance lady was so nice. We will for sure purchase another vehicle from Sam Boswell Honda Enterprise Alabama again. My daughter is sooo happy about her new car thanks again.

After multiple calls and filling out the confirm availability on the website Sam Boswell Honda finally got back to us to tell us that the vehicle was still available. What is the point of the confirm availability if you never get back to people?My other gripe is that after confirming with the gentleman, the vehicle was there. We proceed to ask about pricing seeing that we would have to drive almost 3 hours to them. The gentleman seemed like he was willing to "help" us get a "good deal." But once we informed him that we were approved for a certain amount and the amount that he quoted us was not within our budget he proceed to play hardball with us saying "This is the best we can do" and the price was more then what their website says.I guess Sam Boswell Honda didn't want to make a sale cause their employee sure didn't try to make us feel welcomed or meet us halfway on ANYTHING.

Super personable, honest, and very polite.This past weekend, we had a great car buying experience all the way around, spending part of the Saturday morning with Tyson and successfully trading in our vehicle and leasing a new Honda, Tyson was thorough, incredibly knowledgable of all the various models with the many options, and patient with all our questions. After discussing the three vehicles we had our eye on, he made some great suggestions and with the Sam Boswell Honda Finance Team presented us with three affordable financial packages within our budget. Quick and easy!Tyson s No Pressure sales technique was awesome. We appreciated having a candid and open conversation about the vehicles and purchase options. We can t say enough about how positive of a car buying experience we had and it was our pleasure to have sealed the deal with the Sam Boswell Honda Team on a fair price within our range and are excited to have driven away very content and satisfied.Not only was Tyson very accommodating with us, we couldn t help but notice the entire sales Team on the floor engaging with customers this past Saturday. They had refreshments and a children play area - I can now understand why their are so many Honda s in the area with Sam Boswell decals on the back. I wanted applauds the service department at Sam Boswell SPECIFICALLY the Service Manager Jamie Uhlir. I took my vehicle in yesterday & after figuring the issue out in less than an hour she went above & beyond. My starter was out & would take 24hrs to come in. Jamie placed me in a vehicle so that I would not miss any work & also updated me until mines was ready. I was very pleased with her performance as well as all the members that reached out to make sure I was ok & comfortable while the repairs were being done. 10 out of 10

First of all the only reason I m leaving a review is because I previously owned my own business and wouldnt or have I ever criticized someone coming in for an interview because of what they was wearing. Are you hiring the person or the clothes someone is wearing? Makes you wonder do you judge everyone coming into your dealership by the clothes they are wearing to determine if you will make a sale or not? I showed up for an interview to be a detail manger. The guy interviewing me said I can t believe you showed up for an interview in shorts and a t shirt. I explained I don t have dress clothes as if I m going to church that this is what I had. He then said it again. I have detailed cars and owned my own detail business for 7 years or so and have never in my life interviewed someone and criticized them for what they are wearing. I wouldn t recommend anyone going to this place to buy a car or get a job! If you do make sure your wearing dress pants and a button up shirt and a tie

I am extremely impressed with the customer service at Sam Boswell Honda. We purchased a used Honda Accord from a friend for our daughter s 16th birthday. I brought it to the service department to have it inspected. The service manager Jamie Uhlir was unbelievably accommodating and personable. She even went above and beyond by having the car detailed for free because a part took longer to be delivered than expected. Tyler Tucker was our mechanic, and he caught a significant problem with the car. He was thorough and got the work done in a timely manner. They knew we needed the work completed before her surprise birthday party and they made us a priority. I will continue to use them for all of our maintenance needs. Thank you Jamie and Tyler for giving this mama peace of mind knowing that my baby girl is driving a safe car. Y all are the BEST!!!

Bought an Acura for $29,000.00 CASH!!! Within one week I had issues with the Auto start, the panoramic roof shade got stuck and my radio stopped working. They gladly accepted the car back and put me in a much smaller loaner vehicle for 3 weeks. I get my car back and the radio is STILL not working. I called back and They tell me it s nothing more they can do bc it s a recall and I have to take my car to another dealership to fix it. I m FURIOUS! They could have at LEAST put gas and sprayed the weeks of pollen off my car after driving 2 hours to get to them.I should have known to keep looking after they increased the price of the vehicle by $4k due to the market and would not honor the original listing price.

I would give it a 0 star if I could. My husband bought a 2022 Honda Accord Sport about 6 months ago. He immediately had to have them fix the hood because when driving it looked like the hood was about to fly up and some paint issues. The hood that was on the car when he bought it was not even a Honda hood and the car was supposed to be a certified used car. There were no certified labels inside the hood. There was a bunch of back and forth with service department but the hood was replaced with a Honda hood at least from what we were told it came from the manufacturer . At this point who knows! When fixing the paint on the car they removed the Honda emblems and to this day we still have NOT received them and we were told the day we picked the car up that they would order them and call us when they were in. My husband called several times and service dept acted like they didn t want to deal with it and we haven t heard a word since. Again over 6 months ago! We are about to contact Honda corporate office due to all the issues we have had since purchasing this vehicle. I rarely leave a bad review unless it is warranted and it was definitely warranted in this case. ***buyer beware if you buy a certified used car make sure you check for the certification labels that should be on the inside of your hood.

Absolute terrible experience. They have been sitting on an SUV for months. I ask for a quote and offer a 5% lower price and they send me a quote with a higher base price then what they have listed on auto trader. Not wasting my time with a dealership that plays games.

My husband and I just had the best experience buying a car to date with Sam Boswell Honda. Specifically with Amber as our guide to different options and Logan with the pricing. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I and my husband did not feel pressured or stressed speaking with her and getting a feel for the car. My mom and I stopped by just to look around. We weren't swarmed with salesman as soon as we stepped out our vehicle (which has happened at other places). I have to say this was the smoothest process. The customer service is Amazing. Roger and Billy made sure my mother was comfortable and she got exactly what SHE wanted. They guided us through every step, made sure we understood everything that was going on. Renee in finance was on point. She knows her stuff and you wouldn't even guess how long she has been in that position. So, I just want to thank you all for making this experience so pleasant. Oh and I guess I should mention their prices are very fair, and they have a variety of vehicles to choose from.

No answer no response. Tried calling several times with no answer. Needed to order a part. Completed the online form to order part with phone # for someone to call me back to let me know how much the part cost was and when the part would be in. NO response. Ended up calling and ordering part at the Honda place in Dothan. Do better Enterprise
