I had an oil leak and dropped off my vehicle early on a Friday. I received a call telling me where it was leaking from in less than an hour. They fixed the issue in 1 day (it was an intense job requiring top half of engine being removed).

I'm highly disappointed in this location. I came in to have a tire checked because it was leaking air and sat there for over an hour. I had to ask them about my vehicle after I had noticed it was pulled back around. I left, and everything was fine. A couple of days went by, and I found that the tire pressure had decreased, while my others were still the same. I haven't had a chance to take my vehicle elsewhere due to work and the holidays, but I'll be updating my review once the problem is found.

STELLAR!Good old fashioned place that wants your business, works for it, and gives you many reasons to come back.I was on my way to Express Oil or Techway to get my A/C Evac&Charge on a used car I bought that was blowing warm air. They had a giant sign saying they do the service(r1234a) for much cheaper than anyone in the area, so I banged a right. I was greeted by friendly staff who were happy and willing to take my keys and fix my issue. I drive by here a lot, they never look too busy and have a good amount of bays to handle customers.The price I paid was a fantastic deal and the gentleman at the counter assured me if I have any issues with AC they will remedy it for me at no further cost. They inspected it for leaks and said it was good. Its great to have the piece of mind.I'll look to them for future automotive needs.

Took my 2003 Nissan Frontier for a brake check (free) and instead of trying to sell me brakes I didn't need, they said I had a few thousand miles left on them. A week later my check engine light came on and I took it to them. They explained that my radiator was cracked and I needed a new one. Got a new radiator installed with a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty and the best thing was, I got the truck back the same day. These guys are honest and very reliable. I highly recommend them for all your needs. I also bought a new set of tires for my wife's car. Go to these folks for all your needs. They're very, very reputable and I will continue to use them for all my auto/truck needs. Good job Road Mart. Y'all are the best.

I have used them for routine tire maintenance and AC work on both of our cars and have always found their service fast, fair, and of a high quality. No rip-off add-on bills, ever. I, too, was a recent recipient of their free tire repair. These guys are great!

I went in with a nail in my tire and asked if they could fix it and they did. When they were done they handed me my keys and told me to have a good day. I know they can't do that all the time but that really saved my day. I appreciate the work they did and the generosity they gave me. I will travel the 40 minutes from where I live to give them my business for tires when its time to replace them on my truck.

I have been coming here for tires and oil changes. With the scary stories of rip-off auto places and dealerships it is a blessing to find an honest helpful service department that takes care of you. I love this place. A good place to trust for your car repair needs.

Road Mart is the only (I say again) is the ONLY place I will take my vehicles. These guys care about you and your vehicle as if it were their own. Great service as well as customer service. Couple of times I was hooked up on an easy fix. So I'm turn, I bought them all breakfast the next time I was there. Take care of those who take care of you. KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK YOU DO

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I went in for a patch to a slow leaking tire that I plugged a long time ago and a tire rotation. They hooked me up and were very kind. Glad to see such awesome hospitality! Makes me feel at home. I will definitely be coming back here for all my tire needs during my stay at Mother Rucker!

Came in for an oil change @730 they said it could take a couple hours ended up finishing @12 service priority shouldn t always matter by cost of the job .

The crew there were fast, efficient and did a great job. The front desk guy (I think his name was Cody) treated me with such kindness & respect. I have mobility issues & he walked me out when I started to leave. Also, the cost of the work was very, very reasonable.

On a trip from Missouri to south Florida we rolled through and notice we had a low tire on our Grand Cherokee. I called ahead knowing we would arrive close to closing time. We were told no problem . They were courteous and professional. Even though it was well after closing time when they got the tire repaired, they were courteous and relaxed. I cannot recommend them enough.

THIS PLACE WAS GREAT! QUICK! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING .Went there today to have my repaired. Had 2 nails. They were so nice, got me in and out. Thank you. I'll definitely be back.

I absolutely love this place. My mom and i use them for everything we can. They have never mistreated us or overcharged us. I needed a belt one time. They had to order it, they didn't charge me for the hour it took them to get it delivered. I thought that was sweet of them. I have never had any problems with any of the services that they have performed. I have never had to bring it back for same issues. They fix whatever i need and im good until something else goes wrong (its an older car). Would recommend to anyone but especially women who are worried about being taken advantage of. Never had that suspicion or problem!

We have nothing but nice things to say about our experience with Road Mart Tire. Very professional, efficient, and easy to work with.Our van had a flat tire and we needed run flat tires, which are not easy to find around here. After contacting Road Mart, Jesse went above and beyond trying to find us the appropriate tire. After over half an hour of searching for the right tire, he came up with a solution that involved them trying to order one from out of town within the week.Instead of trying to convince us that was the only option and having us on a donut for A week, he suggested we go and see if there were any other ways to get a tire faster and if we needed their service they d be there.Long story short we found another tire in Montgomery, and had to bring it back into town. The next day, I call them at 7:10 in the morning to ask if they can put it on, they said come on over, put it on and took care of all warning lights and had the van on the road by 8:30.We loved that The Road Mart Team was up front about prices over the phone, were not pushy about getting our business, and we re willing to help in any way. Definitely would recommend based on the past few days

The Rucker Blvd location is fantastic! My AC works great and it only took one day to replace the whole system. Women can come here and be treated with respect, have all their questions answered honestly. Being asurred you are not being taken for a ride. Plus my bill was less then quoted. Also the mechanic noted a couple of issues totally unrelated to AC that I was already aware of. No hard sell here. Thank you Roadmart staff.

Those guys at the Rucker Blvd. Enterprise, Alabama location are the best. Took my car in and gave me an honest work up. They obviously could tell I wasn t too car savvy. I honestly thought through my own research that my car needed a new ABS System. Wasn t the case. They could ve said yes and charged me a bundle. They did me right.

I had them do a complete flush on my transmission and I provided a filter for them to use. I had the parts but I did not have the time to complete the work myself. They claimed the filter I provided was not the correct filter. I triple checked and it is most defiantly the correct filter. On the plus side they were able to get me in the next day and they had the vehicle back to me within a few hours. I gave them a three star rating for quick service but I don't think I would go with them again.

Got new tires and an alignment back in December. Much more affordable than other places in the area, which was definitely a selling point for me since I was in the middle of vacation.Only thing I was not happy with was that one of the guys tried telling me something was wrong with the vehicle (wheel was shaking after new tires and balance), and I knew that wasn't the case. Manager told the guy to check it, turns out a weight fell off.Very happy with the manager, very happy with the timeliness of service; and, of course, very happy with the cost of service.

Went in to have my truck tire looked at for a slow leak, found and fixed FoC. Great service and professional staff. I ll be using them for my future tire and maint needs.

Y'all I just picked up my car , and it was worth every penny I spent to get my car on the road safely. Brandon Palmer , manager , treated me with courtesy , honesty and respect. Given the amount of money needed to fix my brakes and stop the terrifying screeching they made while coming to a stop , the expected frustration and fear exhibited by me was quickly removed by Brandon. Jason who completed the repairs, asked how in the world I was driving my car in the condition it was in, and detailed what was wrong with my car and what was done to repair my brake system so I could drive safely. I'm going back next week for my oil change and discuss maintenance to prevent astronomical repair bills like today. Thank you Brandon and Jason!! My 2 favorite people today!!

Took my 2013 Edge in for a brake service. 85k miles, never had any maintenance on the brakes and getting ready to go on a road trip. Road Mart called me back after about an hour and said, "Your brakes look great. I don't recommend doing anything. There's no charge, come by and get it when you get a chance."At this point I don't care of they are higher in price than other service centers, (which they aren't) I'll be using Road Mart for every maintenance need from here on out. Honesty wins my business every single time.

Replaced my radiator charged me 480.00 brought it back after two days with the leak in the exact same place was told then it was water pump charged me '660.00 the problem was never did a pressure check on radiator or they would of found water pump leak was told couldn't do leak check because corrosion in cap area where rubber plug goes in from tester, worked on aircraft for 40 years theirs ways to clean corrosion from inside cap and do a leak check instead of replacing parts till you find the problem. Will never go back ! and they will probably delete this post.

Horrible experience. Was quoted 750 over the phone for tires. At checkout they ask for 950 and my wife asks if there has been a mistake. Wrong tires were ordered (Michelin Primacy vs Premier). Oh well no biggie. She pays. 3 weeks later front right tire is making an intermittent clanging at low speeds. I jack the car up and remove wheel and tire from vehicle (there is obviously something rattling around) and go to Road Mart, they are closed (day after July4th). Bring to the Honda dealer same day and they find that the TPMS was broken and taped inside the wheel with packing tape. Have pictures and their report. Bring the wheel and tire (as well as the tape, sensor, and findings) back to Road Mart the next day and the manager apologizes and says leave the wheel and tire and we will take care of it in an hour. Wait four hours for a phone call and finally give in and call them. Yah it s done come get it. Wife picks up the wheel and tire. Seems fine now but who is to say the condition of the other 3 wheels. (If a tech is negligent enough to secure something that spins at high rpm with packing tape )At this point I m so unimpressed that I will just have another shop take the other tires off of the wheels and make sure they are good to go. I wouldn t have even written this review had they just given me a call when the wheel was done and been like hey make sure you bring the vehicle in after you put on this wheel so we can check the other 3 . Either way a real bummer because I chose this shop as it was highly rated.

They really helped me out with my tire issue. The pictures I posted are from the tire that was on my car before going to RoadMart! I love them and the service was great! I would definitely recommend them! Thanks RoadMart for helping me out in my tire emergency.
