Took my car in with it was leaking fluid. Was told it was a hydraulic leak around the mounts. Well then was told my control arms were bad. So decided to get both issues fixed. Well I was told it would take 5hrs to fix. I asked, were they sure bcz I just had a kidney transplant and needed my car to go to the doctor and was assured it would be ready by lunch the next day.. So I left my car and called back the next day after a family member call and asked me was I at the Dodge place and I told her no and she was like I see your car here, proceeded to take a pic of the car with my Miami tag on the front then also FaceTime me to show me my car was at Mitchell Dodge. When I called the guy initially told me that they were finishing up at Roadmart and will be done in a few mins and he'll call me back in about 45 mins. I waited 3 hrs no call, so I called back just to be told that my car had to be taken to the Dodge place bcz when they did the control arms they & got ready to move the car they heard a clicking when turning the steering wheel. So that's when I asked why wasn't I notified there was a problem and Ben proceeded to say, " He didn't want to alarm me and I told him instead of trying to hide there was a issue and me having to find out a different way it's there duty to let the customer know what's going on. He just acted like he didn't care. But I ask him so when would I get my car , again he said Mitchell Dodge should be done by the end of day.. At this point I get in touch with the Dodge place myself they tell me they got to replace the steering column, the wires to airbag and a few other things. That Roadmart didn't lock in the steering while doing control arms. So finally I got a ride to Roadmart when I didn't get a call back and they looked like they saw a ghost when I showed up unexpectedly. So I asked him what's the deal with my car and he said he needed to call Dodge to see, I was like you told me this hrs ago. But he did and they told him it would be at least a wk. So I told him they need to get me a car until I got my car. Again I should of never had to ask when they caused the issue in the first place and I needed to take care of my Dr stuff concerning my kidney transplant. When I picked my car up I was charged $1408.00.Well now my car is still messed up.it has been since a day or so since picked up but I've been back n forth in Birmingham with my kidney stuff just now able to take it back to the shop. It feels like you are running over stuff when driving but nothing is in the road. And I had no mechanical issues with my car other than the hydraulic leak before it went there. So curious to see what they say when I make it there this morning but I refused to pay them another dime.I used to love coming here but service definitely has declinedWent back to address the issue and of course nothing. Every excuse, first the technician said he didn't feel anything, then my husband took it back when they brought it back to the house bcz now it's pulling to the right realty hard. The next day it's 4pm still haven't got a call from them as we were told so my husband called just to be told the new tires were making the car feel like you're running over something. And they were making a sound which we had not heard prior. I asked if they put the tires on shouldn't they have noticed a problem and the only answer we got was the tires are the problem and because they were manufactured in 2019.At this point waiting on final report from another shop to see where we go from here but this is the result of $1408 later. Not to include the money they had to pay Mitchell Dodge to repair their mess up

I came in on a Saturday and was asked to bring my truck back monday morning when he had mechanics working, so i did. After my truck sat there for 5 hours and false time lines given by the workers i took my truck home and left. Dont waste your time coming here because they will waste your time.

I have used RoadMart for over four years. I have great service every time. Fair price, friendly service and the work is always done right.

I developed car issues while traveling & made it here on a whim. (I had already visited a separate shop who inaccurately told me my car was fine.) So I was at this RoadMart all day yesterday with a kid in tow. Didn't even take them an hour to discover the issue & present solutions to me. No bs. Every guy in that office was phenomenal as we waited for repair (which they started on asap). Can't even brag enough on the kindness we were shown!!

I just want to give a HUGE shoutout to Jeremy and his team. Especially Devin who did the work on my vehicle. Me being a female a lot of places like to take advantage of me, but Jeremy came to me and explained everything in detail before doing anything further that needed to be done if something else was wrong other than what I asked. I would definitely recommend this wonderful place to anyone that asked!! They are amazing!! Thank you for all your hard work guys! It doesn t go unnoticed!

Long story short I took my vehicle in for a brake job. Guy tells me it will take two hours. Two days and 1,300.00 later I get my vehicle back and my brakes are worse now than before I had these folks work on them. Absolutely can not recommend this business.

I stopped here because I saw the $19.99 oil change special as I was leaving the bank. Had the oil changed on my truck & the service was fast & excellent. Brought my daughters truck another day & received the same great service. The most recent visit I took daughter s truck for an oil change. They noticed a belt needed to be replaced & let me know & with my permission fixed it right then. I am thankful for having nice honest people who have material & parts on hand to fix needed repairs!

Outstanding service. We all know its tough to find a mechanic that you feel comfortable leaving your vehicle with. We're all afraid of being taken for a "ride." Having dealt with these guys a few times now I know I'm getting honest service without the run-around. AC died in my truck on Wednesday, Thursday by 2 you can hang meat in it. I wasn't told I needed a new compressor or any other nonsense. They fixed it quickly and correctly and was a very good price. I highly recommend!

Had an appointment, no idea though from the looks of it when I walked in. Wanted to get a quote about brake service but looked at me like I was stupid when I already had special brake rotors and pads for better performance. "Couldn't warranty those parts." Yes, duh , if there was issue with the parts I can go back to the manufacturer or company I bought them from. Leads me to believe they have had issues in the past with their workmanship. Went down the road to Enterprise Muffler and Brake said they would do it no problem in about 5 minutes , owner gave me his card and we had an appointment next day.

Great Service from Chad and his crew. Very helpful and easy to work with. They even picked up my car from Fort Rucker and delivered back later that day. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, the prices are fair, and the workmanship and business ethics are top notch. Would highly recommend to others!

I would highly recommend this Roadmart location for any of your auto maintenance and repair. I have been using this location for three years now and have received nothing but excellent service, maintenance, and repair on all of my vehicles. We have six vehicles total and take all of them there. This day and time it is hard to find this type of service anywhere.

What a great bunch of guys. Chad took my Jeep in the bay right away and fixed a simple brake problem that Tim Whitehead's clowns couldn't fix after three tries. Friendly crew and fair prices. I highly recommend you use them! Addition - They installed new tires and a bearing repack on my motorcycle trailer in under an hour.

I don't care what wheels and tires you have, take them here! Nothing but quality from these guys. I gave them a bent wheel, and they balanced it so well that my steering wheel doesn't wobble at all! I even got to watch them do all the work. I mean, they impressed me so much that I felt the need to review them on Google. Hospitality is endless at this place. Just trust me. DON'T DO BUSINESS ANY WHERE ELSE BUT HERE WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR PRIDE AND JOY!!! Just amazing really, I can't say enough good things about this place. Pull the trigger and you won't regret it!!!

Charged over 700.00 to fix my dads air conditioner, didn't last a month then compressor was bad. Why when you check an air conditioning system do you not check the compressor along with everything else. Now they want another 700.00 to fix it again. My dad is 80 yrs old and lives on a fixed income. Why do you people take advantage of people. If you don't know what your doing you shouldn't be doing it. I suspect you've taken advantage of lots of people. I can assure you of one thing I will tell all the people in this community never to go there. Thanks for taking another elderly man to the cleaners.

Took car there, was supposed to be fixed the next day. Took 2 weeks. They were supposed to call, updates. Never called. When they were called, got all kinds of excuses, mechanics sick, mechanics not coming in. Funeral, blah, blag. Then when it's finally fixed, repair quote doubled. Never going there again.

Very friendly staff and very quick to get the job done! This place really goes the extra mile to make it worth you bringing your car or truck in go get serviced! They also offer many tires you can get with the store along with semi and tractor tires!

They ve changed my oil, brakes, water pumps, rotors, tires, hubs, and fixed several flats for me over the last few years. They can do the same for you! I highly recommend em to anybody!

I love these guys they are family to me they treat me with respect the are always friendly and concern about finding out what's the problem with my car and get it fix and they are reasonable and affordable & I recommend family & friends to them .

This tire and oil shop was very helpful in helping me find the right tires that fit into my budget. I enjoyed my experience. Very helpful.

One of the mechanics told me that the vibration under the car was being made by bad motor mounts. I had them fix it for $299. Afterward, the noise was still there. I then inspected it myself. It turned out to be the sway bar bushings. I fixed it myself.

They cross threaded my lugnuts so badly that i had to replace the studs. This is after ive had to replace the lug nuts and the hub cap TWICE

I drive an older model Honda and stopped by here today. They told me that all I need was some grease put in my ball joints, because there was some squeaking coming from the front of my car. Then they told me to go somewhere I could get that grease put in the joints. I go to another automotive shop and they inform me that my Honda DOESN'T HAVE grease boots that can be added to!!!! They also asked me why didn't Roadmart offer to do that for me, since they are an automotive shop. I didn't think about that, but it's a good point. Either the person I spoke with didn't know what he was talking about, or they aren't an honest business!
