fabricated an insurance work order that escalated a body damage claim when we only needed our Windsheild replaced- this cauzed a delay in turnaround and further damage to our automobile.

Car was dropped off July 5th which was about two weeks after the accident happened. Was advised Monday or Tuesday of following week it would be ready. It is now July 17th picked up my car and the front spoiler piece that was on the car is not the same color and or have the pin stripping on the spoiler as it was made when the car was purchased brand new. This same exact spoiler was fixed by Subway Auto Body in Gambrills MD, and they were able to get the correct color and pin stripping for the car. Professional Auto Body never once called for an update on the vehicle. I had to call to check up on the progress of the repairs. When the car was given back to me the driver side floor mat was no where in the car. Had to go ask the front desk where the floor mat is. Paid $1000 out of pocket to have my car fixed and this is the service I have received. Even though they are one of USAA trusted providers. Wouldn't recommend them for any body repairs on a car. I have been working as a traveling nurse since 1995.This body shop has been the only body shop I will use.For all of those that complain. I had someone run into my 2007 hummer.I cried like a baby.Parts.Thats the key word.I have new vehicles and old vehicles. Sometimes it's hard to get a part. Get rental on your vehicle. It costs penny's a day.Thes3 are the most proffessional and kind people that I know.PERIOD.

Professional Body Shop is FANTASTIC! They helped me on the spot. They got my car safe to drive and gave me a estimate to repair. The whole staff and techs were absolutely wonderful . THANK YOU.

Regarding service, the BEST experience yet given the fact we are well aware of Body Shops and this nature of business. Outstanding customer service and professional attention, without delay throughout all the process. Details where all taken care of to even higher expectations. Received phone calls and update from staff, front desk technicians and supervisor reached my person on occasions and demonstrated the wisdom to create a win/win environment to where my person and business was obviously benefited, covering all my needs as well, taking into consideration my free dates to pickup and present schedule with an approximation of finish date precisely as planned.The body shop matched vehicle colors to a degree where I literally had to sit down and try to remember on what side was the vehicle impacted, incredibly nice and very beautiful job. I told the supervisor I was very picky and understood the nature of the metallic paint and multiple colors in depths, and the response was don t worry, been doing this all my life and my guys are the best , THEY most certainly lived up to the task. I highly recommend this shop to all, my car is as new and can t tell a difference from side panels to adjustments made, outstanding matching and clean application of paint to body and new parts. This is a five star Body -paint shop/hospital where your vehicle will be beautiful to look at again!

Professional repaired our car after an accident with a deer. The staff was pleasant to work with, the repairs were spot-on, and the coordination with our insurance company was seamless and easy. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. The quality of work was excellent. Over the years, I have had to use a body shop for car mishaps and I have always been extremely pleased with the results from Professional Body Shop. There are a lot of great reviews for Professional, but one bad one makes you worry, was it the customer or a bad day for an employee?Don t be like us and second guess a review!!Professional is just like the name says!! They went above and beyond with great service, being helpful and explaining procedures and returning our truck better than new!!Thank you Anna and all the staff!!Please go see Professional Body Shop! They treat you right!

It is hard to get them on the phone, and it was a 2 time trip to get my car done. And it still isn't great. The person they used to fix my rim didn't even replace the tire iron in the back in it's spot, and they bumper wouldn't stay in place. Bumper is still not lined up properly, and my tan leather had greasy hand prints all in it when I got my car. The accent trim won't even stay on my car. I will not ever use them again.

They had my car for a month. We kept being given a run around. It went from having to wait 10 days, to another week added onto that, to having to wait an entire month! The customer service really needs to improve. The only time we were ever given any type of information is if we called. Noone told us anything otherwise. We had to wait 3 days for paperwork before we were allowed to take my car and the 3rd day, it was still incomplete. Whoever is in charge of that also needs to get it together. We took my car anyway because that's all they said they were waiting on. But, The headlights are uneven and there are gaps everywhere. There is also still a piece on my car that needed to be replaced from my accident and wasn't. I am extremely unhappy with the service.

Professional body shop did an excellent job replacing my front bumper. Paint match was flawless and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. Very quick, and Pam up-front is awesome!

Our 2017 Nissan Armada was broken into. Our insurance carrier had us set up with a different shop in Enterprise. We stopped by Professional Body Shop for an estimate and arranged through our insurance carrier to work with them directly to have the repair completed.Professional Body Shop met our needs with a quick turn around time and did excellent work!!!Three days later this same car was backed into. Again, the professional team at Professional Body Shop provided us with an estimate, immediately got our car into the shop and the body work that was completed was perfectly done.Thank you for understanding our needs and for providing us with outstanding service!

I am very impressed with this company! They did a super job repairing my corvette after I was in an accident. They even have a particular person that specifically handles all of the corvettes that come to the shop. Everyone was kind, helpful and made sure my almost brand new vette was restored back to the original appearance. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs good body work and paint work....and if you have a sports car, rest easy knowing your expensive ride will be in good hands. Thank you all! This body shop is by far the best in Enterprise.

Great customer service. The friendly staff takes pride in the service and quality of work they provide. I've taken two cars to this shop and in both instances the timeliness and quality of repair was phenomenal. Highly recommended.

Dropped off my car on February 17th for what the insurance company said should only take 3 days to fix. (It had minor damage to the door.) As of March 2nd it still isn't ready and I have been told it will be the end of the week.

Where do I start!!!! I took my car there on the 29th of October, and was told it would be done WITHIN 7-9 days, she didn't mention anything about business days. I Called them 7-9 business days, they have me another date. Called back on the date and I was given another date. Called yesterday and were told 11/16/2018. Anywho, here we are 16th of November and now she"s telling me it'll be far as Tuesday before they're done. Worst place ever!!!!! I wish I would've read the reviews first!!!!Edit: 11/19/18 I called this morning and the HELP took My Number, but called my Husband Phone, just to tell him it might be Wednesday 11/21. Okay, fine because I'm off on Wednesday, but THEY BETTER NOT TELL ME IT WILL BE AFTER THANKSGIVING#!#!!

I used them because I was told by my insurance company they used them and that they did an outstanding job, the work is yet to be seen I was told that they would have my minor dent and scratches taken out in 4 days .. Well two weeks later because of the lack of the right parts (they ordered the parts and did not check to ensure the parts were all there when they arrived last week). I was called and told that I could pick up my car in the afternoon, but they called me as I was walking out the door to pick up car they did not have the right parts on hand to deliver the car as quoted on the phone that day. I was then told that I would have to wait for 5 more days because they did not open the box that the ordered parts came in to ensure all the parts were on hand, so they had to re-order the parts and it would take at least another week for the parts to arrive for the installation and completion of my car think first on using them as your repair shop . They might do great work, but they quote quick repair times but cannot deliver .

Disliked it only because they mainly concentrate on big jobs. i had a fender bender and they said it would take 2 and i/2 months to get to it. Went to Battens Paint and Body and they took me in and had it done the next day!. For small jobs, I would not recommend Professional Body Shop.

Very nice people, but I'm still waiting to have my car fixed. They told me it will be a bit longer than usual to fix it. So I'll update this when I get my car back.

will never use them again went up there today cause of some warranty work still under warranty and was told they were not going to touch my truck !! please stay away from them!!!

Nothing professional about this place. Your vehicle will not be ready when you are told it will be and then give you piss poor excuses as to why. When you call and check on your vehicle you will be told one thing but something else will be done. This place tells lies and gives excuses.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
