A great bunch of guys at this auto parts store! Very professional & very informative! When choosing a OEM part, they offered me the next higher priced item for the same price as the cheaper one I chose. Then, they only had me pay about $3.00 for an item that discontinued, originally for $36xx. Needless to say, I left there happy.

Went in this location looking for a part and this was the second time I was in this location in a week. The 1st time two young men took the time to look up a part for me and told me they could order it. Yesterday was the second time and again they did not have what I was looking for but took the time to try to find it somewhere else. Will definitely go back to this location

I'm glad I stop at O'Reilly first. The men diagnosed and gave several options on how to remedy my car situation. I was able to make the repair and my car issue resolved. Thank you for all your help.

Having a tire going flat on the harley, the attendee used his own air tank to get us enough air to get the bike home. Above and beyond customer service.

These guys know their stuff not just parts, but about repairs on many different vehicles. And what they don't know they can look up really quick. I've never gone into any O'Reilly's that it took longer than 30 seconds for someone to come up to me and help me find my parts and help me get out of there quick so I could do the repairs I needed to do. Plus the Veterans discount I get and the lifetime warranty on the parts is well worth the price. I won't do business anywhere else I recommend you do the same O'Reilly's is the place to do business for your auto parts and a crew that knows the business.

And always makes a huge difference in the status of the talking about. I have frequented this location several times in the past month and each time I came in I was welcomed with a smile and then followed up with an inquiry of what my reason for visiting was. Each each instance that I purchased a part, they quickly offered their services if assisting me with its installation or if I would be needing to borrow any tools they had available to get the job done.

I forget the guy that likes BMWs name but he helped me out and was spot on with what I needed. Thanks isn't enough to explain how much he helped in a crucial situation!!! Store was clean and organized!

I had a bad battery or alternator and had very limited time to trouble shoot. I came in to O Reilly on Rucker Blvd near the Enterprise circle and Mr. Darin had my problem isolated and fixed within 15 minutes. Very professional and personable. Will recommend and come back again and again. Thanks Mr. Darin!

Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Store is always clean and well organized. The auto parts that are normally in stock at an auto parts store and usually there and if a part is 5the kind of part that has to be ordered it typically arrives promptly. Prices at O'Reilly's also tend top be cheaper than other stores in the area and of comparable quality.

I'm there alot. They either have what I need, or they'll find it or know who has one. I found the quality of the parts is alot better than the competition. Been using them for years and will continue to do so.

It was closing time when I arrived. I had just gotten off work and realised my back lights and one headlight were not working. I whipped in for some bulbs and got the full service. Edgar, the young man behind the counter, stayed and fixed my lights even after closing. He was so nice. I kept apologizing for keeping him late and with a smile he just said for me not to worry about. He wouldnt let me on the road at night with no lights. Bless his heart.

Young man who answered the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable and even gave me advise as to where I might find what I needed cheaper than the dealer as they didn't carry it.

Manager is obnoxious. Spitting tobacco in trash cans. Trying to sell something you don't need. crc brake cleaner $5.99 a can..elsewhere same product $3.50.. Compare prices before shopping there. I will not go back!!!

They used to be the best of the three chain parts stores in town. Seems as though lately they've gone the direction of Advance Auto Parts. They're going downhill fast, guess I'll use AutoZone from now on.. they leave employees there they don't know what they're doing, and no manager there who does

We called to price the part of an alternator and was told a certain price. I get that amount to come get the part then they say THEY made the mistake quoting a wrong year model and wouldn't price match for me after all the business I've done in the past. I asked about it being their mistake and say I didn't bring enough and still they don't try to even budge by what they quoted.

I go here all the time. Prices can't compare to online shopping but if you need it asap or don't like ordering things online then this is the way to go. I'd pass advance and AutoZone to get to an O'Reillys.
