The service was excellent, they were very polite and helpful. I got all of my questions answered. They serviced and washed my car.They were really busy, the waiting lobby was very comfortable. I will return if my car needs any work done.

Courteous, thoughtful and efficient. They listen to your concerns and do a good job on taking care of your car. I m happy I bought my Tucson from Mitchell Hyundai here in Enterprise.

Mitchell Hyundai has always been my favorite dealership over the many states I visit as a servicemember in the Army. They never try to upcharge you or force you to do more work on your vehicle than needed. They even wash and vacuum the front seats of the car for no charge-something I have not seen from dealerships in TX, NC, or NY. 100% recommend them for your next servicing needs!

Awful. AWFUL. The man over services department (Mitch) laughed at me when I told him another mechanic said I needed a new engine. They left the cover to my motor off and did not put oil back in it. They kept it for weeks and had no idea what the issue was. Replaced my battery without telling me even though I had a warranty on the one in it. They told me when I picked it up there was a misfire due to sludge and was still drivable. This was not the case, and I had another mechanic look at it and there was no sludge. They also left bolts to my engine loose. I paid them, and they didn't even fix the issue. I ended up having to buy a new engine after all.Service: Engine repair

They have to be good, folks are bringing their vehicles in for service, online appt very easy, service at the shop fast and efficient, getting the car diagnosed = two weeks.

I was able to get an appointment scheduled within a week. My wait time was long but reasonable for being worked in. Staff was friendly.
