2 days in a row I had to use Kevin Goodyear towing. Both days the drivers were very professional very courteous arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I will use this wrecker service again if I have a need and recommend them to all my friends and family.

Excellent service. Always very friendly and helpful. We own Donley's Auto Repairs and we ourselves use them frequently and refer all our customers to them. Very reasonable prices.

I wonted to give a review in this company I'm a owner operator leased on to RE Garrison I broke down in Dothan Alabama on 3/3/24 the driver Mr Jason came and tried to get me going but wasn't able so he had to tow to the dealership this was the best tow truck driver ever he was so pleasant and nice we laughed and joke under a bad situation he made my day better. Let tel you I was delivering about 5 miles away at a milk company he towed my truck to the company to drop my trailer so my delivery was made on time and then towed me to the dealership this company went above and beyond to make sure I was ok I appreciate you progressive and Mr Jason your awesome he definitely a asset to this company.

My technician was extremely helpful! I highly recommended there service to anyone. SHE was very knowledgeable and gentle with my vehicle thanks again for your services! 5* thanks for the tow.i forgot to take pictures hope this helps. Best prices in area. Plus they are fast to get to you! especially when your in the middle of know where! Thanks Kevin GoodYear am sure we will do business again.

I got a car stuck trying to drive up an embankment from under the overpass at 167 and the Choctawhatchee river. It was a pretty steep embankment with mostly loose rocks and gravel. I had actually been up and down this exact spot in a Kia earlier in the day. Trying it again at night was not my greatest idea ever. Needless to say I got the little Nissan stuck and had the call Kevin Goodyear to come and save the (day? Night?), which they did in a relatively quick fashion. We were unstuck with all for tires back on the ground within 45 minutes of calling the dispatcher. Super friendly service. I would definitely recommend them and would call again if the need ever arises.

We broken down from out of town and call them they came and made arrangements for all of us which was 13 people they got us the a service to try get our car fix and made sure that we was going to be able to get a ride wonderful people wonderful service great

Doug helped winch my car out and did a good job getting me out of a sandy situation! They got to me quickly even though it was late at night, so I was free within an hour of the request.

Do not use this shop!!! worst mistake!! they came out to my truck (frank) charged $600 told me it couldn t move over the weekend and if u towed it to their shop it would be $75 an hour for labor. Arrive to this terrible shop aka his house then the owner starts yelling and screaming raised to the price more than loves! He told me i must ve called another shop Friday but it was good year towing on both invoices! Beware!

Tow driver seemed to be polite at first until Airbag broke while hooked up to his truck while lowering vehicle i showed him the damage immediately, He became belligerent totally rude and unprofessional, he disconnected my driveshaft and said he didn t have to put it back in and that if my driveshaft falls out don t blame him so when I made it to a shop 3 bolts were loose that you can turn it with your hand, thx for rude service experience if you had a bad day should stay home don t take it out on your customer -0 star service

I meant to post this earlier but have not had the time. My family and I visited the mountains in Georgia the week after Christmas. Due to a death in the family, we drove two vehicles because some of us would have to return earlier than others. I left my vehicle with my daughter and her family while my nephew and his family began our trip home. Long story short, the transmission went out in my vehicle 5 hours from home. After going back and forth about what to do, I decided the best course of action was to bring the vehicle back to Enterprise, AL.My experience with Goodyear Towing was phenomenal! When I called them, they quickly arranged for someone to go get my vehicle. A big shout out to them for ensuring my vehicle and family safely arrived home. I can't remember the driver's name, but he was awesome also! Thanks again for helping us out. Not sure what we would have done without you.

Needed an alternator on my RV. Called the office in Dothan AL and they sent Dustin out a few hours later. Diagnosed and had the problem fixed so I could get on the road that next day. Absolutely the BEST customer care from beginning to end. Thank you.

I was horribly stuck in a ditch and other companies could not help. I was recommended to Kevin Goodyear Towing and was truely awe struck. The technician was professional, kind, and amazingly talented. He maneuvered my car without a scratch!!! Other companies maybe cheaper but they do NOT offer the quality of service. Ask for Christian from Enterprise, he is worth the wait if you want amazing talent without scratches or dings to your vehicle!Service: Car towing

Wouldn't let me put less than 1 star. .. the company is very shady my motorcycle was towed and magically broke the right handle bar and apparently thing go missing over night toke my ram mount off my bike and they dont know what happen asked to talk to owner several time been 2 day no word had to wait a whole day to hear from them i ended up having to contact then after mike told ne kevin would call me after looking at damage and 2 days in and still no word for kevin

Blew a tire over 1000 miles from home. Called Kevin GoodYear Towing and they sent Jessie. Best towing experience I have ever had. He cared for my daughter's car like it was his own. He is a professional, knows exactly what he is doing. If I lived closer, he would be the only one I would use. Called for service and was told a driver would be there in 70 minutes great that s totally fine. Driver was told to call us when they where in route to the location. 6 calls and 4 hours later new information from them surfaced saying driver tried contacting us but no answer so she decided to go on to another call.It is 5:28 at time of receiving this information now we are waiting another 50 minutes to get a simple tow.This is the 2nd time I ve had this exact experience with the same company. Do NOT use these guys! Do your self a favor

He also made sure that as a customer I was taken care of with no worries and made it back to Montgomery, Alabama safely. I highly recommend utilizing this company for your towing services/needs. My car has an issue that prevented me from driving and needed to get a tow. I called Kevin a and they gave me an estimated time of arrival that was 3 hours later than when they arrived. I was also on post when this happened. But I don t think there was an issue with them getting through the gate.Although the arrival time was annoying and they were not the cheapest, once the driver arrived, he was very professional. Knew what he was doing and got my car where it was needed safely.

I highly recommend this company for all towing needs !!!! ~ Each time we have had issues with our SUV that was involved in a wreck ( that I was blamed for in 2021 when I was at a stop sign ; which I can't find anyone to help me fight this ) , KEVIN GOODYEAR was there. From a few issues one night while my husband and our friend was driving in Dothan ,Alabama and even breaking down on I10 when the water pump went out and the belt shredded.....each time we needed a tow , KEVIN GOODYEAR WAS THERE !!!!..... not only are they always there , but each time they have helped us , they are always friendly. The last tow we had to have , the gentleman who showed up was a VETERAN !!! So when my husband rode with him , he said it was like good times. If the company hires VETERANS WHO SERVED THIS COUNTRY so we can live easy enough ( since gun violence and ppl being dumb is an issue lol ) , then I REALLY , REALLY , REALLY ( X 1 ZILLION ) RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !- as for the VETERANS that work everyday and help those in need , a HUGE and multiplied THANK YOU for ALL YOU DO FOR US in the world.

Shady and the worst experience EVER! Just like the other horrible reviews, they were right. The owner Kevin is a horrible human being. First, the ONLY reason they're in business is bc they charge $2670 to tow 3 miles to their yard from the incident. I did not call them to the scene the police did, I had no choice. Upon arrival at 4:52pm, they were there for an hour to remove a tractor truck and the trailer. They left the scene at exactly 6:05pm, there is a 2 hour minimum fee at $375 an hour. But instead charged for 3 hours of work and NO they were only there for an hour and 13 minutes. I asked to speak to the owner so I can get clarification on why I'm being charged $2670 for an hour worth of work to be towed 3 miles down the road. Shady business and the owner was the most rude of them all! How did my invoice get to $2670 well let's see, $375 @3 hours, another $375 @3 hours for the trailer, another 175 @for "extra personnel" and $200 fuel surcharge for 3 miles yall INSANE. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I'm getting my money back one way or another believe that!Service: Special vehicle towing

You have a man named Matthew working for you that is an absolute gem. He saw me at the gas station while he was getting breakfast with a flat tire. The night before Veterans day around 5 p.m. just as I was leaving Church's Chicken in Enterprise. My 2004 F250 power stroke shutdown in the middle of the road. Not even an hour after leaving the Ford dealership repair shop in Dothan. Within 45 minutes tow operator Matthew showed up with a flatbed truck just as it started to rain. Wet from being on the ground, Matthew had me and my truck secured and safe as he transported my truck back to the dealership. He was both professional and courteous as he provided me with excellent service.

I needed my truck towed to repair shop while I was at work. I have a video doorbell and watched them load my truck on the flatbed. They were very careful, even without knowing they were being monitored. That's professional! Highly recommend!
