Joe Hudson Collision did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. They always do their best to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied! Kudos to all the staff and would definitely go back for work if needed. Thanks for the great job on my vehicle!

We have had two vehicles repaired at this specific Joe Hudson location. Both cars looked new when completed, not one issue. They provided twice weekly text updates on the progress of repairs and an estimate of when it would likely be completed. Would never consider going anywhere else for future repairs.

Joe Hudson's Collision performed an Awesome job on my car after I hit an axel in the roadthat fell off a big truck. My vehicle drives so much better now! He showed me the work they did underneath my car. I'm so thankful they repaired the under carriage & rust proof it! Thank you......Thank you!!

It took over a week to bring it in for the initial estimate, two weeks before they could take the truck in to start repairs. They told me the truck would be ready by Oct 13th, it ended up being ready November 24th. I live down the road, so could see the truck sitting in the back of the shop every day. While the truck was sitting, I would get text messages from JH that it was in repair, when obviously it was not. I call several times, for updates, never received a call from JH only computer-generated texts. I will say the lady I spoke with was very polite. They kept telling me they forgot to order a part, and they were waiting on a part. Would never commit to a time of completion. The work on the truck looked good but they left an LED light off the front and the front piece around the grill was black when it was specified to be chrome color. Also, the AC no longer blows cold air, which I plane to bring back for them to correct. The only reason I have not at this point is because I am scared to be without a vehicle for an extended period of time again. USAA recommends JH as a preferred vendor. I have been with USAA for 30years and would typically trust their recommendation, but based on my experience at Joe Hudson's I would not use them again. I think their repair work is sound, but customer service and timeliness need some repair. I would not recommend them.

Was told a week ago our vehicle would be ready it took another week to get it. The color match is off on the front bumper, the wash job was horrible on the outside with missed spots.

Great communication from them while my truck was there. No work was done because it was totalled but I always appreciate good communication from a business! Angie was wonderful.

The work was excellent but even more so the updates on the vehicles, whether call or text, was a very nice touch. I didnt have to sit and wonder about what was going on, timeline, have to call because they were constantly keeping me in the loop. Would use again and will recommend.

The technicians "took" things out of my truck while it was. Was very lucky to have it returned. Also started parting out my truck before the insurance company even totaled it

Needed to replace front left grill and undercarriage. Estimate paid for about 7 hours of work. Waited a month before I could bring my car in and was told it would be in the shop for about a week - fine. It took 3 weeks to complete after waiting that month. Then once I finally got my car I found out the radiator wasn t installed properly and was grinding against some intake. Nice people and a clean car are the only reasons it isnt one star.

My insurance company suggested Joe Hudson s Collision Center to repair my front bumper. They replaced it with an aftermarket bumper which didn t line up correctly and the new paint had scratches & chips in it. I told them that needed to be corrected. They then reached out and said they would have to order an OEM bumper because they couldn t get the aftermarket one to line up right. They reached out again saying my vehicle was ready to pick up for the second time. Same deal, the new OEM bumper wouldn t line up right and the paint had scratches & chips in it yet again. The guard under the bumper was missing so they had to order that part to be added to what they already fixed . Told them this needed to be corrected for the second time. I originally dropped my vehicle off April 20th, which I was told it shouldn t take any longer than 3-4 days to fix once the parts came in. I finally got my car back May 19th. The fact that they tried to give me my vehicle back with a cheap aftermarket bumper, paint defects all over it, missing guard, and 2nd bumper with the same issues is ridiculous. Whoever inspects the vehicles after they are repaired is blind or just doesn t care, they don t call and update you on when your vehicle is fixed. You have to call them for them to tell you oh yeah it s ready . I will fix my vehicle duct tape and roofing nails before I take another vehicle back to Joe Hudson s Collision Center. If I could give less than a 1 star review,I definitely would.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

I was in a wreck and our insurance recommended this company for the repairs. The guys and girls at Joe Hudson are awesome. They sent me a text after every stage that my car went through to keep me updated! My car looked amazing.. couldn t even tell I was in a wreck! Even better, the inside was detailed! It looked great! Loved my experience with this company and if ever needed, will definitely be using them again!Service: Body & Trim

I had a bad customer service experienceI received no courtesy call to start.I was referred by my insurance. My insurance noticed me JHCC will pick up my car same day of accident and They did not, until I called 4 days later to get news of repairs.I got an estimate thru the car wise website but I did not get any other notification after other 4 days that I called.Text/email/call/carwise tracking is not enough if you do not use them and do not know how to work as a team, be friendly and be kind, like the rental car did.

This was absolutely hands the worst experience I ve had in Enterprise, Alabama. I took my car into the shop in August after being hit in a small fender bender. I told them I had AC issues on the phone, and also reiterated it in person. They said, no problem, we ll get it fixed. They did an evaluation, and completely forgot to look at the AC. The lady there was very nice and said she d come out and look at it. She did, and she said don t worry, I ll add the AC sensor to the invoice this week. 3 weeks later, the lady transferred to another location and they won t add it to the invoice now. On top of that, 2 days before my appointment, they notified me via TEXT that my appointment moved from October 24th to November 29th! No explanation after already waiting 2 months, just sent me a text.Flash forward to today, Angie said they said we can t guarantee we ll be able to fix it on the 29th, and we can t add the AC sensor still . After waiting 3 months to get their act together, I m DONE.Worst company and customer service in Dothan, stay away!

We had an issue with a power seat in our Armada laying back and not returning to correct position. We stopped to ask about it, it was diagnosed and the gentleman returned the seat to the correct position in the parking lot. We tried to pay him and he refused to take any money. We will be taking it back for the proper parts to repair it as it should be.

We had the mvp platter and was pleasantly surprised! It was delicious, eggs were done as ordered, waffle was awesome, hash browns were brown but not hard, loved the gravy and biscuits, and toast was buttered nicely. Everyone was friendly and we definitely plan to visit them again. Keep up the good work guys and gals! Oh I forgot the bacon it was very tasty also and my husband had grits added to his platter and said they were delicious. Sorry I just realized my review was for Huddle House on Boll Weevil circle in Enterprise, Alabama, notjoe Hudson's.

I had a minor accident on my way to Enterprise. I live over 5 hours away, and I was worried I wouldn t be able to make it home safely. I went to Joe Hudson s Collision Center. They fixed my bumper enough to where it was safe to drive home where I will probably end up having to have the bumper replaced. They didn t even charge me. I do not live in Enterprise, so I will probably not need their services again. But I want to recommend them to everyone. They were so friendly and helpful!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I received the most wonderful service from Joe Hudson's Collision. I was constantly receiving updates and I didn't have to worry about a thing. They were very timely on their repairs. I have some short term memory issues but there were no worries. I didn't have to remember or keep up with a thing, They fully handled everything including my rental car. The work they performed was top shelf and they detailed my car and I received it back quite a bit cleaner than it was before. Thank you Joe Hudson's Collision!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had the best experience at Joe Hudson collision center in Enterprise AL. The entire staff from the reception desk to the management and everyone in between were so friendly and completely professional. I turned my car in on Monday and got it back on Thursday. The turn around was fast and we were informed about their progress every step of the way. I was so excited to pick up my vehicle and was beyond pleasantly surprised to find my car was detailed to perfection. My car has never been so clean and shiny and it smells good!

I am very pleased with the work that was completed on my truck. Everyone has been very professional and honest. Work was completed ahead of time quoted. The work was very professional. I will recommend Joe Hudson s collision center to all my friends and family. I am extremely happy with the work performed. I hope I never have another incident but if I do hi is the place I will take my vehicle for repairs. On a scale 1-10 I rate them 10 plus. It is good to get such professional service with high quality repairs. Thanks !

I took a truck into Joe Hudson s to get some trim reattached. I only had two hours of spare time available to get this job done before we took the truck on a long road trip. John the manager worked me in and got the job done expertly. Angela the Office Manager was super pleasant and helpful. They communicated with me several times so I never had to wonder if they would finish in time. Great job. Thank you John and Angela.

Great communication but repairs takes a while. I'm sure parts are always out of stock or shipping is delayed. But they do the best they can. Definitely recommend.

They were wonderful! They walked me all the way through my repairs and what they would cost and the were quick to get started with repairs and had my car done within a week! They kept me very up to date on every step by calling, emailing, and texting me to make sure I knew where my car was in its process!
