Life savers! Hauling to Florida we got a flat tire heading to Enterprise with our horse in the trailer. A quick call and tim Whaley was not only ready for us, they were quick and efficient. They keep the horse in the shade and made quick work of changing all four tires. I cannot recommend them enough!!!!

So I went in a couple weeks ago to get my brake pads checked to see if I was in need of a brake job. They were great and said I would not and only needed new tires which I already knew. Upon getting into my vehicle, as I was about to put it into drive, I was waved down and told that they forgot to torque down the wheel locks. This seems like a pretty important thing that they has forgotten to do prior to giving me the ok to leave as they did. I m glad I didn t get down the road and had a wheel come off.

I went to the location on Geneva Hwy in Enterprise this morning for an oil change and tire balance & rotation. I was in and out in 30min, spent about $100 less than I expected, and dealt with a very kind and professional staff. 10/10 will be back.

Another service center told me I needed new tires today due to a road hazard but was unable to complete the tire work due to a service issue. This gave me the opportunity to call my usual service center, Jim Whaleys.They picked up and delivered my vehicle with a smile. When I got the bill it was zero dollars. It turns out I just needed air not new tires as the other center had told me.Talk about building trust with a customer! I was totally prepared to buy tires!I will never take my car anywhere else! Great Job!

We will never use you all again and I suggest anyone reading this comment take their business somewhere else.We took our car in to repair squeaky breaks and was told we needed new rotors. We paid to have new ones put on, leave the shop and still have the squeak. We then took our old rotors to 2 different shops for their opinion and they both said they were perfectly fine and should have never been replaced.We went back to Jim Whaley to give them a chance to fix it and they said all it needed was grease. They volunteered to put our old rotors back on (keeping the new rotors) so we asked for a refund. We were scammed out of $337 and they only offered $197 after multiple calls and trips to speak with the manager. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING they will scam you for parts you don t need.

Taking my car for a joyride and the mechanic revving my car to his friends to make the blowoff valve purge dropped the rating to a one star. After spending over $1200 on tires was not expecting to see my data log report over 23 lbs of boost and speeds exceeded during the TPMS light check .

I highly recommend Jim Whaley's.. they are professional and friendly they will keep you updated on when they are fixing to get started and keep you posted every step of the way.. I had a problem with my car it just quit on me,I called Jim Whaley's and within 8 minutes they was on the scene Ready to figure out what was wrong,But we had to get it to the shop and they did just that they had it towed and added it to my bill, and now today they are putting a power steering pump on for me I was just notified that my car would be next in the bay, I love place they are awesome..keep up the good work.

They are more expensive than most other places around here but they did what i asked them to do and they did it relatively quickly

Employees are nice. Scratched clear-coat on my wheels mounting tires and damaged strut tower using a pry-bar to adjust camber after being told car needed to be lifted to adjust camber. Instructions were included but ignored. I was going to let it go until I discovered they also over tightened bolts crushing the camber kit on one side. Sent email to Jim Whaley 11/17/20 after I discovered camber kit was crushed. No matter the length of time that has passed, it does not undo the damage. Car is under 82k miles now

They were very fast, but efficient and professional. They found a problem with a tie rod that Toyota of Enterprise should have fixed considering I had just spent over 3,000.00 for them to fix suspension problems. Thumbs up to Jim Whaley!!

Jim Whaley Tires is where we ALWAYS take our cars. They really care. They will tell you what you need & the cost and let you decide. They don't try to say you need something that you don't.We always had a great experience, if you can have one when paying for a car repair !

I highly recommend Jim Whaley tires in Enterprise AL. Their customer service was exceptional today. I called them when I was a couple hours away about needing a new trailer tire. They ordered it and had it waiting for me. I was in and out in no time. Give Paxton a shout for all of your tire needs. Not only is he helpful but he isn t bad to look at either ladies . I will be returning when I need a new set on the trailer or big momma

Amazing experience at this facility! I was told to bring my 32' RV in as my four back tires were not filling air to 110 psi as required according to my air gauge. The tires had extensions on them connected to the tire valves. My RV barely fitted next to their opened doors for repair. A gentleman immediately came out to me and asked what my issue was. He then came back with a pressured inflater and air gauge and filled all four back tires. I was surprised that the tires were all okay except a couple needed a little more air, indicating that my air gauge wasn't working properly. He then told me to have a good camping trip.

They allowed a 18 year old to work on a corvette and hit the door on the jack and proceeded to say that the cameras couldn t see the car so they didn t do it lots of blind spots very convenient

Jim Whaley Tires has got to be the worst I mean the worst place to get your vehicles fixed I went there to get my suv checked out for something else an they noticed it was vibrating said it could be the motor mount ok I said I would come back an I did an I said I need to get my suv checked out because it s vibrating I think it s the motor mount like they had suggested in the past was the problem so they check it out an said it was the motor mount I get a call saying we fixed it I go pick up my SUV no sooner than ten minutes later my SUV starts vibrating it s like they never fixed it charged me 598.00 dollars for nothing this place will never get my business again

This is a great place, have brought several vehicles there and never had a problem with the service. The issue now is their new policy of not being willing to mount tires unless you purchase them directly from Jim Whaley. I Do not care for the inventory that they stock and I do alot of research before I purchase tires as I am particular what my family rides on. This move based solely on increasing their sales cost them business. And now the excuse is insurance liability. So the story now is the insurance company accepts the liability for them mounting USED tires that you buy from THEM of course, but won't accept the liability of NEW tires that you bought from a different reputable vendor. Still boils down to the same thing, an attempt to increase sales.

My first time in Enterprise dealing with a flat tire on the road and William was extremely helpful in getting me a tire from another store where you had to send a driver to. Timely professional an extremely courteous would highly recommend.

Best place in town for vehicle services! Very easy to set up an appointment if you use the website. Was in and out in record timing in my experience. They opened their doors a little bit earlier than opening time too. Prices are more than reasonable and the customer service is unlike I ve seen before! The staff is beyond helpful and has the best attitude!

Had a good experience with these guys. Dealt with Bo in the office who had Logan come out on a service call a couple times for us. Friendly, knowledgeable, and competent people. Prices were very reasonable for service call, tire patching, and replacement of studs. Would do business again with these folks

Huge shoutout to Jim Whaley Tires of Enterprise!!! My 18 year old son, who is currently stationed at Fort Rucker, had taken his truck to another repair shop in the area for a suspension issue. After that shop attempted to sell him on $600 of unneeded work, he brought his truck to Jim Whaley s who found that he only needed to have an alignment performed. They also took time to inspect the rest of the truck and ensure there were no other issues. We appreciate them being honest and taking care of our son who is currently stationed 1,000 miles away from home.
